百龍灘水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廠房安裝單機容量(liang)3.2萬(wan)kW的燈泡(pao)貫流(liu)式水(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機6臺(tai),總(zong)裝機容量(liang)19.2萬(wan)kW,設計水(shui)(shui)頭9.7m,最大水(shui)(shui)頭18m,單機額定流(liu)量(liang)377.5立方米/秒。近(jin)期保(bao)證(zheng)出力(li)(li)878萬(wan)kW,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)9.85億(yi)(yi)kW·h;天生橋水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)運行后(hou)保(bao)證(zheng)出力(li)(li)12.15萬(wan)kW,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)11.48億(yi)(yi)kW·h;龍灘、天生橋水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)運行后(hou)保(bao)證(zheng)出力(li)(li)15.25萬(wan)kW,多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)13.35億(yi)(yi)kW·h;11月(yue)至翌年(nian)4月(yue)枯水(shui)(shui)期發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)分別(bie)占(zhan)年(nian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)的49.3%、52.6%、52.9%,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效益十分顯著。船(chuan)閘(zha)近(jin)期可通(tong)航250t船(chuan)隊(dui),過壩年(nian)貨(huo)運量(liang)180萬(wan)t。
壩址控制流(liu)(liu)(liu)域面(mian)積112500平(ping)方公(gong)里。多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)氣溫21.3℃。多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)含沙量(liang)(liang)(liang)0.815kg/立方米(mi),實測最大(da)含沙量(liang)(liang)(liang)14.6kg/立方米(mi),年(nian)輸沙量(liang)(liang)(liang)5350萬t。多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)降雨(yu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)1720mm。多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)2020立方米(mi)/秒(miao),實測最大(da)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)18700立方米(mi)/秒(miao),經(jing)巖灘、大(da)化水電(dian)站調節P=95%時的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為521立方米(mi)/秒(miao),天生橋、龍灘水電(dian)站建成運行后(hou)P=95%時的(de)調節流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為1202立方米(mi)/秒(miao)。水庫總庫容(rong)3.4億(yi)(yi)立方米(mi),正常蓄水位126m,相應庫容(rong)0.695億(yi)(yi)立方米(mi);死水位125m,相應庫容(rong)0.648億(yi)(yi)立方米(mi)。百龍灘是一座低(di)水頭河床(chuang)式徑流(liu)(liu)(liu)水電(dian)站,需對大(da)化水電(dian)站日調節流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)進行適當的(de)反(fan)調節。
水庫(ku)淹沒(mei)耕地1000畝,淹遷84人。
地形
壩(ba)址為(wei)低山丘陵地(di)形,河(he)(he)谷(gu)寬闊,河(he)(he)床(chuang)中(zhong)有(you)3座(zuo)小山,漫灘(tan)基巖(yan)裸露,河(he)(he)床(chuang)覆(fu)蓋層(ceng)0~2.38m,地(di)層(ceng)巖(yan)性為(wei)中(zhong)薄層(ceng)含(han)粉沙、鈣質泥巖(yan)夾(jia)灰(hui)巖(yan),白(bai)云質灰(hui)巖(yan)和白(bai)云質泥灰(hui)巖(yan)互層(ceng),層(ceng)面走向與河(he)(he)流夾(jia)角70°~80°,傾(qing)(qing)向上游30°~45°,斷層(ceng)計有(you)23條,破碎帶寬度(du)(du)0.03~1.0m,較大斷層(ceng)有(you)F9、F10、F12。緩傾(qing)(qing)角斷裂不(bu)發(fa)育。地(di)震基本烈度(du)(du)為(wei)6度(du)(du),設(she)計建筑物地(di)震不(bu)設(she)防。
建筑
樞紐按三(san)等(deng)工程設計(ji),永久建筑物為3級建筑物,按50年一遇(yu)(yu)設計(ji)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)量23400立方(fang)米/秒,上游(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)153.9m,下游(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)153.4m;500年一遇(yu)(yu)校核洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)29600立方(fang)米/秒,上游(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)159.2m,下游(you)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)158.7m。樞紐由混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)重力式溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)、河床式廠房、開(kai)關站、船閘(zha)、沖(chong)沙(sha)閘(zha)、接頭壩(ba)組成。
