竹溪寺塬名小西天寺,建于明永歷年間,為最早創建的寺院。因臨竹溪而改名為竹溪寺,,庇鄰體育公園與忠烈祠。竹溪寺歷經多次整修,現貌為中西合璧,與塬貌大不相同;屋頂采宮殿式,大門則為西式的落地窗,造型特殊,寺貌宏偉不凡。正殿是大雄寶殿,供奉釋迦牟尼佛;后殿為觀音殿,左右羅列十八羅漢,旁祀媽祖、關帝神像。

基本介紹

佛教寺院竹(zhu)溪(xi)寺曾為清(qing)代臺(tai)灣佛教三(san)(san)大(da)(da)名(ming)剎之一(yi)。清(qing)初至(zhi)民國(guo)初年,該寺為臺(tai)灣佛教徒崇仰的(de)中心,有重要(yao)影(ying)響(xiang)。竹(zhu)溪(xi)寺前(qian)臨溪(xi)流,沿畔幽(you)篁成蔭。三(san)(san)川門、拜殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、主殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與后殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)均為三(san)(san)層(ceng)樓,屋頂采(cai)歇山重詹的(de)宮殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)布局,飾有斗栱(gong)、彩繪、雀替、重詹等華(hua)麗雕琢,兩側還(huan)有鐘鼓樓及禪房(fang),內(nei)(nei)部采(cai)西式結(jie)構,大(da)(da)門則為落(luo)地窗,外(wai)觀(guan)呈中西合璧,白墻(qiang)綠瓦(wa)佇立于溪(xi)谷低地,形(xing)勢(shi)壯(zhuang)闊雄偉,僅存山門為昔日舊構,燕脊重詹,紅磚黑瓦(wa)、鏤空雕花(hua),上(shang)書“竹(zhu)溪(xi)古(gu)寺”,顯得(de)格外(wai)古(gu)樸。正殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是大(da)(da)雄寶(bao)殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),供奉(feng)釋迦牟尼佛;后殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為觀(guan)音殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),左(zuo)右(you)羅列(lie)十八(ba)羅漢,旁祀(si)媽(ma)祖、關(guan)帝神像;兩尊白象雄踞拜殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)前(qian)左(zuo)右(you)兩側,益增禪林氣息。竹(zhu)溪(xi)寺歷史悠久,寺內(nei)(nei)題詩、聯句和匾(bian)額相當多,大(da)(da)雄寶(bao)殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)內(nei)(nei)所懸“了然世(shi)界(jie)”,名(ming)列(lie)府城(cheng)三(san)(san)大(da)(da)名(ming)匾(bian),頗富(fu)禪意。

臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)省(sheng)古老的(de)(de)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)院。位于(yu)(yu)(yu)臺(tai)(tai)南市區。創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)眾說(shuo)紛紜,一(yi)說(shuo)建(jian)于(yu)(yu)(yu)明·永(yong)歷(li)十(shi)(shi)(shi)五年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(1661),或(huo)(huo)說(shuo)十(shi)(shi)(shi)八年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)末(mo)、十(shi)(shi)(shi)九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)初;一(yi)說(shuo)清(qing)(qing)·康(kang)熙(xi)二(er)十(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1683所(suo)建(jian),或(huo)(huo)說(shuo)三(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)。初名(ming)(ming)小西(xi)(xi)天寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si),以寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)旁(pang)綠竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)茂(mao)密,林中(zhong)溪(xi)(xi)流(liu)激(ji)湍,故又(you)名(ming)(ming)竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)。后(hou)遭風(feng)雨侵(qin)蝕,堂宇陳(chen)腐不堪,經(jing)清(qing)(qing)·乾隆、嘉慶、光緒年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)間的(de)(de)三(san)度維修(xiu),寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)貌煥然一(yi)新;復經(jing)民(min)初以來歷(li)代(dai)住持的(de)(de)增(zeng)建(jian),遂具(ju)今日(ri)規模。本寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)與(yu)開元(yuan)、法華(hua)二(er)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)為(wei)清(qing)(qing)末(mo)至民(min)初,全臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)佛(fo)教的(de)(de)大(da)本營。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)原(yuan)名(ming)(ming)小西(xi)(xi)天寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si),因臨竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)而(er)改(gai)名(ming)(ming)為(wei)竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si),位在巿區南側,建(jian)于(yu)(yu)(yu)明永(yong)歷(li)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)間。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)歷(li)經(jing)多(duo)次(ci)整修(xiu),現貌為(wei)中(zhong)西(xi)(xi)合璧,與(yu)原(yuan)貌大(da)不相同(tong);屋(wu)頂采宮殿式(shi),大(da)門為(wei)西(xi)(xi)式(shi)落地窗,造型特別。正殿大(da)雄寶殿,供奉釋迦牟尼(ni)佛(fo);后(hou)殿為(wei)觀(guan)音(yin),羅(luo)列十(shi)(shi)(shi)八羅(luo)漢(han),旁(pang)祀媽(ma)祖、關帝(di)神(shen)像(xiang)。