可調穩壓電源原理
參(can)數穩(wen)壓(ya)器在(zai)輸入交流電壓(ya)150V-260V時(shi),輸出穩(wen)壓(ya)在(zai)220V效果效好。低于(yu)和高于(yu)這個范圍,其效率要(yao)下降。采用單片微機(ji)進(jin)行(xing)第一步控(kong)制,使(shi)310V以(yi)下和90V以(yi)上的輸入電壓(ya),調整控(kong)制在(zai)190V—250V范圍,再用參(can)數穩(wen)壓(ya)器進(jin)行(xing)穩(wen)壓(ya)效果很(hen)好。
由市(shi)電(dian)(dian)輸入的交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)變化波動很大,經過過壓(ya)(ya)吸收濾波電(dian)(dian)路(lu)將高頻脈沖等干(gan)擾電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)濾去后,送(song)入直流開關(guan)穩壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、交(jiao)流取(qu)樣電(dian)(dian)路(lu)和控制執行電(dian)(dian)路(lu)。
直流(liu)開關穩壓(ya)電(dian)源的功(gong)(gong)率小(xiao),但能把60-320V的交流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)孌換成+5V,+12V,-12V的直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)。+5V電(dian)壓(ya)供(gong)給(gei)單片微機使用(yong),±12V電(dian)壓(ya)供(gong)給(gei)控制電(dian)路的大功(gong)(gong)率開關模塊使用(yong)。
單片微(wei)機把取樣電路采集到的輸入電壓數據,分析判(pan)斷并發出控制信號(hao)送到觸發電路,控制調(diao)節輸出電壓。
控(kong)制(zhi)執(zhi)行電(dian)路(lu)由SSR過零開(kai)關(guan)大功率模塊和(he)帶(dai)抽頭的(de)自耦變(bian)壓(ya)器組成(cheng)。SSR之間采(cai)用(yong)RC吸收電(dian)路(lu)吸收過電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)過電(dian)流,使SSR在(zai)(zai)開(kai)關(guan)時不(bu)會(hui)損壞(huai)。控(kong)制(zhi)執(zhi)行電(dian)路(lu)把(ba) 90-310V的(de)輸(shu)入電(dian)壓(ya)控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)190V-240V范圍,再送到參數穩(wen)壓(ya)器進行精確穩(wen)壓(ya)。
參數穩(wen)壓(ya)器(qi)由電(dian)感和(he)電(dian)容組(zu)成LC振(zhen)(zhen)蕩器(qi),振(zhen)(zhen)蕩頻(pin)率(lv)50HZ。無論市電(dian)怎么變(bian)化(hua)(hua),其(qi)振(zhen)(zhen)蕩頻(pin)率(lv)不(bu)會改變(bian),因此(ci)(ci)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)不(bu)會變(bian)化(hua)(hua),穩(wen)壓(ya)精度高。即使輸入電(dian)壓(ya)波形失真很大,經(jing)參數穩(wen)壓(ya)器(qi)振(zhen)(zhen)蕩輸出(chu)后卻是(shi)標準的正弦波,因此(ci)(ci)穩(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)源(yuan)有強的抗干擾(rao)能力(li)和(he)凈化(hua)(hua)能力(li)。
保護告警(jing)電路:當(dang)有危害設備安(an)全情況時,只發出聲(sheng)光(guang)告警(jing),提示操(cao)作人員注(zhu)意采取措施(shi),而(er)不用切斷輸(shu)(shu)出電壓。在無輸(shu)(shu)出電壓,控制箱的溫度(du)過高,市(shi)電輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)高過300V,市(shi)電輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)低于130V時都會聲(sheng)光(guang)告警(jing)。當(dang)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電流過大時,輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(輸(shu)(shu)出)空(kong)氣自動開關自動跳開。
可調穩壓電源的作用
1、輸(shu)出(chu)范圍:輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)0—1000V、輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流0—500A,輸(shu)出(chu)功率(lv)≤10KW,在此范圍內的任意電(dian)壓(ya)、任意電(dian)流均可選擇(ze)
2、穩(wen)壓穩(wen)流:電壓電流值從(cong)零(ling)至(zhi)額定值連續可(ke)調(diao),穩(wen)壓穩(wen)流自動轉換
3、短(duan)路(lu)保護:允許在任何工作狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)短(duan)路(lu)或短(duan)路(lu)開機,當輸出(chu)短(duan)路(lu)時,電源聲光報警,短(duan)路(lu)解除時,恢復正常(chang)工作
4、過流(liu)保(bao)護:電流(liu)保(bao)護值(zhi)在額定(ding)值(zhi)范(fan)圍內連(lian)續可調,輸出(chu)(chu)電流(liu)超過設定(ding)值(zhi)時電源會發出(chu)(chu)聲光報(bao)警
5、過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)護:電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)護值(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)額(e)定值(zhi)(zhi)范圍內連續可調,直流穩壓(ya)(ya)穩流電(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超(chao)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)護值(zhi)(zhi)時會發出(chu)聲(sheng)光報警,同時關斷輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)
