1、自動洗手器電路
自動洗手器的電路原(yuan)理如圖(tu)一所示(shi)。
220V 交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路經(jing)變壓(ya)器(qi)T 降壓(ya),變為(wei)(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),經(jing)整(zheng)流(liu)濾波,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)直流(liu),再經(jing)三(san)端(duan)集成(cheng)(cheng)穩壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路7806穩壓(ya),得到6V直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)供給控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)色(se)發光(guang)二極管,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)指示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)收電(dian)(dian)(dian)路SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖相(xiang)環音(yin)頻(pin)譯(yi)碼(ma)器(qi)LM567,N3與R3、C6組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)振蕩器(qi),R3、R6決(jue)定(ding)N3內部壓(ya)控振蕩器(qi)的(de)中心(xin)頻(pin)率,LM567的(de)3腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)信(xin)號輸入(ru)端(duan),8腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)邏輯輸出(chu)端(duan),其(qi)輸出(chu)端(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門(men)輸出(chu),最(zui)大灌電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)頻(pin)率可從(cong)零(ling)點幾赫茲到500千赫,靜(jing)態(tai)(tai)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定(ding)時(shi)器(qi),它與外(wai)(wai)圍(wei)元件組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)單穩態(tai)(tai)定(ding)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,其(qi)目的(de)是在人手(shou)偶爾偏離了紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線的(de)探測范圍(wei)時(shi),能(neng)保證(zheng)洗手(shou)器(qi)的(de)正常出(chu)水。
LM567芯片5腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸出的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)蕩信號經(jing)三(san)極(ji)管功率(lv)放大后,推動(dong)紅(hong)外發(fa)射(she)二極(ji)管VD向外發(fa)射(she)紅(hong)外線(xian)。沒有人洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)時,紅(hong)外接(jie)收(shou)(shou)(shou)電(dian)路N2接(jie)收(shou)(shou)(shou)不(bu)到(dao)VD向外發(fa)射(she)的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外線(xian),N3的(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)無信號輸入(ru)(ru),8腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為高電(dian)平,N4 的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為低電(dian)平,三(san)極(ji)管截止,繼電(dian)器(qi)K 斷電(dian)處于釋放狀態(tai),電(dian)磁閥(fa)Y 不(bu)動(dong)作,洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)器(qi)無自(zi)來(lai)水(shui)(shui)放出。當(dang)人手(shou)放到(dao)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)器(qi)下時,N2 接(jie)收(shou)(shou)(shou)到(dao)人手(shou)反(fan)射(she)的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外線(xian)并經(jing)N2 放大后,輸入(ru)(ru)到(dao)N3的(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),由N3內部處理后使(shi)(shi)N3的(de)(de)(de)8腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸出低電(dian)平,從(cong)而(er)使(shi)(shi)N4的(de)(de)(de)低觸(chu)發(fa)端2腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)變為低電(dian)位,導(dao)(dao)致N4 的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸出高電(dian)平,三(san)極(ji)管導(dao)(dao)通,繼電(dian)器(qi)J1 吸合,使(shi)(shi)其常開觸(chu)點閉合,接(jie)通電(dian)磁閥(fa)Y 的(de)(de)(de)220V 交流電(dian)源,Y 開始動(dong)作,使(shi)(shi)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)器(qi)放出自(zi)來(lai)水(shui)(shui),供(gong)人們洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)之用,同時發(fa)光(guang)二極(ji)管LED2 發(fa)出綠光(guang),指示洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)器(qi)正工作于放水(shui)(shui)狀態(tai)。洗(xi)(xi)滌(di)完畢(bi),人手(shou)離開洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)器(qi)后,N4 延時幾秒(miao)鐘后復(fu)位,使(shi)(shi)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)器(qi)停止放水(shui)(shui)。
圖1中,變(bian)壓(ya)器T采用(yong)220V/9V小型(xing)交(jiao)流(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)器,VD為PH303紅外發射二極(ji)(ji)管(guan),VT1為8050三極(ji)(ji)管(guan),VT2為9013三極(ji)(ji)管(guan),J1采用(yong)JRX-13F、6V小型(xing)直流(liu)繼電器,Y采用(yong)市售的(de)220V交(jiao)流(liu)電磁閥(fa),其余(yu)元件型(xing)號與數據見圖1 中所標參數。
2、自動干手器電路
自動干手(shou)器電(dian)路圖如圖二所示,電(dian)路由紅外發射(she)部(bu)分與紅外接收控制(zhi)部(bu)分組成。
紅(hong)外發射部分(fen)由555時基(ji)電(dian)路產(chan)生頻率(lv)為5kHz,占空比為50%的方波信號,驅(qu)動(dong)紅(hong)外發射管發射紅(hong)外線。
在手置于干手器下部時(shi),由于手(shou)對(dui)紅外線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)反射作用,接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)(de)PH302將(jiang)接收(shou)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)紅外線(xian)變成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao),經IC1、IC2、IC3 組(zu)成的(de)(de)(de)選頻放大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi),其(qi)(qi)輸出信(xin)號(hao)經放大(da)、整形、濾波變成直流信(xin)號(hao)進(jin)人(ren)比較器(qi)(qi)(qi)IC4。比較器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)門限電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)(wei)7V,設(she)置較高(gao)(gao),其(qi)(qi)目的(de)(de)(de)是提(ti)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)抗干(gan)擾能力(li)。當(dang)IC4 的(de)(de)(de)輸人(ren)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)超過7V 時(shi),其(qi)(qi)輸出變為(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping),觸(chu)發IC5 定時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)開始定時(shi),同時(shi)該(gai)定時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)3 腳變為(wei)(wei)(wei)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping),使(shi)3DG130 導通(tong),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)觸(chu)點吸合,接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲和風(feng)機。在(zai)定時(shi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)2 腳設(she)置了手(shou)動開關S1,可進(jin)行手(shou)動操作,還可通(tong)過S2 選擇冷風(feng)或(huo)熱風(feng)。
