一、地鐵屏蔽門系統的組成有哪些
地鐵屏蔽門系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)由機械和(he)電氣(qi)兩部分構(gou)成,機械部分包(bao)括門(men)(men)體(ti)結構(gou)和(he)門(men)(men)機系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),電氣(qi)部分包(bao)括電源系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。主要構(gou)成部分有:門(men)(men)體(ti)結構(gou)、門(men)(men)機系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、門(men)(men)機控制(zhi)(zhi)器(DCU)、車站級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)、監(jian)視系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。屏蔽門(men)(men)門(men)(men)體(ti)結構(gou)通常由滑動門(men)(men)、固定門(men)(men)、應急門(men)(men)、端頭門(men)(men)及門(men)(men)機頂箱、踏步板、上下部連接結構(gou)等構(gou)成。
其中門(men)機(ji)是由驅動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構(gou)、傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構(gou)、懸掛機(ji)構(gou)、鎖(suo)定解鎖(suo)機(ji)構(gou)組成(cheng)。電機(ji)在(zai)門(men)機(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(DcU)的控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)下,通過螺(luo)桿或皮帶傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)來實(shi)現滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)門(men)的開關運動(dong)(dong)。屏(ping)蔽門(men)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)設備由中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盤(PSC)、遠程監(jian)視設備(PSA)、就地控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盤(PSL)、緊急控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盤(IBP)、門(men)機(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(DCU)、就地控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)盒(LCB)組成(cheng)。
二、地鐵屏蔽門主要有哪些作用
1、系統控制功能
系統級控制是在地鐵屏蔽門正常運行模式下由信號系統(SIG)直接對屏蔽門進行控制的方式。在系統級控制方式下,列車到站并停在允許的誤差范圍內時(如:±300mm),信號系統向屏蔽門每側單元控制器(PEDC)發送“長/短車開/關門”命令,單元控制器(PEDC)通過門控單元(DCU)對每扇滑動門進行實時控制,實現屏蔽門的系統級控制操作。單元控制器(PEDC)與門控單元(DCU)通過可靠的硬線連接。站臺級控制是由列車駕駛員或站務人員在站臺的就地控制盤(PSL)上對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”的控制方式。當系統級控制不能正常實現時,列車駕駛員或站務人員可在就地控制盤(PSL)上通過“專用鑰匙”及”開/關門按鈕”對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”操作,實現屏蔽門的站臺級控制操作。
2、監視功能
