電動車電池保養方法
1、使用中對電動車電池保養
(1)在起步、上橋、爬坡,或頂風行駛(shi)時,應該輔以人力,盡量避免瞬(shun)間大電(dian)流放(fang)電(dian)。
(2)需加速(su)時(shi),應緩慢(man)旋轉調速(su)把,避(bi)免直接加快至(zhi)最快檔。
(3)在(zai)路(lu)況允許的情況下,盡可使電動車以(yi)最高(gao)速度行(xing)駛。
(4)盡量避免頻繁(fan)剎車(che)、啟動,在道路擁(yong)擠時多用腳蹬驅動。

電(dian)壓,稱為回(hui)升電(dian)壓,用戶(hu)應避免使用這回(hui)升電(dian)壓來騎行。
2、充電方面對電動車電池保養
(1)夜間充電,平(ping)均(jun)時(shi)間在8小(xiao)時左右(you),避免(mian)過(guo)充(chong)(chong)和欠充(chong)(chong)。
(2)充電(dian)時,指示燈顯示滿電(dian)時不要(yao)立即拔(ba)下來,再浮充2-3小時。
(3)盡(jin)量一次(ci)將(jiang)電(dian)充滿。如確實需要在(zai)充電(dian)過程中騎行,應在(zai)騎行完后(hou)立即充滿。
(4)勤充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)對循(xun)環(huan)壽(shou)命是有益(yi)的,但(dan)目(mu)前市(shi)場(chang)上大量流通(tong)使用的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)存(cun)在故障率高,可靠性差,精度低等缺陷。因此(ci),有時勤充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)反而影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的使用壽(shou)命。而將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放空(kong)再充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),可能造成某些單(dan)格過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接受(shou)能力會大大降低,引起充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不足(zu)的故障,另外由于放完電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)再充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)重負荷時間長,易損壞充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。因此(ci)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量的50-70%時進行一(yi)次充電(dian)是較合理的(de),對(dui)電(dian)池的(de)壽命有(you)好(hao)處。
3、電動車電池保養要注意避免虧電存放

(2)電池在充電時發燙

5、電動車電池保養要定期檢驗
在使用過程中(zhong)(zhong),如果電動(dong)車的續行(xing)里(li)(li)程在短時(shi)間內(nei)突然(ran)下降(jiang)十幾公里(li)(li),則很有(you)可能是電池(chi)組中(zhong)(zhong)最少有(you)一(yi)塊(kuai)電池(chi)出現(xian)斷(duan)格、極(ji)板軟化(hua)、極(ji)板活性物質脫落(luo)等(deng)短路現(xian)象。此時(shi),應及時(shi)進行(xing)檢查(cha)、再生及配(pei)組。這樣能相對延長電池(chi)組壽命,最大程度地節省開支。
6、對電動車電池保養還要注意:
電(dian)瓶(ping)在電(dian)動自行車(che)上安裝要(yao)牢固(gu),以防騎(qi)行時電(dian)瓶(ping)受振(zhen)動損害;經常清除電(dian)瓶(ping)蓋(gai)上的灰(hui)塵(chen)、污(wu)物,注意保持電(dian)瓶(ping)干燥、清潔,以防電(dian)瓶(ping)自行放電(dian)。
電動車電池修復方法
萬能表(測電壓用),比重為1.3的稀(xi)硫酸電解液, 針(zhen)筒,功率50W的12V燈泡(汽(qi)車用),或2000W的電(dian)爐絲一小(xiao)節,恒(heng)流(liu)充電(dian)機(如沒有的可用(yong)(yong)充電(dian)器代(dai)用(yong)(yong))
步驟/方法
1、把電(dian)池用(yong)燈泡或電(dian)爐絲(si)放電(dian)到0V,即清(qing)零,一(yi)(yi)點電都沒有(you),放電時(shi)最好是一(yi)(yi)個(ge)個(ge)來(lai)放或并(bing)聯(lian)放電,這個(ge)工作(zuo)要一(yi)(yi)定的時(shi)間,之前也可以把車(che)騎到都不能騎再放電,這樣會更(geng)快;
2、打開(kai)電池(chi)(chi)上蓋片(pian),用(yong)針筒往電池(chi)(chi)排氣孔里加比重(zhong)為1.3的稀硫酸(suan)電解液加到富液(加滿(man)也可),停20分(fen)鐘;
3、給(gei)加(jia)滿電解液的電池充(chong)電!如果是20AH的電池,用(yong)的是量程為70V的恒(heng)流充電機,可(ke)把(ba)4個電(dian)池串聯來同時充(chong)電(dian),用1.5A的電流恒流充24小時,不要(yao)限(xian)壓,一(yi)般(ban)電池就可修復到8-9成新性能(neng);如果沒有充(chong)電機(ji),也有辦法,就是(shi)用我們平常充(chong)電動車用的充(chong)電器來充(chong)電,但充(chong)20AH的電(dian)池要用充(chong)10AH的(de)充電器(電流一般是1.5A-1.8A)來充,一個只能(neng)充2-3只(zhi),時(shi)間可(ke)充20-24小時.一般也可把電(dian)池恢復。
4、如(ru)要(yao)修復10AH電池,則用以上方法用1A電流(liu)連(lian)續充20-24小(xiao)時(shi)也就可以修復了!但10AH充電器的電流約1.5-1.8A,太大了,可串(chuan)聯一個電阻來減小電流到1A.
5、把電池里都出來的(de)電解液用針(zhen)筒抽到貧液就可以了(le),修復完成。
