在“五一(yi)(yi)”國(guo)際勞動節即將(jiang)來臨之際,2022年4月(yue)27日,青海(hai)省委(wei)常委(wei)、省人(ren)大常委(wei)會副主任(ren)、省政府黨組成員王黎(li)明一(yi)(yi)行到(dao)青海(hai)宜化,為(wei)青海(hai)高原“工(gong)人(ren)先鋒號(hao)”獲獎單位PVC分廠聚合一(yi)(yi)班頒獎。
PVC分廠(chang)聚合一(yi)班(ban)(ban)始終堅持(chi)安全第一(yi)的原則,以(yi)問(wen)題、效(xiao)益、目標為導向,以(yi)創建“五好(hao)”班(ban)(ban)組為目標,持(chi)續踐行(xing)“5831”標準化(hua)管(guan)理模式,不斷促進班(ban)(ban)組向制度化(hua)、規范化(hua)、標準化(hua)發(fa)展。
從嚴(yan)管理(li),打造(zao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)型(xing)班組。聚合一(yi)班在嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)的(de)(de)同時,從“人的(de)(de)不(bu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)行(xing)為(wei)”和“物的(de)(de)不(bu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)狀態”著手(shou),嚴(yan)格(ge)落實“一(yi)崗一(yi)策”安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)要(yao)求,定期開展現身說法(fa)、事(shi)故(gu)預想(xiang)、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)分享等活(huo)動,提升全(quan)員安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意識(shi)。針(zhen)對工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)可能(neng)存在的(de)(de)風險(xian),提前進行(xing)分析及危險(xian)源辨識(shi)防控,及時進行(xing)各類(lei)設備設施的(de)(de)隱(yin)患(huan)排查及跟蹤(zong),確保(bao)(bao)設備本質安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)。始終(zhong)堅持從實際(ji)出發(fa),做到安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)學習常(chang)抓不(bu)懈,專業技(ji)術學習并駕齊驅,安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)制度熟記于心(xin)。在工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)充分發(fa)揮(hui)互(hu)保(bao)(bao)作用(yong),真(zhen)正做到相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)監督、相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)制約、,相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)提醒,增強自我保(bao)(bao)護意識(shi),增強職工(gong)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意識(shi),把(ba)“要(yao)我安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)”轉變為(wei)“我要(yao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)”,真(zhen)正做到“四(si)不(bu)傷(shang)害”、事(shi)故(gu)率為(wei)零。
多措(cuo)并舉,打造學習型班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)。聚合一班(ban)(ban)持續(xu)對標(biao)“5831”班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)管(guan)理模式中的17要素(su),堅持在(zai)強化班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)基礎管(guan)理、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)培訓上(shang)下功夫,不斷增(zeng)強班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)執行力、戰斗(dou)力和凝聚力。壓(ya)緊(jin)壓(ya)實(shi)“一長四辦”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)職(zhi)責,開(kai)好(hao)班(ban)(ban)前會(hui)、班(ban)(ban)會(hui)、班(ban)(ban)委會(hui),每月開(kai)展班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)標(biao)準(zhun)化審核,積極(ji)推進班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)標(biao)準(zhun)化建設。定(ding)(ding)期舉辦安全(quan)(quan)知識競(jing)賽、技術比武等班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)競(jing)賽活動,加強技能(neng)(neng)(neng)培訓學習,積極(ji)落實(shi)宜(yi)化公司考證復(fu)證政策,目前班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)超半數以上(shang)人(ren)員(yuan)復(fu)證津(jin)貼已拿(na)到300元以上(shang),全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)持證率達到100%。制定(ding)(ding)獎(jiang)懲措(cuo)施,開(kai)展新進職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)一對一幫扶(fu)和一崗多能(neng)(neng)(neng)培訓,掌握“第(di)二崗位”技能(neng)(neng)(neng),實(shi)現(xian)“全(quan)(quan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)型班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)”的運作(zuo),提升班(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)水平。
統一思(si)想(xiang),打造和諧型班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)。班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)始終堅持抓(zhua)好思(si)想(xiang)建設和民主管理,在(zai)(zai)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)三會上實行(xing)班(ban)務公開,定期(qi)開展(zhan)座(zuo)談會,廣(guang)泛聽取班(ban)員意見建議,針(zhen)對需(xu)要幫助的職工(gong)進行(xing)輔(fu)導(dao)溝通(tong),及時幫助大家(jia)解決生(sheng)活上的困難,增(zeng)強(qiang)班(ban)員歸屬感。定期(qi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)織班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)活動,豐(feng)富(fu)業(ye)務生(sheng)活,增(zeng)強(qiang)班(ban)員凝聚力。堅持在(zai)(zai)班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)文化(hua)墻上公布職工(gong)競(jing)賽積分(fen),形(xing)成比學趕(gan)幫超的良好氛圍,促進職工(gong)綜合素(su)質提(ti)升(sheng),使班(ban)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)真正成為職工(gong)展(zhan)示(shi)自我(wo)業(ye)績、展(zhan)現自我(wo)風采的舞臺。
青(qing)(qing)海宜(yi)化(hua)(hua)PVC分廠聚合一(yi)(yi)(yi)班(ban)(ban)將緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞“團(tuan)結一(yi)(yi)(yi)心(xin)、和諧向上、團(tuan)結一(yi)(yi)(yi)致、發揚優點、改進(jin)(jin)不足”的班(ban)(ban)組創建思(si)路,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步夯實(shi)管(guan)(guan)理基礎,持(chi)續推進(jin)(jin)班(ban)(ban)組標準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)建設,總結管(guan)(guan)理經驗,創新管(guan)(guan)理方式,奮力(li)完成(cheng)各項目(mu)標任務,為推動青(qing)(qing)海宜(yi)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)為“高原明珠、行業先(xian)進(jin)(jin)、集團(tuan)標桿”而(er)不懈(xie)努(nu)力(li)。
