遼寧(ning)省鳳城(cheng)市(shi)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)坐落于國家級風景(jing)名(ming)(ming)(ming)勝區鳳凰山(shan),地(di)處(chu)鳳凰山(shan)游(you)覽區西山(shan)景(jing)區,海(hai)拔880米。這里(li)景(jing)色優美,氣候宜人(ren)。春來百鳥爭鳴,百花競艷;夏季綠意蔥蘢,林幽壑深;秋天層林盡染,如(ru)詩如(ru)畫;冬來素裹銀裝,妖嬈多(duo)姿。乃(nai)一(yi)(yi)處(chu)人(ren)間仙境所在(zai)。 朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)的奇(qi)山(shan)異景(jing)與長城(cheng)比(bi),奇(qi)峰險山(shan)與九(jiu)華山(shan)高聳并(bing)列同行,傲(ao)雪冰霜,四季青松。佛陀的教(jiao)誨,高深的佛法(fa),攝(she)壽(shou)著十方眾生(sheng)。朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)建(jian)(jian)(jian)于明教(jiao)宗弘治(zhi)初年(nian)(1488),原名(ming)(ming)(ming)大(da)安寺(si),是(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)在(zai)鳳凰山(shan)上(shang)最早(zao)的寺(si)院,后經(jing)過(guo)數(shu)次重(zhong)(zhong)修。1721年(nian)重(zhong)(zhong)鳳凰城(cheng)守(shou)尉(wei)烏爾度(du)再度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)修,建(jian)(jian)(jian)佛殿五(wu)間,東(dong)西廂房三間,山(shan)門一(yi)(yi)間,落成之日(ri)名(ming)(ming)(ming)曰(yue)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)。廟地(di)宏(hong)廣,方圓(yuan)(yuan)四十二(er)丈,僧(seng)人(ren)最多(duo)時達(da)四百余人(ren)。至上(shang)個世(shi)紀五(wu)十年(nian)代(dai),朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)原貌大(da)都已不復(fu)存(cun)在(zai),只剩(sheng)斷壁殘垣,難(nan)尋香火經(jing)聲。 2001年(nian),東(dong)北高僧(seng)圓(yuan)(yuan)霖法(fa)師(shi)率眾子弟(di)考(kao)察朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)遺址,發宏(hong)愿辟新址重(zhong)(zhong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)。朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)于2001年(nian)4月(yue)19日(ri)奠基,公歷2004年(nian)6月(yue)13日(ri)、佛歷2548年(nian)4月(yue)26日(ri)開光。寺(si)內最為(wei)著名(ming)(ming)(ming)的佛像是(shi)是(shi)世(shi)界上(shang)唯(wei)一(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)尊正(zheng)法(fa)明如(ru)來像,為(wei)東(dong)北高僧(seng)、朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)寺(si)方丈釋(shi)圓(yuan)(yuan)霖法(fa)師(shi)親自設(she)計建(jian)(jian)(jian)造。
自(zi)上世紀(ji)九十(shi)年(nian)代起(qi),為(wei)重現(xian)歷(li)史(shi),弘揚佛(fo)教(jiao)文化,鳳城市宗教(jiao)局曾(ceng)請來多位佛(fo)家名師,擬恢復朝(chao)(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)寺(si)的(de)歷(li)史(shi)原貌,但囿于條件艱(jian)苦(ku),人力不(bu)足(zu),又耗資巨大,最終是(shi)和(he)(he)(he)尚(shang)們(men)一(yi)(yi)撥(bo)一(yi)(yi)撥(bo)地(di)(di)來,又一(yi)(yi)撥(bo)一(yi)(yi)撥(bo)地(di)(di)搖(yao)著(zhu)頭(tou),相繼離(li)開鳳凰山(shan)這塊寶(bao)地(di)(di)。2001年(nian)4月(yue),圓林方(fang)(fang)丈率四眾弟子,到朝(chao)(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)寺(si)舊址實地(di)(di)考察,發(fa)宏誓愿辟(pi)新址復建(jian)朝(chao)(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)寺(si),再現(xian)昔日(ri)之(zhi)輝煌(huang)。在恢復重建(jian)這些寺(si)廟(miao)(miao)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,圓林方(fang)(fang)丈一(yi)(yi)概親(qin)自(zi)設計、發(fa)包工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、督促工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期及(ji)驗收(shou)。當初,從修建(jian)建(jian)昌縣(xian)清(qing)泉寺(si)開始,為(wei)節約資金,法(fa)師不(bu)請一(yi)(yi)個地(di)(di)方(fang)(fang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠,從挖(wa)地(di)(di)基,到主體施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以及(ji)內(nei)部(bu)裝修,他親(qin)自(zi)帶(dai)領(ling)僧眾以及(ji)居(ju)士們(men)沒(mei)日(ri)沒(mei)夜(ye)地(di)(di)干,包括修筑(zhu)(zhu)山(shan)下通往(wang)寺(si)廟(miao)(miao)的(de)三十(shi)余華里山(shan)路,都是(shi)他們(men)用(yong)血和(he)(he)(he)汗筑(zhu)(zhu)成的(de)。