西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(West Qinling Tunnel),全(quan)長28.236公(gong)里(li),穿越西(xi)秦(qin)嶺山區,位于甘肅省隴南市武都區境內(nei),是蘭渝鐵(tie)路(lu)全(quan)線最(zui)長的控制性工程隧(sui)道(dao),也是國內(nei)鐵(tie)路(lu)第二長隧(sui)道(dao)。工程于2008年(nian)8月開(kai)工建(jian)設,2014年(nian)7月19日全(quan)線貫通。
西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),于(yu)2008年8月開工(gong)(gong),是蘭(lan)渝鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)先期開工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)期約5年。同年8月15日10時,隨著高度超(chao)過(guo)10米(mi)的(de)巨型(xing)掘進機緩緩向前(qian)推(tui)進,穿越我(wo)國(guo)西(xi)部秦(qin)嶺山(shan)脈的(de)蘭(lan)渝鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)標志性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)——全長近30公(gong)里(li)的(de)西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)全面開工(gong)(gong)建設(she);該工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由(you)中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)建所屬中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)第一勘(kan)察設(she)計(ji)院(yuan)(簡稱鐵(tie)(tie)一院(yuan))設(she)計(ji),中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)局(ju)、中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)八局(ju)承(cheng)建;為(wei)我(wo)國(guo)第二長鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(含在(zai)建),僅次于(yu)青藏(zang)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)新關角隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)位于(yu)甘肅省隴南市武都區。為(wei)雙洞單線隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)采用(yong)兩(liang)臺TBM和鉆爆法施工(gong)(gong)。
西秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)越嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)地(di)段(duan)DK391+800~DK423+940,位于(yu)甘肅省隴(long)南(nan)市武都區(qu)境內(nei),設(she)計(ji)(ji)起點(dian)里(li)程DK391+800,設(she)計(ji)(ji)終點(dian)里(li)程DK423+915,新(xin)建線路(lu)折(zhe)合(he)雙(shuang)線長(chang)(chang)度(du)32.115公里(li)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)走行(xing)(xing)于(yu)秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)高中山區(qu),隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)最大埋(mai)深約1400m,西秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)起訖里(li)程為DK395+122~DK423+358,長(chang)(chang)度(du)28.236公里(li),設(she)計(ji)(ji)為兩(liang)條(tiao)單(dan)線隧(sui)(sui)道(dao),線間距40米(mi)(mi)(mi)。本項目主要(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程從蘭州至(zhi)重慶(qing)方向(xiang)依(yi)次為:范(fan)家坪隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(長(chang)(chang)3.152公里(li))、潘(pan)家溝大橋(qiao)(長(chang)(chang)0.191公里(li))、西秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)特長(chang)(chang)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(長(chang)(chang)28.236公里(li))、洛塘河(he)特大橋(qiao)(長(chang)(chang)0.579公里(li))。蘭渝(yu)鐵(tie)路(lu)西秦(qin)嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)分(fen)為左(zuo)線和右線,從進(jin)(jin)口(kou)、出(chu)口(kou)兩(liang)端(duan)相向(xiang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),同時(shi)在(zai)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)中段(duan)斜(xie)井開掘(jue)完成后,再從中間向(xiang)兩(liang)邊施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)左(zuo)線由中鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)集(ji)團(tuan)負(fu)責(ze)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)10月16日開工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設(she),目前進(jin)(jin)口(kou)已(yi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)72米(mi)(mi)(mi),出(chu)口(kou)已(yi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)35米(mi)(mi)(mi)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)右線由中鐵(tie)十八局集(ji)團(tuan)負(fu)責(ze)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)11月7日開工(gong)(gong)(gong),目前進(jin)(jin)口(kou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)35米(mi)(mi)(mi),出(chu)口(kou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)40米(mi)(mi)(mi),斜(xie)井已(yi)打進(jin)(jin)120多米(mi)(mi)(mi)。由于(yu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)地(di)質屬于(yu)無機熔巖的(de)狀(zhuang)態,一面(mian)是石頭,一面(mian)是土,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)比較大,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程人員在(zai)保證安全的(de)情況下進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)接力,每(mei)天(tian)進(jin)(jin)度(du)3-7米(mi)(mi)(mi)。
2013年10月30日,三公司參建的(de)蘭渝(yu)鐵路(lu)西秦嶺隧道左(zuo)線貫通。
2014年7月19日,歷(li)經六年建(jian)設(she),我國在建(jian)最長鐵路(lu)隧道——蘭渝鐵路(lu)西秦嶺隧道全線貫通(tong)。
西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)目(mu)前(qian)設計采(cai)用(yong)(yong)TBM施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方式(shi),這(zhe)是國(guo)(guo)內比(bi)較先(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方式(shi)。西秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)道(dao)也(ye)是采(cai)取(qu)TBM施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方式(shi)中最長的(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)。由于(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度極(ji)大(da),同時考慮到施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中盡可能少(shao)地破壞生(sheng)態(tai)(tai)環(huan)境(jing),這(zhe)臺長180米,重(zhong)達(da)1800噸的(de)(de)(de)現代(dai)化掘(jue)進(jin)機(ji),開挖(wa)(wa)直(zhi)徑達(da)10.23米,超過(guo)了三(san)層樓(lou)的(de)(de)(de)高度,也(ye)是目(mu)前(qian)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)掘(jue)進(jin)機(ji)修(xiu)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)最大(da)直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)干線鐵路隧(sui)道(dao)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)這(zhe)種(zhong)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠化”的(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道(dao)開挖(wa)(wa)現代(dai)作(zuo)業(ye)設備和技(ji)術(shu),不僅可以在保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量的(de)(de)(de)同時確(que)保施工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全;還能最大(da)限(xian)度改善作(zuo)業(ye)環(huan)境(jing)、降低粉塵等有害氣體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)污染,減少(shao)對(dui)生(sheng)態(tai)(tai)環(huan)境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)影響和破壞。它標志著(zhu)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)特(te)殊地質條件下,鐵路隧(sui)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)達(da)到世界領先(xian)水(shui)平。
西秦嶺隧(sui)(sui)道,采用(yong)世界上(shang)最先進的(de)現代(dai)化掘進技術來穿(chuan)越復雜地質(zhi)、修建長大、長隧(sui)(sui)道,是重大隧(sui)(sui)道類工(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)的(de)發(fa)展趨勢,在(zai)我國鐵路隧(sui)(sui)道建設(she)史上(shang)具(ju)有(you)里程(cheng)碑的(de)重要意義。
2021年12月13日,中國(guo)土木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)學會基金獎(jiang)勵辦公室發布(bu),西秦嶺隧道(dao)列入第(di)十九屆中國(guo)土木(mu)工(gong)程(cheng)詹天佑(you)獎(jiang)入選工(gong)程(cheng)名單。
