一、地鐵屏蔽門系統的組成有哪些
地鐵屏蔽門系(xi)(xi)統由機(ji)械(xie)和電(dian)氣兩部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)構(gou)(gou)(gou)成,機(ji)械(xie)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)包括(kuo)門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)體結構(gou)(gou)(gou)和門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)統,電(dian)氣部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)包括(kuo)電(dian)源系(xi)(xi)統和控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統。主要構(gou)(gou)(gou)成部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)有:門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)體結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)機(ji)系(xi)(xi)統、門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(DCU)、車站級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)、監視系(xi)(xi)統。屏蔽門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)體結構(gou)(gou)(gou)通(tong)常由滑動門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)、固定門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)、應(ying)急門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)、端頭門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)及門(men)(men)(men)(men)(men)機(ji)頂(ding)箱、踏步板、上下(xia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)連接結構(gou)(gou)(gou)等構(gou)(gou)(gou)成。
其中門(men)機(ji)(ji)是由驅動(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、傳動(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、懸掛機(ji)(ji)構(gou)、鎖(suo)定解鎖(suo)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)組成(cheng)。電機(ji)(ji)在門(men)機(ji)(ji)控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(DcU)的控制(zhi)下,通(tong)過螺桿或皮帶(dai)傳動(dong)來實現滑動(dong)門(men)的開關運動(dong)。屏蔽門(men)控制(zhi)系統設備由中央控制(zhi)盤(PSC)、遠程(cheng)監視設備(PSA)、就地(di)控制(zhi)盤(PSL)、緊急控制(zhi)盤(IBP)、門(men)機(ji)(ji)控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(DCU)、就地(di)控制(zhi)盒(LCB)組成(cheng)。
二、地鐵屏蔽門主要有哪些作用
1、系統控制功能
系統級控制是在地鐵屏蔽門正常運行模式下由信號系統(SIG)直接對屏蔽門進行控制的方式。在系統級控制方式下,列車到站并停在允許的誤差范圍內時(如:±300mm),信號系統向屏蔽門每側單元控制器(PEDC)發送“長/短車開/關門”命令,單元控制器(PEDC)通過門控單元(DCU)對每扇滑動門進行實時控制,實現屏蔽門的系統級控制操作。單元控制器(PEDC)與門控單元(DCU)通過可靠的硬線連接。站臺級控制是由列車駕駛員或站務人員在站臺的就地控制盤(PSL)上對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”的控制方式。當系統級控制不能正常實現時,列車駕駛員或站務人員可在就地控制盤(PSL)上通過“專用鑰匙”及”開/關門按鈕”對屏蔽門進行“開/關門”操作,實現屏蔽門的站臺級控制操作。
2、監視功能
