220V 交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)經(jing)變壓器(qi)T 降壓,變為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian),經(jing)整流(liu)(liu)濾(lv)波,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓直流(liu)(liu),再經(jing)三端(duan)(duan)集成(cheng)穩(wen)(wen)壓電(dian)(dian)路(lu)7806穩(wen)(wen)壓,得到(dao)6V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)供給控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)工作(zuo)(zuo)。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)紅色發光(guang)二極管,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)紅外(wai)接收電(dian)(dian)路(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖(suo)相(xiang)環音(yin)頻譯碼器(qi)LM567,N3與(yu)R3、C6組成(cheng)振(zhen)蕩(dang)(dang)器(qi),R3、R6決定N3內(nei)部壓控振(zhen)蕩(dang)(dang)器(qi)的(de)(de)中心頻率,LM567的(de)(de)3腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)信號輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan),8腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)邏(luo)輯輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan),其輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),最大(da)灌電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工作(zuo)(zuo)頻率可從零點(dian)幾赫(he)茲到(dao)500千赫(he),靜態工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定時(shi)器(qi),它與(yu)外(wai)圍元件(jian)組成(cheng)單(dan)穩(wen)(wen)態定時(shi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu),其目的(de)(de)是在人手偶爾偏離(li)了紅外(wai)線(xian)的(de)(de)探測范圍時(shi),能保證洗手器(qi)的(de)(de)正常出(chu)水。

LM567芯片5腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)出的(de)(de)(de)振蕩(dang)信號經三(san)(san)極(ji)(ji)管(guan)功率放(fang)大后,推(tui)動紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)二極(ji)(ji)管(guan)VD向(xiang)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線(xian)。沒有人(ren)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)時(shi),紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)接收(shou)電(dian)路N2接收(shou)不到VD向(xiang)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線(xian),N3的(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)無信號輸(shu)入,8腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)高電(dian)平(ping)(ping),N4 的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)低(di)電(dian)平(ping)(ping),三(san)(san)極(ji)(ji)管(guan)截(jie)止,繼電(dian)器(qi)K 斷電(dian)處(chu)于釋放(fang)狀態(tai),電(dian)磁閥Y 不動作,洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)無自來水(shui)(shui)放(fang)出。當人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)放(fang)到洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)下時(shi),N2 接收(shou)到人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)反射(she)的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線(xian)并經N2 放(fang)大后,輸(shu)入到N3的(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao),由N3內部處(chu)理后使(shi)(shi)N3的(de)(de)(de)8腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)出低(di)電(dian)平(ping)(ping),從而使(shi)(shi)N4的(de)(de)(de)低(di)觸發(fa)端2腳(jiao)(jiao)變為(wei)低(di)電(dian)位(wei),導致(zhi)N4 的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)出高電(dian)平(ping)(ping),三(san)(san)極(ji)(ji)管(guan)導通(tong)(tong),繼電(dian)器(qi)J1 吸(xi)合(he),使(shi)(shi)其常開(kai)(kai)(kai)觸點(dian)閉合(he),接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)磁閥Y 的(de)(de)(de)220V 交流(liu)電(dian)源,Y 開(kai)(kai)(kai)始(shi)動作,使(shi)(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)放(fang)出自來水(shui)(shui),供(gong)人(ren)們洗(xi)滌(di)之用,同(tong)時(shi)發(fa)光(guang)二極(ji)(ji)管(guan)LED2 發(fa)出綠光(guang),指(zhi)示洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)正工作于放(fang)水(shui)(shui)狀態(tai)。洗(xi)滌(di)完畢,人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)離開(kai)(kai)(kai)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)后,N4 延時(shi)幾秒鐘后復位(wei),使(shi)(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)停止放(fang)水(shui)(shui)。

圖1中,變壓器(qi)T采用(yong)(yong)220V/9V小型交流(liu)變壓器(qi),VD為(wei)PH303紅外(wai)發(fa)射二極管,VT1為(wei)8050三極管,VT2為(wei)9013三極管,J1采用(yong)(yong)JRX-13F、6V小型直流(liu)繼電(dian)器(qi),Y采用(yong)(yong)市售的220V交流(liu)電(dian)磁閥,其余(yu)元件型號與數(shu)據見(jian)圖1 中所標(biao)參數(shu)。

2、自動干手器電路

自(zi)動(dong)干手器電(dian)路(lu)(lu)圖如圖二所示,電(dian)路(lu)(lu)由(you)紅(hong)外發(fa)射部分與紅(hong)外接收(shou)控制部分組成(cheng)。

紅外發射部分由555時(shi)基電路產生頻率為(wei)5kHz,占空比為(wei)50%的方波信號,驅(qu)動紅外發射管發射紅外線。

在手置于干手器下(xia)部時(shi)(shi)(shi),由(you)于手對紅(hong)外線的(de)(de)反射作(zuo)用,接(jie)收電路(lu)中的(de)(de)PH302將接(jie)收到(dao)的(de)(de)紅(hong)外線變(bian)成電信號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組(zu)成的(de)(de)選頻(pin)放(fang)大器,其(qi)輸出(chu)信號經放(fang)大、整形、濾波變(bian)成直流信號進(jin)人(ren)比較器IC4。比較器的(de)(de)門限電壓為7V,設置較高,其(qi)目的(de)(de)是提高電路(lu)的(de)(de)抗干擾能力(li)。當IC4 的(de)(de)輸人(ren)電平超(chao)過7V 時(shi)(shi)(shi),其(qi)輸出(chu)變(bian)為低(di)電平,觸發IC5 定(ding)(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)器開(kai)始定(ding)(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)該定(ding)(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)器的(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)變(bian)為高電平,使3DG130 導通,繼電器觸點吸合,接(jie)通電阻絲和風機。在定(ding)(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)器的(de)(de)2 腳(jiao)設置了手動開(kai)關S1,可(ke)進(jin)行手動操作(zuo),還可(ke)通過S2 選擇冷(leng)風或(huo)熱(re)風。