當時法(fa)師住(zhu)在山(shan)洞里,吃(chi)的(de)是(shi)鹽水就高(gao)粱米(mi),有時買點(dian)紅方(fang)(fang),大家半塊半塊地(di)(di)分著(zhu)吃(chi)。看到和(he)(he)(he)尚(shang)們(men)為(wei)建(jian)寺(si)廟(miao)(miao)吃(chi)不(bu)上菜,山(shan)下的(de)居(ju)士們(men)都動了惻隱之(zhi)心,紛(fen)紛(fen)送(song)來飯菜和(he)(he)(he)餐具。鳳凰山(shan)朝(chao)(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)寺(si)的(de)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou),圓林方(fang)(fang)丈一(yi)(yi)如既往(wang),親(qin)自(zi)下山(shan)去背石頭(tou)、背磚(zhuan)、扛木頭(tou),眾和(he)(he)(he)尚(shang)在師父的(de)帶(dai)領(ling)下,干得更加(jia)起(qi)勁,使得工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)得以如期完工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。自(zi)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)日(ri)起(qi),僅用(yong)了兩年(nian)半的(de)時間,一(yi)(yi)座新的(de)朝(chao)(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)寺(si)便拔地(di)(di)而起(qi),無論寺(si)院的(de)仿(fang)古程(cheng)(cheng)度、結構(gou)質量,還是(shi)殿內(nei)陳(chen)設都是(shi)古今一(yi)(yi)流,其建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)速度和(he)(he)(he)寺(si)廟(miao)(miao)規格也(ye)備受佛(fo)界和(he)(he)(he)世人稱贊(zan)。自(zi)此晨鐘暮鼓(gu)、經聲佛(fo)號重現(xian)于松濤(tao)古柏之(zhi)間。
圓林法(fa)師(shi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)佛(fo)教文化的發揚光大(da)(da),做出了(le)巨大(da)(da)貢(gong)獻。法(fa)師(shi)說,受佛(fo)祖(zu)的恩典,鳳凰山(shan)朝陽(yang)(yang)寺正(zheng)殿(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)奉(feng)正(zheng)法(fa)明如來(lai)佛(fo)像、歸茗寺正(zheng)殿(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)奉(feng)地藏(zang)王菩薩(sa)(sa)像,皆為(wei)(wei)(wei)他親自設計(ji),請寧波精雕(diao)工藝師(shi)雕(diao)塑(su)而成(cheng)。正(zheng)法(fa)明殿(dian)(dian)全殿(dian)(dian)面(mian)(mian)積540平方(fang)米(mi),殿(dian)(dian)內供(gong)(gong)奉(feng)觀(guan)音菩薩(sa)(sa)前身正(zheng)法(fa)明如來(lai)。壁(bi)畫上(shang)面(mian)(mian)有釋(shi)迦(jia)牟(mou)尼佛(fo)事圖(tu),包(bao)括八(ba)相正(zheng)道圖(tu),下面(mian)(mian)是(shi)觀(guan)音菩薩(sa)(sa)普門示觀(guan)(救(jiu)苦尋生圖(tu))。殿(dian)(dian)內為(wei)(wei)(wei)立體彩繪,柱子上(shang)藍下紅,藍色(se)代(dai)表天界,紅色(se)意(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)凡(fan)塵。主佛(fo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)正(zheng)法(fa)明如來(lai),高(gao)十(shi)六米(mi),為(wei)(wei)(wei)香(xiang)樟木一體雕(diao)刻,漢白玉須彌(mi)臺。金剛(gang)座上(shang)在觀(guan)音菩薩(sa)(sa)三十(shi)二(er)(er)(er)身的簇擁下,涌出千葉(xie)寶(bao)蓮,正(zheng)法(fa)明如來(lai)結伽跌座于(yu)千佛(fo)蓮上(shang),背(bei)光為(wei)(wei)(wei)八(ba)十(shi)八(ba)佛(fo),最上(shang)面(mian)(mian)是(shi)佛(fo)教護法(fa)大(da)(da)鵬金翅鳥。大(da)(da)殿(dian)(dian)兩(liang)側為(wei)(wei)(wei)二(er)(er)(er)十(shi)二(er)(er)(er)尊觀(guan)音菩薩(sa)(sa),包(bao)括禪、教、律、密、凈供(gong)(gong)奉(feng)的各宗(zong)觀(guan)音。每尊佛(fo)像都是(shi)面(mian)(mian)容和藹,但神態各異,栩栩如生。造型獨特(te)之(zhi)處,給(gei)十(shi)方(fang)法(fa)界眾生帶來(lai)了(le)無(wu)價之(zhi)寶(bao),佛(fo)法(fa)僧三寶(bao)也蘊含著更高(gao)層次的文化內涵。朝陽(yang)(yang)寺的落成(cheng),也為(wei)(wei)(wei)遼東再添一處不可多得的佛(fo)教圣地,引得四面(mian)(mian)八(ba)方(fang)的游客紛至沓來(lai),敬(jing)香(xiang)禮佛(fo)。也為(wei)(wei)(wei)當(dang)地的旅游業貢(gong)獻不菲。