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)歷(li)史悠久。值得前往觀(guan)覽。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)依山(shan)(shan)傍水,竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)潺(chan)潺(chan)流(liu)過,上有(you)吊(diao)橋(qiao)連對岸,溪(xi)(xi)畔繁花茂(mao)盛(sheng),竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)林蒼(cang)翠,頗為(wei)清(qing)(qing)幽。臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)較早的(de)(de)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)院。永(yong)歷(li)三(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)七年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)即清(qing)(qing)·康(kang)熙(xi)二(er)十(shi)(shi)(shi) 二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(1683)鄭成功裔孫鄭克塽降清(qing)(qing),經(jing)設(she)一(yi)府(fu)(fu)三(san)縣,府(fu)(fu)名(ming)(ming)臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)府(fu)(fu),縣為(wei)臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)、鳳(feng)山(shan)(shan)及諸羅(luo)等三(san)縣。康(kang)熙(xi)三(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)府(fu)(fu)第(di)二(er)任(ren)知(zhi)(zhi)府(fu)(fu)吳(wu)國(guo)柱倡議于(yu)(yu)(yu)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)旁(pang)建(jian)書院,士庶輦石輸材,諭禁不能(neng)止,稱為(wei)竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)書院,經(jing)塑肖像(xiang)祀焉。此(ci)據清(qing)(qing)領后(hou)十(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),即康(kang)熙(xi)三(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)較早纂(zuan)修(xiu)《臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)府(fu)(fu)志(zhi)》有(you)所(suo)記載。該志(zhi)對清(qing)(qing)領后(hou)創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)之各寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)均有(you)記述,竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)則未記,似非在清(qing)(qing)領十(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)內新建(jian),因年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)已久,修(xiu)志(zhi)時(shi)已無(wu)法查考,或(huo)(huo)未便明記所(suo)致(zhi),其(qi)創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)即可證實系(xi)建(jian)自明鄭時(shi)期(qi)。又(you)據三(san)十(shi)(shi)(shi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)第(di)二(er)任(ren)臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)(wan)(wan)府(fu)(fu)同(tong)知(zhi)(zhi)齊體(ti)物所(suo)詠竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)詩,有(you)梵宮偏得占名(ming)(ming)山(shan)(shan),屼作(zuo)蠻(man)州第(di)一(yi)觀(guan)之句,其(qi)含義為(wei)此(ci)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)占得名(ming)(ming)山(shan)(shan)且為(wei)臺(tai)(tai)島之第(di)一(yi)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)院。

建筑設計

全臺灣看(kan)起來(lai),要(yao)以(yi)竹溪寺(si)(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)(da)殿(dian)(dian)為(wei)較最大(da)(da)(da),寺(si)(si)(si)(si)內(nei)(nei)主佛(fo)(fo)(fo)為(wei)觀音菩(pu)(pu)薩,寺(si)(si)(si)(si)廟(miao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)布局大(da)(da)(da)多(duo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)正(zheng)面(mian)(mian)(mian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)路為(wei)山(shan)門(men),山(shan)門(men)內(nei)(nei)左右(you)分別(bie)為(wei)鐘樓(lou)、鼓樓(lou),正(zheng)面(mian)(mian)(mian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)天(tian)(tian)王殿(dian)(dian),殿(dian)(dian)內(nei)(nei)有(you)(you)(you)四(si)大(da)(da)(da)金剛塑(su)像,后(hou)面(mian)(mian)(mian)依(yi)次(ci)為(wei)大(da)(da)(da)雄寶殿(dian)(dian)和(he)藏(zang)經(jing)樓(lou),僧房、齋堂(tang)(tang)則分列(lie)正(zheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)路左右(you)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)側。大(da)(da)(da)雄寶殿(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重要(yao)、龐大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu),大(da)(da)(da)雄即為(wei)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)祖釋加牟(mou)尼。