博(bo)白(bai)空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(博(bo)白(bai)蕹菜(cai)(cai)),又叫空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai),或通心(xin)菜(cai)(cai),是一年生草(cao)本植物(wu),莖空心(xin),蔓生,是博(bo)白(bai)縣的特產鮮菜(cai)(cai)
博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)空心菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai))歷(li)(li)史悠久,品(pin)種(zhong)優(you)良,尤其以(yi)(yi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣城(cheng)郊(jiao)南門(men)塘的(de)(de)(de)最有名(ming)(ming)。古(gu)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)廣西玉(yu)林曾(ceng)有過(guo)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)說法(fa):“陸(lu)川(chuan)豬,北流魚,博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)靚蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)”。可見博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)空心菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai))確實早已(yi)(yi)譽滿神州,名(ming)(ming)揚海外。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣第(di)二本(ben)縣志(zhi),為(wei)清道光十二年(1832年)重鑄(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)乾(qian)隆時(shi)期的(de)(de)(de)《博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣志(zhi)》(第(di)一本(ben)縣志(zhi)是(shi)乾(qian)隆時(shi)期的(de)(de)(de)手抄本(ben),已(yi)(yi)失傳),在(zai)該縣志(zhi)第(di)三冊(ce),十二卷物(wu)產綱,蔬屬(shu)篇中(zhong),就有“蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)”的(de)(de)(de)記(ji)載,據(ju)《博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣志(zhi)》(1988建國后(hou)第(di)一冊(ce))卷九第(di)一章第(di)一目記(ji)載:“博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai),又叫空心菜(cai)(cai)(cai),或(huo)通(tong)心菜(cai)(cai)(cai),是(shi)一年生草(cao)本(ben)植(zhi)物(wu),莖空心,蔓生,是(shi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣的(de)(de)(de)特(te)產鮮(xian)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)。它(ta)栽植(zhi)于水(shui)田(tian),特(te)點是(shi)莖長葉疏(shu)、葉尾(wei)尖(jian)細、鮮(xian)綠(lv)脆嫩;把莖蔓折斷(duan)成段,其斷(duan)口即裂(lie)開卷縮,狀似(si)喇(la)叭;煮熟(shu)后(hou),次(ci)日仍保持(chi)原來的(de)(de)(de)青綠(lv)色(se)澤。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)湯清淡可口被(bei)譽為(wei)“青龍過(guo)海”,是(shi)人(ren)(ren)們喜愛(ai)的(de)(de)(de)素食(shi)湯菜(cai)(cai)(cai)之一。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)具(ju)有清暑(shu)解毒、消食(shi)去膩(ni)、生津(jin)、消炎之功能。便秘者,吃上能使大便暢通(tong);對高血壓(ya)病人(ren)(ren)亦(yi)有療養。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)歷(li)(li)史悠久,200多年前,已(yi)(yi)名(ming)(ming)揚海外。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)以(yi)(yi)鮮(xian)美脆嫩著稱(cheng),遠(yuan)銷區內外。一位詩人(ren)(ren)品(pin)嘗博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)后(hou),曾(ceng)留下(xia)“席間一試(shi)青龍味,半夜醒來嘴猶香”的(de)(de)(de)詩句(ju)。游子歸來以(yi)(yi)吃上博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)最為(wei)稱(cheng)心,外來旅人(ren)(ren)也以(yi)(yi)品(pin)嘗博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)為(wei)快。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)田(tian),泥肉(rou)較深,土(tu)質(zhi)肥沃(wo),灌(guan)溉方便,經常保持(chi)4到(dao)5寸水(shui)層(ceng);肥料(liao)全部(bu)施用(yong)腐熟(shu)的(de)(de)(de)農家水(shui)肥,不施化(hua)肥。但在(zai)異國他鄉用(yong)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)子培植(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)味道卻大為(wei)遜色(se)。”
