鴨池(chi)河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)2016年5月20日,貴陽(yang)至(zhi)黔(qian)西(xi)高速(su)公路鴨池(chi)河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)順利合龍。這座主(zhu)跨長達(da)800米(mi)、全長1450米(mi)的大(da)(da)橋(qiao)是(shi)(shi)世界(jie)上較(jiao)大(da)(da)跨徑的鋼桁梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao),也是(shi)(shi)世界(jie)山區斜拉橋(qiao)之最。鴨池(chi)河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)是(shi)(shi)貴黔(qian)高速(su)的控制性工程(cheng),位于烏江源百里畫廊,跨越鴨池(chi)河(he),距貴陽(yang)觀山湖區45千(qian)米(mi),距畢節市黔(qian)西(xi)縣25千(qian)米(mi)。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)面寬28米(mi),全長1450米(mi),主(zhu)塔采用H型索塔,貴陽(yang)岸塔高243.2米(mi)、黔(qian)西(xi)岸塔高258.2米(mi)。總投資達(da)到7.8億元。
大橋位于貴(gui)黔(qian)(qian)高速上,貴(gui)陽清(qing)鎮(zhen)市(shi)和畢節黔(qian)(qian)西縣交界處。
鴨(ya)池河(he)特(te)(te)大(da)橋是一座雙(shuang)塔(ta)雙(shuang)索(suo)面半(ban)漂浮體(ti)系的(de)(de)混合(he)梁(liang)(liang)斜拉橋,中(zhong)(zhong)跨為(wei)(wei)(wei)鋼(gang)(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)結構,邊跨為(wei)(wei)(wei)220米(mi)預應力混凝(ning)土雙(shuang)邊箱PC箱梁(liang)(liang)結構,是目前采用鋼(gang)(gang)絞線斜拉索(suo)的(de)(de)較大(da)跨徑(jing)斜拉橋,橋址深切“U”型(xing)峽谷之中(zhong)(zhong),橋面至水(shui)面高差360m,地質(zhi)(zhi)條件復雜,河(he)谷之間(jian)的(de)(de)通(tong)風(feng)口上較大(da)風(feng)力可達到(dao)8級,典型(xing)的(de)(de)山(shan)區大(da)跨徑(jing)橋梁(liang)(liang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),具(ju)有(you)“高、特(te)(te)、難(nan)、新”等特(te)(te)點。項目位于貴州偏(pian)西北的(de)(de)崇山(shan)峻嶺之中(zhong)(zhong),交通(tong)不便,惡劣(lie)天(tian)氣出行極(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)困(kun)難(nan),且施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)場地極(ji)其狹窄,自(zi)然地面坡度大(da)、陡(dou)傾,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)便道彎多(duo)路窄,最(zui)(zui)小轉(zhuan)彎半(ban)徑(jing)不到(dao)10m,臨邊則多(duo)是高山(shan)深崖(ya),雨雪(xue)、大(da)風(feng)、大(da)霧、凝(ning)凍等天(tian)氣占(zhan)全(quan)(quan)年總天(tian)數的(de)(de)57.2%。面對(dui)眾多(duo)結構型(xing)式、地質(zhi)(zhi)、自(zi)然環境、地理(li)環境、高塔(ta)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)、構件吊裝(zhuang)、交叉作(zuo)業(ye)等方(fang)面的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技術特(te)(te)點、風(feng)險(xian)源、關鍵控制點等,全(quan)(quan)體(ti)監(jian)理(li)人員(yuan)團結協(xie)作(zuo),總會走在解決問題的(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)前方(fang),在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)特(te)(te)別強調為(wei)(wei)(wei)業(ye)主、為(wei)(wei)(wei)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位服務(wu)的(de)(de)思想(xiang)意識(shi),并把監(jian)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)事(shi)前、事(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)、事(shi)后(hou)控制與為(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)提供(gong)優質(zhi)(zhi)服務(wu)的(de)(de)思想(xiang)牢牢相(xiang)結合(he),樹立責任意識(shi),同參建(jian)各(ge)方(fang)克(ke)服困(kun)難(nan),對(dui)每個施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)環節認真負責地把好關。截至目前鴨(ya)池河(he)特(te)(te)大(da)橋工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進展順利,取得(de)了(le)質(zhi)(zhi)量安全(quan)(quan)零(ling)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)(de)優益成績。