隋(sui)唐(tang)以(yi)前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si),一(yi)般在寺(si)(si)(si)(si)前(qian)或宅院中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心造塔(ta)(ta),隋(sui)唐(tang)以(yi)后(hou),佛(fo)(fo)(fo)殿(dian)(dian)普遍代(dai)(dai)替(ti)了(le)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)塔(ta)(ta),寺(si)(si)(si)(si)廟(miao)內(nei)(nei)大(da)(da)(da)都(dou)另(ling)辟塔(ta)(ta)院。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)不(bu)論規模(mo)(mo)地(di)(di)(di)點,其(qi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)布局是(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)一(yi)定規律(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de):平面(mian)(mian)(mian)方形,以(yi)山(shan)門(men)殿(dian)(dian)——天(tian)(tian)王殿(dian)(dian)——大(da)(da)(da)雄寶殿(dian)(dian)——本(ben)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)主供(gong)菩(pu)(pu)薩殿(dian)(dian)——法(fa)堂(tang)(tang)——藏(zang)經(jing)樓(lou)這(zhe)(zhe)條南北縱深(shen)軸線來(lai)組織空間(jian),對稱穩重且整(zheng)飭嚴(yan)謹(jin)。沿著(zhu)這(zhe)(zhe)條中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)軸線,前(qian)后(hou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)起承轉合,宛若(ruo)一(yi)曲(qu)前(qian)呼(hu)(hu)后(hou)應、氣韻(yun)生動的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)樂章。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)廟(miao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)之(zhi)美(mei)就(jiu)響應在群山(shan)、松柏、流水(shui)、殿(dian)(dian)落與亭廊(lang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相互呼(hu)(hu)應之(zhi)間(jian),含蓄溫蘊,展示出組合變(bian)幻(huan)所(suo)賦(fu)予的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)和(he)諧、寧靜及(ji)韻(yun)味。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)古(gu)人在建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)格(ge)局上(shang)(shang)有(you)(you)(you)很(hen)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)陰(yin)陽(yang)宇宙(zhou)觀和(he)崇尚對稱、秩序、穩定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)審美(mei)心理。因此中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)融合了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)祭祀祖宗、天(tian)(tian)地(di)(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)。此外(wai)(wai),園(yuan)林(lin)式建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)格(ge)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)也較普遍。這(zhe)(zhe)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)種藝術格(ge)局使中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)寺(si)(si)(si)(si)院既(ji)有(you)(you)(you)典雅莊重的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廟(miao)堂(tang)(tang)氣氛,又極(ji)富自(zi)然情趣,且意境深(shen)遠。寺(si)(si)(si)(si)廟(miao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)全國(guo)各地(di)(di)(di)比比皆是(shi)(shi)(shi),不(bu)論是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)規模(mo)(mo),還是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)藝術都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)被(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)外(wai)(wai)旅(lv)游者所(suo)稱絕的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。天(tian)(tian)王殿(dian)(dian)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)側是(shi)(shi)(shi)四(si)大(da)(da)(da)天(tian)(tian)王彩塑(su)像,高各八米,個個身披重甲。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個形態(tai)威(wei)武,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個神(shen)(shen)色和(he)善,俗稱四(si)大(da)(da)(da)金剛。看(kan)這(zhe)(zhe)座門(men)樓(lou),它高達(da)20米,寬4.5米,全系青、白(bai)崗石砌(qi)疊而(er)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)個三層穹形頂的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)尖(jian)拱門(men),分外(wai)(wai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、內(nei)(nei)三層,在外(wai)(wai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)部都(dou)有(you)(you)(you)青石作(zuo)圓形穹頂,有(you)(you)(you)著(zhu)和(he)我國(guo)古(gu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“藻(zao)井(jing)”相類似(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)石構圖案(an),頂蓋(gai)采用