銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)位于蕪湖市長江下游銅官(guan)山河段荻港(gang)水道(dao)彎曲段中部,為(wei)(wei)銅南(nan)宣高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(皖高(gao)速(su)S32)組成(cheng)部分(fen)之一;大(da)橋(qiao)北側為(wei)(wei)巢湖市無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市,南(nan)側為(wei)(wei)銅陵市;北起無(wu)為(wei)(wei)市塔橋(qiao)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)樞(shu)紐,上跨長江水道(dao),南(nan)至銅陵市鐘鳴高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)樞(shu)紐。
銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)公(gong)(gong)路接(jie)線(xian)(xian)里程約(yue)38.8千(qian)米(mi),分(fen)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)與南岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)(xian);其中(zhong),北岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)起自(zi)無(wu)為(wei)市神墩(dun)村劉(liu)家莊,與北沿江高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路巢湖至(zhi)無(wu)為(wei)段銜接(jie),經塔橋(qiao)(qiao)、姚(yao)溝(gou)、高(gao)溝(gou)、石板洲,接(jie)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)路橋(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao),長(chang)約(yue)25.4千(qian)米(mi);南岸(an)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)起至(zhi)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)(gong)路橋(qiao)(qiao)南岸(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao),經銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)(ling)承接(jie)產業(ye)轉移(yi)示(shi)范園,至(zhi)終(zhong)點銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)(ling)縣鐘鳴,接(jie)南沿江高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路和在(zai)建的(de)銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)(ling)至(zhi)南陵(ling)(ling)(ling)至(zhi)宣城高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路,長(chang)約(yue)13.4千(qian)米(mi)。
整體布局
銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公鐵大(da)橋分別由(you)水上雙層主橋、無(wu)為(wei)段以(yi)及銅(tong)陵市段引橋、兩(liang)座(zuo)倒Y形塔柱,以(yi)及各匝(za)道(dao)組(zu)成(cheng),主橋路段呈西北至東南方(fang)向(xiang)布(bu)置。

針對(dui)銅(tong)陵長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋的設計(ji)特(te)點和現(xian)場施工條件(jian),開展了(le)一系列技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究,研(yan)發了(le)復雜水文地質條件(jian)下(xia)大(da)型(xing)基礎(chu)施工技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、全焊(han)桁(heng)片制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)與架設技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、鋼(gang)箱(xiang)鐵路橋面板(ban)安裝技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。桁(heng)片式鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)合龍技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、鋼(gang)絞線斜(xie)拉索等值(zhi)張拉智能(neng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)等一系列新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),這些新(xin)成果(guo)得(de)到了(le)成功應用,對(dui)今(jin)后橋梁(liang)的設計(ji)和施工均(jun)有很好(hao)的參(can)考價值(zhi)。(《橋梁(liang)建設》 評)
2006年12月(yue),中國安徽省省政府與原中華(hua)人民共和國鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)簽署了(le)《關(guan)于安徽省“十(shi)(shi)一五(wu)”鐵(tie)路(lu)建設有關(guan)問(wen)題(ti)會談(tan)紀要》,銅陵長江公鐵(tie)大橋工程入列鐵(tie)道(dao)部(bu)“十(shi)(shi)一五(wu)”規劃。
2009年2月(yue)12日,銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)橋進(jin)行(xing)水下地質勘探(tan)工(gong)程。
2010年4月18日(ri)(ri),銅陵(ling)長江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)動(dong)工興建;同(tong)年12月27日(ri)(ri),銅陵(ling)長江公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)完成制(zhi)造招(zhao)標。
2011年8月,銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋進行鋼梁制造工程。
2012年(nian)9月30日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋(qiao)進入主橋(qiao)鋼(gang)梁(liang)架設階段。