項(xiang)(xiang)目總監(jian)趙瑞明介紹,該項(xiang)(xiang)目建設主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)有著四個方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)特點和(he)挑戰(zhan),第(di)(di)一,不利氣候條件。大(da)橋地處(chu)烏蒙山(shan)區,四季(ji)氣溫變化差異較大(da),每(mei)年(nian)5~10月為(wei)雨季(ji),加(jia)之該地區雨雪霧、大(da)風(feng)(feng)等惡(e)劣天氣較多(duo),嚴重影(ying)響并對施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)測(ce)量(liang)、鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)等施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)及生(sheng)產(chan)效率的(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)都(dou)有很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)風(feng)(feng)險控(kong)(kong)制要(yao)(yao)求高(gao)。第(di)(di)二(er),施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)場地受限。橋址處(chu)于(yu)(yu)峽谷中,場地極為(wei)狹窄,給鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及運輸等施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)組織協(xie)調帶(dai)來極大(da)挑戰(zhan),鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁采用(yong)纜索吊(diao)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),起(qi)吊(diao)噸位達350噸以(yi)(yi)上,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)內鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)中屬于(yu)(yu)首例。第(di)(di)三(san),施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)精度(du)要(yao)(yao)求高(gao)。鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁采用(yong)大(da)節段(duan)、長懸(xuan)(xuan)臂(bei)拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),最大(da)拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)長度(du)400米,線(xian)型控(kong)(kong)制尤為(wei)關鍵(jian),長懸(xuan)(xuan)臂(bei)拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)狀(zhuang)態軸(zhou)線(xian)與標高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)控(kong)(kong)制和(he)調整(zheng)都(dou)十分(fen)(fen)困難,軸(zhou)線(xian)偏差精度(du)標高(gao)控(kong)(kong)制在(zai)(zai)10毫米以(yi)(yi)內,對施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)控(kong)(kong)制要(yao)(yao)求很高(gao)。第(di)(di)四、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)風(feng)(feng)險大(da)。基(ji)于(yu)(yu)本(ben)工(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)特點,我(wo)(wo)們(men)十分(fen)(fen)重視安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)管控(kong)(kong)與監(jian)理工(gong)作(zuo),并積極組織召開有關加(jia)強質(zhi)量(liang)、安(an)全(quan)(quan)技術交底(di)和(he)培訓教育的(de)(de)(de)會議,使全(quan)(quan)體人員安(an)全(quan)(quan)思想從(cong)“要(yao)(yao)我(wo)(wo)安(an)全(quan)(quan)”自覺的(de)(de)(de)轉變成(cheng)“我(wo)(wo)要(yao)(yao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)”,養成(cheng)變被動(dong)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)意識。多(duo)種(zhong)管理方式相結合,每(mei)個人都(dou)應及時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)發現并排查自身周邊的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患,并予以(yi)(yi)排除,從(cong)而(er)使整(zheng)個工(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)和(he)工(gong)程質(zhi)量(liang)得以(yi)(yi)保持在(zai)(zai)一個可控(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態。
為(wei)解決(jue)技(ji)術(shu)難題、保證鴨池河大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)成(cheng)優質工程(cheng),大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)設者們以“中國建(jian)設工程(cheng)魯班獎”為(wei)目標,積極開展科技(ji)攻關,在“索(suo)(suo)塔節(jie)段鋼(gang)筋整體吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)施(shi)工技(ji)術(shu)”、“冬季高塔蒸養成(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)術(shu)”、“350噸(dun)大(da)跨徑纜(lan)索(suo)(suo)吊(diao)(diao)工程(cheng)應用技(ji)術(shu)”、“鋼(gang)桁梁組裝(zhuang)與整體吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)聯合施(shi)工技(ji)術(shu)”、“連體掛籃懸臂(bei)與落(luo)地大(da)鋼(gang)管(guan)支架施(shi)工工藝(yi)”五個(ge)方面取(qu)得重(zhong)大(da)突(tu)破,實(shi)現了重(zhong)大(da)創新,保證了大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)設順利推進。
