一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和保護(hu)板兩(liang)部(bu)分組(zu)(zu)成。PCM動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)一般稱為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)管(guan)理系(xi)統(tong)BMS。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)心臟,管(guan)理系(xi)統(tong)相當(dang)于鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)大腦,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)主要(yao)由正極(ji)構成。目(mu)前市場上的(de)鋰(li)離子(zi)二次電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)主要(yao)由碳(tan)酸鹽(yan)類有機(ji)溶(rong)劑(ji)六氟(fu)磷酸鋰(li)和一些添加劑(ji)組(zu)(zu)成。電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯主要(yao)由正極(ji)板、隔膜(mo)、負(fu)極(ji)板電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)組(zu)(zu)成。層(ceng)壓、封(feng)裝、填充電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)、封(feng)裝。
而鋰(li)離子(zi)電池(chi)電芯由正(zheng)極(ji)、負極(ji)、隔膜、電解(jie)液、外殼(ke)五部分(fen)組成。正(zheng)極(ji)活性(xing)物(wu)質(zhi)為鈷酸鋰(li)或其他鋰(li)氧(yang)化(hua)物(wu),如錳(meng)酸鋰(li)三元材(cai)料等,負極(ji)石墨電解(jie)液為六氟磷酸鋰(li)溶解(jie)于多種混合(he)溶劑(ji),制成隔膜PPPE材(cai)質(zhi),外殼(ke)一般(ban)有鋁(lv)殼(ke)和鋼殼(ke)。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)芯(xin)具有高能量密度、長壽命、環保等(deng)特點(dian),廣泛(fan)應用于移動電(dian)源(yuan)、儲能系統、智能終(zhong)端(duan)等(deng)領域。鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)芯(xin)的材料類型如下:
1、正極材料
鋰電池(chi)電芯的正極材(cai)料一般為鈷酸鋰、三元材(cai)料或(huo)鐵(tie)鋰材(cai)料。其中,鈷酸鋰材(cai)料能(neng)(neng)夠提供(gong)較高的放電電壓和能(neng)(neng)量(liang)密度,但(dan)價(jia)格較貴;三元材(cai)料價(jia)格適(shi)中,能(neng)(neng)夠提供(gong)較好的性能(neng)(neng)表現;鐵(tie)鋰材(cai)料價(jia)格相對便宜,但(dan)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)密度較低。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的(de)負極材料(liao)一般為石墨材料(liao)。石墨材料(liao)具(ju)有較好的(de)導電性能和穩定性,能夠承受較大的(de)電化學反(fan)應(ying),但在高(gao)溫環境下(xia)易(yi)發(fa)生導電性能下(xia)降和容量衰(shuai)減等問題。
3、電解液