2013年5月,銅(tong)陵長(chang)(chang)江公鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋4號墩主塔成(cheng)(cheng)功封頂,大(da)(da)橋鋼(gang)(gang)梁建設(she)進入雙懸(xuan)臂架設(she)施工階段;同月28日,銅(tong)陵長(chang)(chang)江公鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋主橋鋼(gang)(gang)梁與(yu)南岸引橋對接,進入主跨鋼(gang)(gang)梁架設(she)階段;同年12月19日,銅(tong)陵長(chang)(chang)江公鐵(tie)大(da)(da)橋完成(cheng)(cheng)合(he)龍(long)工程(cheng)。
2015年(nian)(nian)4月,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)全(quan)面竣工,通(tong)過靜態驗收;同年(nian)(nian)6月28日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)下層高(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)路功(gong)能投入運營。
2016年1月27日,銅陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)高(gao)速(su)公路啟(qi)用運(yun)營。

截至2016年(nian)1月,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)收(shou)(shou)費公(gong)路(lu)收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準,按照(zhao)安(an)徽(hui)省交通運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)廳(ting)、安(an)徽(hui)省物(wu)價局發布的(de)(de)《關于(yu)調整我省路(lu)橋(qiao)通行費收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準的(de)(de)通知(zhi)》(皖(wan)交財〔2010〕391號(hao))執行,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)接線(xian)高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)的(de)(de)收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準,按照(zhao)皖(wan)交財〔2010〕391號(hao)文規定的(de)(de)高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準加(jia)收(shou)(shou)一(yi)座(zuo)特大(da)橋(qiao)隧(sui)通行費執行;其中,四類車(che)收(shou)(shou)費標(biao)準為(wei)(wei)(wei)1.3元(yuan)/車(che)·千米(mi);貨(huo)車(che)計重收(shou)(shou)費,基(ji)本(ben)費率為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.09元(yuan)/噸(dun)·千米(mi),計重費率由10噸(dun)至40噸(dun)車(che)輛線(xian)性遞(di)減0.05元(yuan)/噸(dun)·千米(mi);對(dui)超越運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)認定標(biao)準5軸貨(huo)車(che)為(wei)(wei)(wei)43噸(dun)。
通行事項
截至2016年1月4日,安徽(hui)省人民政(zheng)府同意合福鐵路(lu)銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋公(gong)(gong)路(lu)橋及接(jie)線高速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)設(she)站收(shou)費(fei),全線共設(she)3個(ge)收(shou)費(fei)站,均為(wei)匝(za)道收(shou)費(fei)站,站名分別為(wei):“無為(wei)南收(shou)費(fei)站”(K15+700M處)、“銅(tong)陵北收(shou)費(fei)站”(K32+895M處)、“無為(wei)西收(shou)費(fei)站”(K5+700M處,預留)。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵(tie)(tie)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)難(nan)點在(zai)(zai)于:1、3號墩沉(chen)(chen)井基礎施(shi)工水文地質條件(jian)復雜(za),下沉(chen)(chen)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),遇到(dao)了(le)(le)事(shi)先未曾勘探(tan)到(dao)的卵石膠結(jie)層(ceng),使沉(chen)(chen)井下沉(chen)(chen)困(kun)難(nan);2、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次采用雙節間全(quan)焊桁(heng)片(pian)組拼鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)結(jie)構(gou),由于全(quan)焊桁(heng)片(pian)制造(zao)精度要(yao)求高(gao),因此桁(heng)片(pian)豎立存放運輸安(an)(an)全(quan)風險大,現場安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)工藝(yi)復雜(za);3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔根部弦桿受力(li)(li)最大的區(qu)段及邊墩和輔助墩區(qu)域均采用正交異性鋼箱(xiang)(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面結(jie)構(gou);鋼箱(xiang)(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面板剛度大,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)時適應變形能力(li)(li)差,增加了(le)(le)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)難(nan)度;4、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次在(zai)(zai)鐵(tie)(tie)路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)上采用鋼絞線(xian)斜(xie)拉索(suo),對施(shi)工中(zhong)(zhong)和成橋(qiao)(qiao)后(hou)每束斜(xie)拉索(suo)中(zhong)(zhong)單(dan)根鋼絞線(xian)之間的索(suo)力(li)(li)誤差提(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)很高(gao)的控制要(yao)求。
