一、電源板是什么
電源板,顧名思義就是一種處理電源的主板。電源板在很多的電子產品里面都會使用到,包括我們的電腦、手機(ji)以(yi)及(ji)平板(ban)電腦等等都會使用到電源(yuan)板(ban)。電源(yuan)板(ban)對于電子產品是非常重要的(de)(de),所以(yi)市(shi)場(chang)上也有很多品牌的(de)(de)電源(yuan)板(ban),他們有好有壞,需要我們在購(gou)買(mai)的(de)(de)時(shi)候仔細辨別。
二、電源板工作原理是什么
1、通電后副電源首先啟動工(gong)作,為(wei)主電路板微處(chu)理器控制系統提供正(zheng)5伏的工(gong)作電壓。
2、開(kai)機后,副(fu)電源為PFC功率因(yin)數校(xiao)正(zheng)電路(lu)(lu)驅動(dong)控制(zhi)電路(lu)(lu)UCC28051、主(zhu)開(kai)關(guan)電源驅動(dong)巨制(zhi)電路(lu)(lu)DLA001的提供(gong)(gong) VCC—ON供(gong)(gong)電,主(zhu)開(kai)關(guan)電源啟動(dong)工(gong)作,向主(zhu)電路(lu)(lu)板負載(zai)電路(lu)(lu)提供(gong)(gong)正(zheng)24伏和正(zheng)12伏兩(liang)種電壓。
3、經過(guo)抗干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)電(dian)路濾除(chu)市電(dian)中的雜波干(gan)擾(rao)(rao),整流(liu)、PFC電(dian)感、濾波輸(shu)出300V直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)到副電(dian)源電(dian)路,副電(dian)源開始工作輸(shu)出+5v電(dian)壓(ya)。
4、經電(dian)源板輸出(chu)排插端口1腳(jiao)到數字板CPU電(dian)路,CPU電(dian)路經過讀取數據開(kai)機(ji)(ji)輸出(chu)高電(dian)平開(kai)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)壓。
5、經電(dian)(dian)源板(ban)排插端口2腳到電(dian)(dian)源板(ban)穩壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)機控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),開關(guan)(guan)機控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)工作,輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)到PFC振蕩電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),輸出高頻方(fang)渡脈(mo)沖推(tui)動PFC開關(guan)(guan)管工作,利用PFC電(dian)(dian)感(gan)產生的逆程脈(mo)沖。
6、經過整流、濾(lv)波生(sheng)成400V的PFC電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。PFC電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)送到(dao)主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)和(he)PFC電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),PFC檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)PFC電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)達到(dao)400V,PFC檢(jian)測(ce)開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)震蕩電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),振蕩電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)輸出(chu)高頻(pin)方波脈沖到(dao)主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)功率開關管電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。
7、開關管工作推(tui)動(dong)開關變壓(ya)器(qi)工作,從次級感(gan)應輸(shu)出2組電壓(ya),經(jing)過(guo)整流、濾(lv)波輸(shu)出+12V、+24V電壓(ya)。到(dao)此(ci),整個電源板(ban)啟動(dong)過(guo)程完成(cheng)。
8、電視待機時,采用切斷PFC功率因數校正電路驅動控制電路UCC28051、主開關電源驅動控(kong)制電路DLA00l的VCC—ON供電,主電源停止工作。