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蓮花圖案(an),門(men)樓(lou)正(zheng)額橫嵌阿拉(la)伯文(wen)浮雕石刻,寫道:“真(zhen)主秉公作(zuo)證(zheng),除他外(wai)(wai),絕無(wu)(wu)應受崇拜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de);眾天(tian)(tian)神(shen)(shen)和(he)一(yi)般學(xue)者,也這(zhe)(zhe)樣作(zuo)證(zheng),除他外(wai)(wai),絕無(wu)(wu)應受崇拜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),他是(shi)(shi)(shi)萬能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),是(shi)(shi)(shi)至睿的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)所(suo)喜悅的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宗教(jiao),石刻,上(shang)(shang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)記載著(zhu)竹溪寺(si)(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)年(nian)代(dai)(dai)重修時間(jian)以(yi)及(ji)較早的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)名稱,門(men)樓(lou)頂層是(shi)(shi)(shi)望月臺,決定起齋日期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)方,臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)周圍(wei)三面(mian)(mian)(mian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)回字形的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)垛子,像城堞一(yi)樣,別(bie)有(you)(you)(you)風致,平臺上(shang)(shang)原來(lai)還有(you)(you)(you)望月樓(lou)和(he)尖(jian)塔(ta)(ta),清朝初年(nian)倒(dao)坍了(le)。

竹溪寺(si)依(yi)山傍水,松柏長青,花草遍地(di)(di),山後水庫截河(he)十(shi)幾里,碧波粼粼,涵照萬象。進(jin)(jin)了(le)山門,拾級而升,各殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)門前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漢白玉石獅威猛無比,正殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)內(nei)(nei)供奉威儀莊(zhuang)(zhuang)嚴(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貼金(jin)諸佛(fo)菩薩尊者像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),端莊(zhuang)(zhuang)肅穆(mu)。偏殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供藥(yao)殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)佛(fo)、地(di)(di)藏菩請(qing)看這里是(shi)(shi)寺(si)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)禮(li)塔(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)塔(ta)(ta)址,當(dang)年,宣(xuan)禮(li)塔(ta)(ta)塔(ta)(ta)形如柱,高(gao)聳奇偉,殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正中(zhong),佛(fo)祖(zu)(zu)釋(shi)(shi)迦(jia)牟尼(ni)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)高(gao)踞蓮(lian)花座之(zhi)上,妙相(xiang)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)嚴(yan)(yan),頷首俯(fu)視,令人(ren)(ren)敬(jing)畏。這是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國較高(gao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)木(mu)雕(diao)(diao)坐(zuo)式(shi)佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)之(zhi)一(yi)。釋(shi)(shi)祖(zu)(zu)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后壁(bi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)《五(wu)十(shi)三(san)參(can)》彩繪(hui)群塑(su),共有姿態各異的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小佛(fo)教塑(su)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)百(bai)五(wu)十(shi)尊,表(biao)現的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)佛(fo)經中(zhong)財童子(zi)歷(li)經磨難參(can)拜五(wu)十(shi)三(san)位《善(shan)知識》名師,終(zhong)于(yu)得證佛(fo)果 的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故事。這座內(nei)(nei)容豐(feng)富形象生動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壁(bi)塑(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)是(shi)(shi)足踏鰲背(bei),手執凈瓶(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀世音(yin)菩薩,她(ta)意態瀟灑,祥和地(di)(di)接受(shou)著善(shan)財童子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)參(can)拜。釋(shi)(shi)迦(jia)牟尼(ni)造像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)靈隱(yin)寺(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原釋(shi)(shi)迦(jia)牟尼(ni)佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),這座佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)是(shi)(shi)在重修寺(si)宇時,由浙江美術學院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)雕(diao)(diao)塑(su)家和民間藝(yi)人(ren)(ren)們采(cai)用唐代禪宗(zong)佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)藍本共同精(jing)心(xin)設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)高(gao)十(shi)九點六米,比原先的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)釋(shi)(shi)迦(jia)造像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)高(gao)一(yi)倍多(duo),用近百(bai)塊香(xiang)樟木(mu)雕(diao)(diao)成(cheng)。佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)造型端莊(zhuang)(zhuang)凝重,低眉細目,氣韶生動(dong),極(ji)度(du)具風采(cai)。藥(yao)師殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)重建(jian),殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中(zhong)供奉藥(yao)師佛(fo)像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)及日(ri)(ri)天、月天。殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)左,有重建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)羅漢堂,陳列五(wu)百(bai)羅漢像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)線刻石。寺(si)院(yuan)(yuan)內(nei)(nei)還(huan)有配殿(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)四座立(li)于(yu)院(yuan)(yuan)落兩側,布局嚴(yan)(yan)謹,排(pai)列有序(xu),形成(cheng)一(yi)組完整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寺(si)院(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)筑群。第(di)三(san)進(jin)(jin)院(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)藏經樓(lou),該(gai)樓(lou)當(dang)時收藏明、清版本經卷720余部,以(yi)及大量珍貴文(wen)物。竹溪寺(si)自建(jian)成(cheng)、開光以(yi)來,寺(si)內(nei)(nei)香(xiang)火不斷,每逢農歷(li)四月初(chu)八廟(miao)會之(zhi)日(ri)(ri),寺(si)內(nei)(nei)大開道場,寺(si)外搭(da)臺唱戲,焚(fen)香(xiang)進(jin)(jin)供者絡繹不絕(jue),前來逛廟(miao)者人(ren)(ren)山人(ren)(ren)海,三(san)天的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廟(miao)會,熱鬧(nao)非常。每逢農歷(li),還(huan)舉行盂蘭盆會儀式(shi),備百(bai)味飲食,供養十(shi)方僧眾,放焰口,廟(miao)里廟(miao)外,非常隆重。

建設沿革

寺(si)(si)(si)內(nei)歷(li)(li)史(shi)永歷(li)(li)五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1651沈(shen)光(guang)(guang)(guang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)遇颶風漂流至(zhi)臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan),初(chu)(chu)播中國文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)。十五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)延(yan)王(wang)鄭成(cheng)功(gong)率(lv)軍渡臺(tai)(tai)驅逐(zhu)紅毛為(wei)(wei)復明(ming)基地,經(jing)(jing)置東都,設承(cheng)天府(fu)并(bing)天興(xing)、萬年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)兩縣(xian)治理。十八年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)嗣(si)王(wang)鄭經(jing)(jing) 放棄金、廈回臺(tai)(tai),改東都為(wei)(wei)東寧,升天興(xing)、萬年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)二(er)縣(xian)為(wei)(wei)二(er)州(zhou),裁承(cheng)天府(fu)。是(shi)時經(jing)(jing)州(zhou)守倡(chang)建梵宮(gong)于(yu)南(nan)(nan)郊南(nan)(nan)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)旁,顏(yan)曰小西(xi)天。此(ci)時有(you)沈(shen)光(guang)(guang)(guang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)所詠詩題︰州(zhou)守新構(gou)僧(seng)舍(she)于(yu)南(nan)(nan)溪(xi)(xi)(xi),人(ren)多往游,余(yu)未及也。可以證明(ming)。沈(shen)氏窗蝴(hu)詩不久(jiu)因寓諷鄭經(jing)(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)賦被才(cai),幾罹不測,經(jing)(jing)變服(fu)入山為(wei)(wei)僧(seng),故(gu)小西(xi)天寺(si)(si)(si)系在(zai)二(er)縣(xian)升州(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)后,沈(shen)氏逃禪之(zhi)(zhi)前,亦即在(zai)十八年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)末,或十九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)初(chu)(chu)所建,乃臺(tai)(tai)島較(jiao)早興(xing)建之(zhi)(zhi)寺(si)(si)(si)院。嗣(si)因南(nan)(nan)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)沿畔綠竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)成(cheng)蔭,風景宜人(ren),另名竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi),因是(shi)寺(si)(si)(si)名亦隨之(zhi)(zhi)稱為(wei)(wei)竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)。臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)史(shi)學家(jia)盧嘉興(xing)考(kao)證,竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)為(wei)(wei)臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)第一(yi)座寺(si)(si)(si)院。