德(de)化(hua)第(di)(di)八中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(原潯(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue),創(chuang)辦(ban)于1975年(nian)(nian)(nian))地(di)處(chu)德(de)化(hua)城關潯(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鎮東頭。1978年(nian)(nian)(nian)開始創(chuang)辦(ban)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),1993年(nian)(nian)(nian)停辦(ban),1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)復辦(ban)。2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月與德(de)化(hua)第(di)(di)五中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)進行校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園資(zi)源整合,遷到(dao)現(xian)址,初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)停止(zhi)招生(sheng),升格為高(gao)級(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)招生(sheng)8班(ban)(ban)462人(ren)(ren),2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)招生(sheng)12班(ban)(ban)627人(ren)(ren),現(xian)有(you)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)三(san)年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)4個(ge)(ge)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)(ban),高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)26個(ge)(ge)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)(ban),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)共1607人(ren)(ren)。校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園環境整潔優美,做(zuo)到(dao)凈化(hua)、綠(lv)化(hua)、美化(hua)。設有(you)在校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園內舉辦(ban)"校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的民辦(ban)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)"或"校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內的民辦(ban)班(ban)(ban)"。現(xian)有(you)泉州市級(ji)(ji)(ji)課(ke)題(ti)2個(ge)(ge),縣(xian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)課(ke)題(ti)2個(ge)(ge),圍繞校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)問(wen)題(ti)研(yan)究的校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)級(ji)(ji)(ji)課(ke)題(ti)16個(ge)(ge)。
德化(hua)縣委(wei)、縣府為(wei)(wei)普及(ji)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)階段教(jiao)育,將潯中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)與德化(hua)五中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)行資(zi)源(yuan)互(hu)換整(zheng)合,更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)德化(hua)第八中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)升格為(wei)(wei)高級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)快速發(fa)展(zhan)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)(le)條件(jian),辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)環境得(de)到進(jin)一步優(you)化(hua)。校(xiao)園遷到現址,占地(di)面積(ji)擴大(da),而(er)且控制校(xiao)園周邊約50畝(mu)土地(di)作為(wei)(wei)德化(hua)八中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)發(fa)展(zhan)用地(di),滿足了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)今后(hou)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)需要;停辦(ban)初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部后(hou),初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)師逐年調(diao)出,同(tong)時,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)用好縣里(li)下放的(de)人事權,調(diao)入的(de)教(jiao)師都是經(jing)過(guo)精(jing)心挑選,補充的(de)教(jiao)師學(xue)(xue)歷(li)全(quan)部都是本科,使師資(zi)學(xue)(xue)歷(li)結構在(zai)短時間(jian)(jian)里(li)得(de)到明顯改善。不但(dan)極大(da)鼓舞全(quan)體教(jiao)職員工的(de)積(ji)極性,而(er)且讓社會(hui)看到學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)前(qian)景(jing),使學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)社會(hui)聲譽,在(zai)短時間(jian)(jian)里(li)得(de)到提(ti)高。
從2003年(nian)7月(yue)開始(shi)資(zi)源整合以來,學校(xiao)通過各種渠道籌資(zi)1021萬元,完成學校(xiao)的(de)(de)全面改造。按達(da)標要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),學校(xiao)配齊和完善了高中設備設施。學校(xiao)的(de)(de)硬件(jian)水平不但基本達(da)到省三(san)級(ji)達(da)標中學的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。
幾(ji)年來,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)緊緊抓(zhua)住資源整合的機遇,以爭創省達標中(zhong)學(xue)為載體,主要通過抓(zhua)"改(gai)革創新"和(he)"教育科(ke)研"兩(liang)個層面的工(gong)作,推動學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)各項工(gong)作上新臺(tai)階,辦學(xue)質(zhi)量上新水平。在學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)內部(bu)管理方面,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)廣泛吸取各地先進管理經(jing)驗,積極促進學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)管理規范化、科(ke)學(xue)化的進程。
首先,用(yong)(yong)制度(du)(du)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),根據內(nei)部管(guan)理(li)實踐出(chu)現的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)情況,及時(shi)修訂各種規(gui)章制度(du)(du),不(bu)斷完善(shan)與之相適應的(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)機制。其(qi)次,形成"層級(ji)式"和(he)崗位目標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理(li)模(mo)式,在發(fa)揮團隊精神的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)同(tong)時(shi),激發(fa)管(guan)理(li)隊伍和(he)各類(lei)人(ren)(ren)員個(ge)體的(de)(de)(de)主觀能動(dong)性(xing)(xing),創(chuang)(chuang)造性(xing)(xing)完成各項(xiang)工作(zuo),管(guan)理(li)渠道(dao)暢(chang)通。第三,深化民(min)主管(guan)理(li)制度(du)(du)改(gai)革。通過發(fa)揮教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)代會參政議政作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),暢(chang)通校(xiao)領(ling)導(dao)與師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)聯系,同(tong)時(shi)加大校(xiao)務公開的(de)(de)(de)范圍,成立民(min)主評(ping)議小(xiao)組,建立民(min)主監督(du)機制,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)各種規(gui)章、崗位責(ze)任、考核獎罰等制度(du)(du)有較(jiao)強的(de)(de)(de)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)性(xing)(xing)和(he)可操作(zuo)性(xing)(xing),有關新(xin)聞媒體對此(ci)也(ye)先后(hou)作(zuo)了專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)報道(dao)。隨著(zhu)素(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)推(tui)進和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革的(de)(de)(de)深化,在提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科研(yan)水平方(fang)面(mian),幾年(nian)(nian)以來學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)能針對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)不(bu)斷遇(yu)到的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)問題(ti)(ti),在學(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)組、備課組堅持(chi)開展"問題(ti)(ti)研(yan)究(jiu)",促進教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)專(zhuan)業水平不(bu)斷成長。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)不(bu)但積極(ji)參與省級(ji)課題(ti)(ti)研(yan)究(jiu),而且主動(dong)承擔市(shi)級(ji)、縣(xian)級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)科研(yan)課題(ti)(ti),課題(ti)(ti)研(yan)究(jiu)做到有實施方(fang)案、有階段小(xiao)結,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)參與面(mian)較(jiao)廣(guang),發(fa)表了一(yi)批質(zhi)量(liang)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)論(lun)文。近三年(nian)(nian)在市(shi)級(ji)及以上發(fa)表、交流的(de)(de)(de)論(lun)文達58篇,超過省三級(ji)達標(biao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)指標(biao)要求。其(qi)他方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)也(ye)取得不(bu)同(tong)程度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)進步(bu)(bu),德育(yu)工作(zuo)初(chu)步(bu)(bu)開創(chuang)(chuang)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)局面(mian);辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)特色(se)初(chu)步(bu)(bu)形成;信息(xi)技術(shu)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)整合(he)力度(du)(du)逐年(nian)(nian)提高。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)連續獲得泉州市(shi)第七、八、九屆文明學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。
