2、自動干手器電路
自動干手器電(dian)路(lu)圖如(ru)圖二(er)所示,電(dian)路(lu)由紅(hong)外發(fa)射部分(fen)與(yu)紅(hong)外接(jie)收控制部分(fen)組成。
紅(hong)外(wai)發射部分由555時基電路產生頻率為5kHz,占(zhan)空比為50%的方波信號,驅動(dong)紅(hong)外(wai)發射管發射紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)。
在手置于干手器下部時,由于手對紅外線的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反射作(zuo)用,接(jie)收電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)PH302將接(jie)收到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)紅外線變(bian)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,經(jing)IC1、IC2、IC3 組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選頻放大器(qi),其(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號經(jing)放大、整形、濾(lv)波變(bian)成(cheng)直流信(xin)號進人(ren)比較器(qi)IC4。比較器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)門限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)7V,設置較高,其(qi)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抗干擾能力。當IC4 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)人(ren)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)超過(guo)7V 時,其(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)變(bian)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping),觸發IC5 定(ding)時器(qi)開始定(ding)時,同時該定(ding)時器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)變(bian)為(wei)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping),使3DG130 導(dao)通(tong),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸點吸(xi)合,接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲和風機。在(zai)定(ding)時器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)2 腳(jiao)設置了手動開關S1,可進行手動操作(zuo),還可通(tong)過(guo)S2 選擇冷風或(huo)熱風。