據(ju)其考(kao)正(zheng)結果,臺(tai)(tai)灣(wan)建于(yu)明(ming)朝時期的(de)三座佛寺(si)(si)(si)中,較(jiao)早的(de)為(wei)(wei)竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si),次為(wei)(wei)彌陀寺(si)(si)(si),再次為(wei)(wei)龍湖(hu)巖。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)因年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代(dai)久(jiu)遠(yuan),于(yu)乾隆五(wu)十四年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1789經(jing)(jing)里(li)人(ren)蔡和生倡(chang)修,嘉慶元(yuan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1796黃鐘岳等再募捐重(zhong)修,嘉慶二(er)十三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)董(dong)事劉(liu)延(yan)貴復修,光(guang)(guang)(guang)緒十二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1886候通判鮑復康再重(zhong)修一(yi)次。日據(ju)時代(dai)上官(guan)玄(xuan)、林神等人(ren)見(jian)寺(si)(si)(si)宇破損,殿閣荒無,決心聘一(yi)住持整(zheng)頓。日據(ju)時代(dai)上官(guan)玄(xuan)、林神等人(ren)見(jian)寺(si)(si)(si)宇破損,殿閣荒蕪,決心聘一(yi)住持整(zheng)頓。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)民間相傳,人(ren)死后魂(hun)魄要先到寺(si)(si)(si)廟報(bao)到,接受初(chu)(chu)審(shen),根(gen)據(ju)其生前善惡功(gong)過,決定(ding)上天堂或下地獄(yu),因此(ci)對寺(si)(si)(si)廟里(li)的(de)祖(zu)師(shi)爺甚為(wei)(wei)敬畏;由于(yu)祖(zu)師(shi)爺對于(yu)轄區百姓(xing)行(xing)止瞭(liao)若指掌,遇有(you)親(qin)人(ren)行(xing)蹤不明(ming),每每到此(ci)求簽問(wen)卜。每年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)農歷(li)(li)3月3日祖(zu)師(shi)爺誕辰,祖(zu)師(shi)爺按(an)例于(yu)誕辰前夜行(xing)轄境(jing),探訪民情。竹(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溪(xi)(xi)(xi)寺(si)(si)(si)廟成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)每年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)度熱鬧的(de)就是(shi)廟會。

每當到了(le)(le)(le)竹溪寺院,感(gan)(gan)受到一(yi)(yi)(yi)份超塵的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)清凈與安(an)祥,生(sheng)起了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)份莊嚴與寧靜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin),令人(ren)(ren)自然而(er)(er)然的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)想(xiang)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)大(da)殿,禮佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)三(san)拜(bai)(bai),表(biao)達對諸(zhu)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)菩薩(sa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)禮敬(jing)、感(gan)(gan)恩,而(er)(er)從(cong)柔軟(ruan)、徐緩而(er)(er)安(an)詳(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)彎(wan)腰(yao)禮佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)動作里,感(gan)(gan)受到禮佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)者的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)定與謙卑(bei)。不解佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)教(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren),認(ren)為拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)就是(shi)迷信、崇拜(bai)(bai)偶像。事實(shi)上,佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)教(jiao)(jiao)是(shi)透過拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動作,禮敬(jing)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)菩薩(sa),表(biao)達對佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)、法(fa)、僧三(san)寶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)尊敬(jing)與感(gan)(gan)恩;同時,拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)也可同時懺(chan)悔(hui)自己所造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)惡業。所以(yi)(yi)(yi),拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)是(shi)每一(yi)(yi)(yi)位佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)教(jiao)(jiao)徒首先要學習的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宗教(jiao)(jiao)儀(yi)式。拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動作,是(shi)心(xin)誠意敬(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)將雙手(shou)合掌(zhang),低頭彎(wan)腰(yao),五體投地(di)(di)(di)(di)-兩(liang)肘兩(liang)膝以(yi)(yi)(yi)及額頭著地(di)(di)(di)(di),完(wan)成頭面接觸佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)足的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)較高敬(jing)禮,故又稱為頂禮。