劉江(jiang)黃河大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)位于中國(guo)(guo)河南(nan)(nan)(nan)省鄭州市(shi)(shi)、新(xin)鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)境內,位于黃河南(nan)(nan)(nan)岸惠金(jin)大(da)(da)堤(di)26+109.9千米之(zhi)間;大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)(nan)(nan)起鄭州市(shi)(shi)惠濟區,北至新(xin)鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)原陽縣蔣(jiang)莊(zhuang),據上游鄭州黃河公路(lu)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)約13千米。途經(jing)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)公路(lu)為北京—港澳(ao)高速(su)公路(lu)(國(guo)(guo)家高速(su)G4)。
整體布局
劉江黃(huang)河大(da)橋主橋設計為連續(xu)八(ba)跨下承式鋼管混(hun)凝土桿拱(gong)橋。大(da)橋由主橋、南北引橋組(zu)成;主橋呈南北方向布置。
設計特點
劉(liu)江(jiang)黃(huang)河大橋主橋上部(bu)采用上下行分(fen)離(li)的下承(cheng)式四拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)簡(jian)支系桿(gan)(gan)拱(gong)(gong)(剛(gang)性(xing)系桿(gan)(gan))下部(bu)為空心墩,群樁基礎。南引橋橋型為簡(jian)支空心板梁橋。主橋上部(bu)結構上下行為分(fen)離(li)式的兩(liang)座橋,每(mei)座橋兩(liang)片拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei),每(mei)片拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)由2根(gen)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)和(he)(he)腹(fu)板組成啞鈴(ling)型斷面結構,拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)內(nei)填筑混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu),支座與第(di)一(yi)根(gen)吊(diao)桿(gan)(gan)間(jian)的拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)腹(fu)腔(qiang)內(nei)澆(jiao)筑混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu),其余部(bu)分(fen)腹(fu)腔(qiang)內(nei)不填充混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)。兩(liang)拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)由中間(jian)一(yi)道一(yi)字形(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)兩(liang)邊各一(yi)道K字橫撐(cheng)聯(lian)接(jie)。橫撐(cheng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)組成的啞鈴(ling)形(xing)(xing)斷面,管(guan)(guan)內(nei)不填充混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)。每(mei)個主墩承(cheng)臺分(fen)為三個分(fen)離(li)式承(cheng)臺,左(zuo)右幅共用中承(cheng)臺。
截(jie)至2004年10月,劉江黃河大橋(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)跨布置從北向南依次為:1聯(lian)(lian)(5×35)米(mi)T梁(liang)(liang)+16聯(lian)(lian)(7×35)米(mi)T梁(liang)(liang)+2聯(lian)(lian)(5×35)米(mi)T梁(liang)(liang)+13聯(lian)(lian)(5×50)米(mi)T梁(liang)(liang)+4聯(lian)(lian)(4×50)米(mi)T梁(liang)(liang)+4聯(lian)(lian)(2×100)米(mi)系(xi)桿拱+3聯(lian)(lian)(9×20)米(mi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)心板(ban)梁(liang)(liang),全橋(qiao)(qiao)共長(chang)9848.16米(mi)。主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)上部采(cai)(cai)用8孔(kong)100米(mi)簡支系(xi)桿拱,矢跨比1/4.5,矢高21.222米(mi),拱軸(zhou)線采(cai)(cai)用拱軸(zhou)系(xi)數為1.347的懸鏈線。下部為空(kong)(kong)(kong)心墩共計采(cai)(cai)用直徑2.0米(mi)鉆孔(kong)樁142根。南引橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)型為27孔(kong)簡支空(kong)(kong)(kong)心板(ban)梁(liang)(liang)橋(qiao)(qiao)。
劉江黃河大橋(qiao)(qiao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術復(fu)雜,制造(zao)和安(an)裝精(jing)度(du)要求高,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)較大。主橋(qiao)(qiao)上部結構端橫(heng)梁(liang)(liang)和拱腳段(duan)系(xi)桿采(cai)用(yong)(yong)支架現澆,系(xi)桿箱梁(liang)(liang)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)少支架方(fang)法(fa)(fa)安(an)裝,一根(gen)系(xi)桿橫(heng)橋(qiao)(qiao)向分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)兩(liang)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)字型梁(liang)(liang),縱橋(qiao)(qiao)向再(zai)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)四段(duan)預(yu)制吊裝。鋼管(guan)拱肋(lei)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)五段(duan),拱腳預(yu)埋段(duan)在(zai)端橫(heng)梁(liang)(liang)現澆時埋入,其(qi)余段(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)吊裝。管(guan)內混凝土采(cai)用(yong)(yong)泵送頂升法(fa)(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。吊桿橫(heng)粱和橋(qiao)(qiao)面板采(cai)用(yong)(yong)預(yu)制后(hou)運至(zhi)現場安(an)裝。根(gen)據施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織設計,可(ke)逐孔(kong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)或同時平行施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。每一孔(kong)中的上下行分(fen)(fen)離兩(liang)座(zuo)橋(qiao)(qiao)可(ke)同時施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)也可(ke)先后(hou)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
劉江黃河大橋正(zheng)式(shi)通(tong)車,這標志(zhi)著中(zhong)國國家規劃的“五(wu)縱七橫(heng)”國道主(zhu)干線中(zhong)的重要一縱——北(bei)京—港澳(ao)高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)(國家高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)G4),以高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)公路(lu)標準實現了全線貫通(tong)。(《大河報》評)
劉江黃(huang)河大橋的通車一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)緩解(jie)了鄭州黃(huang)河公(gong)路大橋的壓力,另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian),它的經營也給眾多(duo)在建和即將建設的大橋提(ti)供一(yi)個可資借鑒(jian)的范本。(《大河報》評)
2002年4月1日,鄭(zheng)州黃(huang)河二(er)橋(qiao)開工建設。
2003年(nian)3月(yue)14日,鄭(zheng)州黃河二橋基礎(chu)工(gong)(gong)程完工(gong)(gong),進入上部(bu)施工(gong)(gong)階段。
2004年4月10日,鄭州(zhou)黃河(he)二(er)(er)橋主橋橋面施工(gong)完(wan)成。5月18日,鄭州(zhou)黃河(he)二(er)(er)橋主體工(gong)程(cheng)完(wan)工(gong)。10月1日,鄭州(zhou)黃河(he)二(er)(er)橋建成通車。
2008年4月10日,鄭(zheng)州黃河(he)二橋更名為“劉江黃河(he)大(da)橋”。
