中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)養(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)歷史悠(you)久(jiu)。早在1973年,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)民在長江(jiang)水(shui)庫利用(yong)水(shui)泥池、采(cai)用(yong)循環水(shui)飼養(yang)(yang)(yang)方(fang)式首先培育成(cheng)(cheng)功,因其肉(rou)質結(jie)實脆爽(shuang)、耐煮(zhu)不爛,肉(rou)味清香可口而被稱(cheng)為中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。80年代初,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)率(lv)先采(cai)用(yong)池塘(tang)進行養(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi),經(jing)(jing)(jing)過多年的(de)(de)摸索、實踐(jian)、總結(jie),積累了豐富的(de)(de)生產經(jing)(jing)(jing)驗,掌(zhang)握了一套成(cheng)(cheng)熟的(de)(de)養(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)并制訂了廣東省(sheng)地方(fang)標(biao)準《無公(gong)害食品脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)養(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)規范》。2006年3月,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)高(gao)產增效技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)示范通過了省(sheng)級鑒定(ding)。近年來(lai),中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)養(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)為中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)漁業的(de)(de)支柱產業。目前,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)作為我(wo)市(shi)漁業的(de)(de)拳頭(tou)產品和農(nong)業經(jing)(jing)(jing)濟的(de)(de)一大支柱,養(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)規模已(yi)經(jing)(jing)(jing)形成(cheng)(cheng),擁有萬畝連片飼養(yang)(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆肉(rou)鯇(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。