彎(wan)腰(yao)低頭表(biao)示謙虛,承(cheng)認(ren)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)福(fu)(fu)德智慧不足,而(er)(er)當五體投地(di)(di)(di)(di),接觸到大(da)地(di)(di)(di)(di)時,則令人(ren)(ren)感(gan)(gan)動于大(da)地(di)(di)(di)(di)孕育眾生(sheng),負載眾生(sheng),涵容一(yi)(yi)(yi)切的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)神,所以(yi)(yi)(yi),能(neng)(neng)懷著感(gan)(gan)恩心(xin),以(yi)(yi)(yi)飲(yin)水思源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin),感(gan)(gan)謝大(da)地(di)(di)(di)(di),感(gan)(gan)謝一(yi)(yi)(yi)切眾生(sheng)。而(er)(er)從(cong)拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動作,讓人(ren)(ren)連想(xiang)到,當人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內心(xin)充滿了(le)(le)(le)禮敬(jing)、感(gan)(gan)恩與懺(chan)悔(hui)時,也有如(ru)稻穗一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),因成熟(shu)而(er)(er)下垂(chui);而(er)(er)拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意義,也就是(shi)如(ru)此(ci)了(le)(le)(le)。信佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)越(yue)來越(yue)多,每年春節(jie)及農(nong)歷初(chu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)、十(shi)五等日期,廣大(da)民(min)眾有到竹溪燒香(xiang)(xiang)禮佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)、祈(qi)福(fu)(fu)求安(an)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)習慣(guan)。旅游途(tu)中參(can)觀名寺大(da)剎,燒香(xiang)(xiang)拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)也是(shi)很(hen)正常的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),但(dan)是(shi),很(hen)多人(ren)(ren)并不知道(dao)如(ru)何燒香(xiang)(xiang)拜(bai)(bai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo),為使十(shi)方善(shan)信種(zhong)植福(fu)(fu)田、廣獲(huo)法(fa)益、正善(shan)正行,以(yi)(yi)(yi)滿所愿,以(yi)(yi)(yi)祈(qi)共沾法(fa)益。寺廟建筑(zhu)都有許多道(dao)門(men),從(cong)哪一(yi)(yi)(yi)道(dao)門(men)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)都有講究的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。據(ju)說只有開了(le)(le)(le)光的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寺廟才(cai)有資格修十(shi)三(san)道(dao)門(men)。正中間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)道(dao)門(men),才(cai)是(shi)供人(ren)(ren)出(chu)入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。普(pu)(pu)通游客,進(jin)(jin)門(men)只能(neng)(neng)走右(you)(you)(you)邊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)那(nei)道(dao)門(men),中間那(nei)道(dao)門(men)叫(jiao)(jiao)空門(men),只有出(chu)家人(ren)(ren)才(cai)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)出(chu)入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。進(jin)(jin)門(men)時,男客先邁左腳(jiao),女客先邁右(you)(you)(you)腳(jiao),而(er)(er)且這步子,需邁得越(yue)大(da)越(yue)好。同時進(jin)(jin)廟內殿宇(yu)時應遵循左門(men)進(jin)(jin)右(you)(you)(you)門(men)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)則。注(zhu)意:一(yi)(yi)(yi)定不能(neng)(neng)踩踏在門(men)檻(jian)(據(ju)說門(men)檻(jian)代(dai)(dai)表(biao)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)祖的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)肩膀,當然不能(neng)(neng)踩踏)之上。而(er)(er)登臨第1和(he)第6個(ge)臺階的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)行禮意味著一(yi)(yi)(yi)心(xin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)意和(he)六(liu)六(liu)大(da)順(shun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含義。禮佛(fo)(fo)(fo)(fo)前,先要凈(洗(xi))手(shou)。香(xiang)(xiang)不能(neng)(neng)叫(jiao)(jiao)買而(er)(er)應該叫(jiao)(jiao)請(qing)。普(pu)(pu)通人(ren)(ren)敬(jing)香(xiang)(xiang)要用左手(shou)持(據(ju)說右(you)(you)(you)手(shou)不凈,普(pu)(pu)通人(ren)(ren)殺生(sheng)大(da)多用右(you)(you)(you)手(shou),三(san)炷為自己祈(qi)福(fu)(fu),六(liu)炷為兩(liang)輩人(ren)(ren)祈(qi)福(fu)(fu),九炷為三(san)代(dai)(dai)人(ren)(ren)祈(qi)福(fu)(fu)。而(er)(er)十(shi)三(san)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)極(ji)致,十(shi)三(san)炷香(xiang)(xiang)就是(shi)功德圓(yuan)滿的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高香(xiang)(xiang)。先燒香(xiang)(xiang)再叩頭。