碾壓(ya)混凝(ning)土(tu)溢流(liu)壩(ba)布置于左岸主河(he)道上,為開敞式(shi)自由泄流(liu),總長274m,最大壩(ba)高28m。堰頂高程(cheng)126m、130m,長度都為100m;碾壓(ya)混凝(ning)土(tu)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)壩(ba)頂高程(cheng)135m,長74m。右岸土(tu)壩(ba)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)頂高程(cheng)160.1m,長210m。
發電廠房布置(zhi)于右岸灘地上,其尺(chi)寸(cun)為112m×69.5m×72.1(長×寬×高(gao)),廠頂及橋(qiao)面高(gao)程(cheng)160.1m,安裝場(chang)及發電機層高(gao)程(cheng)為120m,安裝高(gao)程(cheng)101.9m,底板開(kai)挖高(gao)程(cheng)88m。廠房兩側各設(she)4m×8m(寬×高(gao))沖沙孔(kong)1個(ge),進水口高(gao)程(cheng)93m。開(kai)關(guan)站(zhan)布置(zhi)于右岸壩(ba)軸線(xian)(xian)下游,220kV出線(xian)(xian)3回(hui)(hui),110kV出線(xian)(xian)1回(hui)(hui)。
單級集(ji)中式(shi)輸水船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)布置在右岸灘地(di)岸邊,總長(chang)(chang)(chang)1099.8m,通航(hang)流量3500立(li)方米/秒。上游(you)(you)引航(hang)道(dao)、閘(zha)首(shou)、閘(zha)室(shi)(shi)按(an)2×500t駁船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)隊遠景通航(hang)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)要求設計,下游(you)(you)引航(hang)道(dao)按(an)2×250t駁船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)隊尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)要求設計,閘(zha)室(shi)(shi)有效尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)為120m×12m×2.5m(長(chang)(chang)(chang)×寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)×吃(chi)水深)。上游(you)(you)引航(hang)道(dao)長(chang)(chang)(chang)454.4m,底(di)(di)寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)37m,底(di)(di)高程(cheng)(cheng)122.5m。上閘(zha)首(shou)28m×26m×53.1m(寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)×長(chang)(chang)(chang)×高),工(gong)作(zuo)門底(di)(di)坎122.5m,一期工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)至109m高程(cheng)(cheng),作(zuo)為部(bu)(bu)分二期導(dao)流、初期電站降低水位(wei)運行(xing)的流道(dao)。閘(zha)室(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)128m,底(di)(di)板高程(cheng)(cheng)110.8m。下閘(zha)首(shou)30m×29m×54.1m(寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)×長(chang)(chang)(chang)×高)。下游(you)(you)引航(hang)道(dao)長(chang)(chang)(chang)462.4m,底(di)(di)寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)32m,底(di)(di)高程(cheng)(cheng)110.8m。船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)右側(ce)設凈寬(kuan)(kuan)(kuan)10m沖(chong)沙閘(zha)1個,底(di)(di)高程(cheng)(cheng)113.5m。船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)閘(zha)上閘(zha)首(shou)以下,除部(bu)(bu)分開挖外(wai)均在二期工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)。

總投資
該工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)審定修正總投資(按1992年(nian)(nian)價格(ge)水平)為16.44億(yi)元(yuan)(一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)為14.18億(yi)元(yuan)),其中靜態(tai)投資10.43億(yi)元(yuan)(一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)為9.72億(yi)元(yuan))。送出工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)靜態(tai)投資1497萬元(yuan)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)由廣(guang)西桂冠電(dian)力(li)股份有限公司集資建設(she)。勘測、設(she)計及監理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)由廣(guang)西電(dian)力(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)勘察(cha)設(she)計院(yuan)承擔。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)由廣(guang)西水電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)局承包(bao)(bao)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)于1993年(nian)(nian)2月18日進場,設(she)計計劃總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)4年(nian)(nian)8個月(包(bao)(bao)括準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)),第一(yi)臺機組發電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)3年(nian)(nian)。
