西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)道(West Qinling Tunnel),全(quan)長28.236公里,穿越西秦(qin)嶺山區,位于(yu)甘肅省隴南市武都區境內,是(shi)蘭渝(yu)鐵路全(quan)線最長的(de)控制性工程(cheng)隧(sui)道,也是(shi)國(guo)內鐵路第二長隧(sui)道。工程(cheng)于(yu)2008年(nian)8月開工建設,2014年(nian)7月19日全(quan)線貫通。
西秦(qin)(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao),于2008年8月(yue)(yue)開工(gong)(gong),是蘭渝鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路先期(qi)開工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)期(qi)約5年。同年8月(yue)(yue)15日10時,隨著(zhu)高度超過10米的(de)(de)(de)巨型掘進機(ji)緩(huan)緩(huan)向前推進,穿越我國西部秦(qin)(qin)嶺(ling)山脈的(de)(de)(de)蘭渝鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路標志性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)——全(quan)長近30公里的(de)(de)(de)西秦(qin)(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)全(quan)面(mian)開工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)(she);該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由中國鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)所(suo)屬中鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)第一(yi)勘(kan)察設(she)(she)計(ji)院(yuan)(簡稱鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)一(yi)院(yuan))設(she)(she)計(ji),中鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)局(ju)、中鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十八局(ju)承(cheng)建(jian);為我國第二(er)長鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(含(han)在建(jian)),僅次于青藏鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路新(xin)關角(jiao)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao),隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)位于甘(gan)肅省(sheng)隴(long)南市武都區。為雙洞單(dan)線(xian)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)采用兩臺TBM和(he)鉆爆法施工(gong)(gong)。
西秦嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)越嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)地段(duan)DK391+800~DK423+940,位于(yu)甘肅省隴南(nan)市武都(dou)區境內(nei),設計起(qi)(qi)點里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)DK391+800,設計終點里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)DK423+915,新建(jian)線(xian)路(lu)折(zhe)合雙線(xian)長度(du)32.115公(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)走(zou)行于(yu)秦嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)高中(zhong)山區,隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)最大(da)(da)埋深約1400m,西秦嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)起(qi)(qi)訖里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)為DK395+122~DK423+358,長度(du)28.236公(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),設計為兩(liang)條單線(xian)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),線(xian)間距(ju)40米(mi)(mi)。本(ben)項(xiang)目主要(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)從(cong)蘭(lan)州至重慶方向依次為:范家坪隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長3.152公(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li))、潘(pan)家溝大(da)(da)橋(長0.191公(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li))、西秦嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)特(te)(te)長隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長28.236公(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li))、洛塘河特(te)(te)大(da)(da)橋(長0.579公(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)(li))。蘭(lan)渝鐵路(lu)西秦嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)分為左線(xian)和右(you)線(xian),從(cong)進口(kou)(kou)、出口(kou)(kou)兩(liang)端相(xiang)向施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),同時在(zai)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)中(zhong)段(duan)斜井開(kai)掘完(wan)成后,再從(cong)中(zhong)間向兩(liang)邊(bian)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)左線(xian)由中(zhong)鐵隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)集(ji)團負責施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)10月16日(ri)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設,目前進口(kou)(kou)已掘進72米(mi)(mi),出口(kou)(kou)已掘進35米(mi)(mi)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右(you)線(xian)由中(zhong)鐵十八局集(ji)團負責施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)11月7日(ri)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),目前進口(kou)(kou)掘進35米(mi)(mi),出口(kou)(kou)掘進40米(mi)(mi),斜井已打(da)進120多(duo)米(mi)(mi)。由于(yu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)地質屬于(yu)無機熔巖(yan)的狀(zhuang)態,一面是(shi)石頭,一面是(shi)土,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)比較(jiao)大(da)(da),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人員在(zai)保證安(an)全的情(qing)況下(xia)進行接力,每天進度(du)3-7米(mi)(mi)。
2013年10月30日,三公司參建(jian)的蘭渝鐵路西(xi)秦嶺(ling)隧道左(zuo)線(xian)貫通。
2014年(nian)7月19日,歷經六年(nian)建(jian)設,我國(guo)在建(jian)最長鐵路隧道(dao)——蘭渝(yu)鐵路西秦嶺隧道(dao)全線貫通。
西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧道(dao)(dao)目(mu)前設(she)(she)計采(cai)(cai)用TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方式(shi),這(zhe)(zhe)是國內(nei)比較先進的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方式(shi)。西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧道(dao)(dao)也(ye)是采(cai)(cai)取TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方式(shi)中最長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)隧道(dao)(dao)。由于工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)極大(da),同時考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中盡可能(neng)少地(di)破壞生態環(huan)境(jing)(jing),這(zhe)(zhe)臺長(chang)(chang)180米,重達1800噸的(de)(de)現代化掘進機,開(kai)挖直(zhi)徑達10.23米,超(chao)過了三層樓的(de)(de)高度(du),也(ye)是目(mu)前我(wo)國采(cai)(cai)用掘進機修建的(de)(de)最大(da)直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)干(gan)線鐵路隧道(dao)(dao)。采(cai)(cai)用這(zhe)(zhe)種“工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)化”的(de)(de)隧道(dao)(dao)開(kai)挖現代作(zuo)業(ye)設(she)(she)備和技術,不僅可以在(zai)保證工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量的(de)(de)同時確保施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全;還能(neng)最大(da)限度(du)改善作(zuo)業(ye)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)、降低(di)粉塵等有(you)害氣體的(de)(de)污染,減少對生態環(huan)境(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)影(ying)響和破壞。它標志著(zhu)我(wo)國特殊(shu)地(di)質條件下(xia),鐵路隧道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術達到(dao)世界領先水平。
西秦嶺隧道,采用世界上最(zui)先進(jin)的現代(dai)化(hua)掘進(jin)技術來穿越復雜地質、修建長大、長隧道,是重大隧道類工程建設(she)的發展趨(qu)勢,在(zai)我國鐵路隧道建設(she)史(shi)上具有里(li)程碑的重要意義。
2021年12月13日,中國土(tu)木工程學會基金獎勵辦公室發(fa)布,西秦嶺隧道列入(ru)第(di)十九屆中國土(tu)木工程詹天佑獎入(ru)選工程名單。