各(ge)界人士帶(dai)著不(bu)(bu)同(tong)心情(qing)、思念(nian)、祈(qi)求、渴望(wang)、煩惱、病(bing)苦,探索人生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)與解脫,十面八方的(de)(de)(de)來到佛(fo)(fo)(fo)陀面前,跪(gui)拜懺悔,偉大的(de)(de)(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)陀,佛(fo)(fo)(fo)光(guang)的(de)(de)(de)普照,化解眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)切苦難。使眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)帶(dai)著愉快的(de)(de)(de)心情(qing)又(you)走入新的(de)(de)(de)人生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)旅途,這是歷(li)史悠久的(de)(de)(de)朝陽寺,永不(bu)(bu)衰竭的(de)(de)(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)光(guang)。千古不(bu)(bu)衰的(de)(de)(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)法,僧寶(bao)釋(shi)迦牟尼佛(fo)(fo)(fo)重現(xian)人間(jian),觀音菩薩,慈(ci)悲尋聲救(jiu)苦,地藏菩薩地獄(yu)不(bu)(bu)空不(bu)(bu)成佛(fo)(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)大愿,普賢菩薩普渡眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)十大行愿。大勢至菩薩,清凈大海眾(zhong)菩薩,一(yi)(yi)(yi)切天(tian)龍八部善神(shen)護(hu)法,各(ge)表法力。救(jiu)度了無(wu)數(shu)苦難的(de)(de)(de)眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),物價法寶(bao)重返(fan)人間(jian),普及(ji)一(yi)(yi)(yi)切眾(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),即將(jiang)是人類和平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)大平(ping)安幸福吉祥人間(jian)凈土(tu),旅游健身的(de)(de)(de)好場所,又(you)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)座(zuo)修心養性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)弘法利生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)好道(dao)場。
朝(chao)(chao)陽寺(si)院建在雙(shuang)手(shou)環(huan)抱,背靠大師(shi)龍椅(yi),后依元寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)石壁(bi)鶴影綠蔭,松濤茂盛(sheng)(sheng)之地(di),氣(qi)勢雄偉壯觀。一進寺(si)院,心胸開闊,美麗環(huan)形公路,綠蔭茂盛(sheng)(sheng),松濤陣陣灑(sa),泉水四季流,有(you)個八(ba)(ba)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)擁,僧眾十方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)聚,冬暖夏(xia)涼,別具一格。笑臉相迎的彌勒佛(fo)兜率天(tian)(tian),忉利(li)天(tian)(tian)的護法(fa)(fa)(fa)韋馱菩(pu)薩(sa)(sa)迎送大家(jia),有(you)日不逍閑的客堂(tang),接待往(wang)來眾生(sheng)。有(you)三圣(sheng)殿(dian),供奉正法(fa)(fa)(fa)明如來,觀音(yin)(yin)菩(pu)薩(sa)(sa)的前(qian)(qian)身(shen),是當今世界上獨(du)一無(wu)二的造型。各(ge)種(zhong)觀音(yin)(yin)像共(gong)22尊。大殿(dian)前(qian)(qian)有(you)一座觀音(yin)(yin)泉。在圓(yuan)霖(lin)法(fa)(fa)(fa)師(shi)建寺(si)之初,山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)無(wu)有(you)棵用(yong)之水,法(fa)(fa)(fa)師(shi)的指(zhi)導(dao)下將雙(shuang)井建成。朝(chao)(chao)陽寺(si)地(di)處(chu)高(gao)山(shan)(shan),僧眾飲(yin)水很難(nan)(nan)。雙(shuang)井出現之后,徹底(di)解決了(le)飲(yin)水的難(nan)(nan)題(ti)。可見正法(fa)(fa)(fa)住世,諸(zhu)佛(fo)含笑,龍天(tian)(tian)歡喜(xi),地(di)涌(yong)清泉,故將此雙(shuang)井命名為“觀音(yin)(yin)泉”千手(shou)千眼圓(yuan)通殿(dian)、八(ba)(ba)角地(di)藏殿(dian)、護法(fa)(fa)(fa)殿(dian)、老廟舊(jiu)址的禪堂(tang)及(ji)龜亭、龍亭、伽藍殿(dian)、九層千佛(fo)塔、鐘(zhong)鼓二樓、山(shan)(shan)門、方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)丈寮、齋(zhai)房(fang)(fang)、寮房(fang)(fang)及(ji)附屬建筑總面積(ji)達3000平(ping)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)米。朝(chao)(chao)陽寺(si)的落成給遼寧鳳(feng)凰山(shan)(shan)帶來了(le)昔日的生(sheng)機。給十方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)界眾生(sheng)帶來了(le)無(wu)價之寶(bao),佛(fo)、法(fa)(fa)(fa)、僧三寶(bao)給大眾帶來了(le)高(gao)層次古文化,極樂學校(xiao)。
