如東(dong)海(hai)上(shang)養(yang)殖(zhi)面積近12萬(wan)畝(mu),紫(zi)菜(cai)(cai)產(chan)量(liang)占全(quan)國(guo)總量(liang)的三分之(zhi)一(yi)。今(jin)年,如東(dong)推廣插桿式(shi)、全(quan)浮流式(shi)養(yang)殖(zhi)新技術,動員(yuan)養(yang)殖(zhi)戶將紫(zi)菜(cai)(cai)養(yang)殖(zhi)海(hai)區從內沙(sha)向外沙(sha)延(yan)伸(shen)、從潮間帶灘涂向潮下帶淺(qian)水區延(yan)伸(shen),海(hai)達(da)(da)、海(hai)益、宏順等畝(mu)產(chan)干紫(zi)菜(cai)(cai)達(da)(da)5000張,闖出一(yi)條新型(xing)高效紫(zi)菜(cai)(cai)養(yang)殖(zhi)路子。
紫菜(cai)全面(mian)豐收還(huan)源于冷(leng)藏網技術普及(ji)應(ying)用(yong)到位,漁民凍網和(he)出(chu)庫掛網及(ji)時,加(jia)上紫菜(cai)苗(miao)出(chu)苗(miao)后的氣候、溫度(du)(du)適(shi)宜(yi),紫菜(cai)養(yang)殖沒有(you)(you)(you)發生明顯(xian)的爛(lan)菜(cai)和(he)綠藻危害,企業(ye)加(jia)強人工挑揀(jian)雜質(zhi),產品片張平整度(du)(du)、雜質(zhi)、色(se)澤等(deng)比往(wang)年(nian)有(you)(you)(you)較大幅度(du)(du)的提(ti)高,國際知名(ming)公司(si)采購的總量占交易量的70%。據介(jie)紹,如東5場(chang)紫菜(cai)投標會累計進場(chang)干(gan)紫菜(cai)占全省(sheng)總進場(chang)干(gan)紫菜(cai)的30.97%,每(mei)百(bai)張成交價(jia)為(wei)34.2元,比全省(sheng)高3個百(bai)分(fen)點,最高成交價(jia)41.4元。預計全年(nian)紫菜(cai)產業(ye)產值有(you)(you)(you)望突破7億(yi)元大關。
如東地處(chu)長(chang)江三(san)角洲和南黃海(hai)交匯處(chu),擁有(you)104萬(wan)畝(mu)的灘涂和6000平方公里(li)的海(hai)域,海(hai)產品(pin)資源(yuan)得天獨厚,文(wen)蛤、條斑(ban)紫菜的品(pin)質和質量(liang)均列全國第一。
地理標志產(chan)品(pin)(pin)具有(you)稀(xi)缺性、不可復制性和(he)(he)歷史傳承性等特點,如(ru)東條斑紫(zi)菜、如(ru)東文蛤成(cheng)(cheng)功注(zhu)冊地理標志商標后,能(neng)夠形成(cheng)(cheng)地域主導(dao)品(pin)(pin)牌和(he)(he)產(chan)業集(ji)群(qun),提(ti)高(gao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的國際競爭力,在增加產(chan)品(pin)(pin)附加值的同時能(neng)夠拓展產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的出口(kou)空間,給養殖(zhi)戶創造更高(gao)的經濟價值。
1972年(nian)(nian),如(ru)東(dong)開(kai)始引種(zhong)條斑紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai),首先在東(dong)凌漁業(ye)公(gong)(gong)社試(shi)種(zhong),獲得成功。于是向各(ge)漁業(ye)公(gong)(gong)社推廣。條斑紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai)質量(liang)比其他(ta)紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai)質量(liang)更好。第二年(nian)(nian),全(quan)縣共養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)2.46公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing)。1976年(nian)(nian),養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)26.66公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),平均每(mei)公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing)產(chan)(chan)值(zhi)達(da)1萬(wan)余元(yuan),其中北(bei)坎(kan)漁業(ye)公(gong)(gong)社黃海(hai)大(da)隊(dui)養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)10.33公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),每(mei)公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing)產(chan)(chan)值(zhi)達(da)1.87萬(wan)元(yuan),名列全(quan)省第一(yi)。1987年(nian)(nian),全(quan)縣養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)面積(ji)(ji)80余公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),年(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)90噸,除(chu)供應國(guo)內市(shi)場(chang)(chang)外(wai),還(huan)遠銷日本、泰國(guo)等地(di)(di)。1998年(nian)(nian),養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)面積(ji)(ji)達(da)到(dao)1608.66公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),年(nian)(nian)產(chan)(chan)值(zhi)超過(guo)1億元(yuan),成為(wei)(wei)全(quan)國(guo)最(zui)(zui)大(da)的紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai)生產(chan)(chan)基地(di)(di)。2011年(nian)(nian),近(jin)海(hai)養(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)面積(ji)(ji)8000公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),干(gan)品產(chan)(chan)量(liang)達(da)到(dao)15萬(wan)標箱,產(chan)(chan)值(zhi)2.5億元(yuan)。如(ru)東(dong)天(tian)一(yi)紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai)市(shi)場(chang)(chang)已經成為(wei)(wei)中國(guo)、日本、韓國(guo)三個條斑紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai)生產(chan)(chan)大(da)國(guo)中規模(mo)最(zui)(zui)大(da)、設(she)施最(zui)(zui)完善(shan)、交(jiao)易量(liang)最(zui)(zui)大(da)的干(gan)紫(zi)(zi)菜(cai)(cai)交(jiao)易專業(ye)市(shi)場(chang)(chang)。
