銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋位于(yu)蕪湖市(shi)長江下游銅(tong)官山河段(duan)荻港(gang)水(shui)道(dao)彎曲段(duan)中(zhong)部(bu),為(wei)銅(tong)南宣(xuan)高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(皖(wan)高速S32)組成部(bu)分之(zhi)一;大橋北側(ce)為(wei)巢湖市(shi)無為(wei)市(shi),南側(ce)為(wei)銅(tong)陵市(shi);北起無為(wei)市(shi)塔(ta)橋高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)樞紐,上跨長江水(shui)道(dao),南至銅(tong)陵市(shi)鐘鳴高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)樞紐。
銅(tong)陵(ling)長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)接(jie)線(xian)里程約(yue)38.8千米(mi),分大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸接(jie)線(xian)與南(nan)岸接(jie)線(xian);其中,北岸接(jie)線(xian)起自無(wu)(wu)為(wei)市神墩村劉(liu)家(jia)莊,與北沿江高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)巢(chao)湖至無(wu)(wu)為(wei)段銜接(jie),經塔橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、姚溝、高(gao)溝、石(shi)板洲,接(jie)公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北岸引(yin)(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),長(chang)(chang)約(yue)25.4千米(mi);南(nan)岸接(jie)線(xian)起至公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)岸引(yin)(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),經銅(tong)陵(ling)承接(jie)產業轉移示范園,至終點銅(tong)陵(ling)縣(xian)鐘鳴(ming),接(jie)南(nan)沿江高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)和(he)在建(jian)的(de)銅(tong)陵(ling)至南(nan)陵(ling)至宣城高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu),長(chang)(chang)約(yue)13.4千米(mi)。

2006年12月,中國(guo)(guo)安徽省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)政府與原中華人民共和國(guo)(guo)鐵道部簽(qian)署了《關于安徽省(sheng)(sheng)“十(shi)一五”鐵路建設有(you)關問(wen)題會談紀要》,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)工程入列鐵道部“十(shi)一五”規劃。
2009年2月12日,銅陵長江公鐵大橋進行水下地(di)質勘探工程。
2010年4月(yue)18日(ri),銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)動工(gong)興(xing)建;同(tong)年12月(yue)27日(ri),銅陵(ling)長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)完(wan)成制造(zao)招標。
2011年8月,銅陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋進(jin)行鋼(gang)梁制造工程(cheng)。
2012年(nian)9月30日,銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋進(jin)入主橋鋼梁架設階(jie)段。
2013年5月(yue),銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)4號墩主(zhu)塔(ta)成功封頂,大橋(qiao)鋼梁建設進(jin)入雙懸(xuan)臂架(jia)設施工階段;同(tong)月(yue)28日,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)鋼梁與南岸引橋(qiao)對接,進(jin)入主(zhu)跨鋼梁架(jia)設階段;同(tong)年12月(yue)19日,銅(tong)(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)完成合龍工程(cheng)。
2015年(nian)4月,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)全面竣工,通過靜(jing)態驗收;同年(nian)6月28日,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)下層高速鐵路(lu)功能投(tou)入運營。

技術難題
銅陵公鐵長(chang)江大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)難(nan)點在于(yu):1、3號墩沉井基礎施工(gong)(gong)水文(wen)地質條件復雜,下沉過程(cheng)中,遇到(dao)了事先未曾(ceng)勘探(tan)到(dao)的卵石膠結(jie)(jie)層(ceng),使沉井下沉困難(nan);2、中國國內(nei)首次(ci)采用(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)節間(jian)全(quan)焊桁片(pian)組拼鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)桁梁結(jie)(jie)構(gou),由于(yu)全(quan)焊桁片(pian)制造精度要求高,因(yin)此桁片(pian)豎(shu)立存放運(yun)輸安(an)全(quan)風險大(da)(da)(da),現(xian)場安(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)藝復雜;3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔(ta)根部弦桿受力最大(da)(da)(da)的區段及邊墩和輔助墩區域均采用(yong)(yong)正(zheng)交異(yi)性鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱橋(qiao)(qiao)面結(jie)(jie)構(gou);鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱橋(qiao)(qiao)面板剛度大(da)(da)(da),安(an)裝(zhuang)時適(shi)應變形(xing)能力差(cha),增(zeng)加了安(an)裝(zhuang)難(nan)度;4、中國國內(nei)首次(ci)在鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)梁上采用(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)斜拉索,對施工(gong)(gong)中和成橋(qiao)(qiao)后每束(shu)斜拉索中單(dan)根鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)的索力誤差(cha)提出了很高的控制要求。
