簡介
紅花爾(er)(er)基(ji)水(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是內蒙古自治區“十五”期(qi)間水(shui)資源開發項目,位于呼倫貝爾(er)(er)市鄂溫克旗境內,是伊敏河上唯一的控制性樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總庫容3.2億立方(fang)米(mi),規模為大(da)(da)Ⅱ型。工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)由(you)大(da)(da)壩、非常溢(yi)洪道、泄洪導流洞(dong)、工(gong)業供(gong)水(shui)洞(dong)、水(shui)電站等(deng)組成,以供(gong)水(shui)、防洪為主,兼(jian)顧防凌、灌溉、發電、旅游等(deng)功能。
參建各(ge)方(fang)在施(shi)工之初就(jiu)本著“科學管理、創造精(jing)品”的(de)原則,制定創優(you)規(gui)劃,且通力合(he)作嚴(yan)格落(luo)實規(gui)劃要求(qiu),最(zui)終打造了(le)這個“管理規(gui)范、施(shi)工先進、設(she)計優(you)秀、質量優(you)良、運行可靠、效(xiao)益顯著”的(de)精(jing)品工程(cheng)。
紅(hong)花爾基(ji)水(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程建設中(zhong)亮點紛(fen)呈:針對伊敏河春汛(xun)流(liu)(liu)凌(ling)壅(yong)冰的(de)(de)(de)特點,設計(ji)前(qian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)泄冰模型試驗(yan),水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)預(yu)留了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)6800萬立方米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)防凌(ling)庫(ku)容;大(da)壩上(shang)游(you)護(hu)坡采用(yong)(yong)(yong)0.3米(mi)(mi)(mi)厚現(xian)澆(jiao)鋼筋混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)板,防止冰凌(ling)沖撞;非常溢(yi)洪(hong)道的(de)(de)(de)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)堰前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)緩(huan)沖斜坡和(he)(he)(he)40米(mi)(mi)(mi)單跨交通(tong)橋,確保了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)冰凌(ling)安全(quan)通(tong)過;設計(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)先進(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)模塊化(hua)全(quan)廠(chang)計(ji)算機監控系(xi)統(tong),實現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)電(dian)站(zhan)運(yun)行的(de)(de)(de)“無(wu)人(ren)值班,少人(ren)值守”目標(biao);設計(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)情自動測報系(xi)統(tong)速度(du)快、精(jing)度(du)高、范(fan)圍(wei)大(da);通(tong)信光(guang)纜與35千伏輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)線(xian)路(lu)同桿(gan)架設,低造價(jia)、高安全(quan)、易(yi)維修;壩基(ji)防滲墻采用(yong)(yong)(yong)“上(shang)抓下鉆”方法成(cheng)槽(cao),成(cheng)槽(cao)效(xiao)(xiao)率高,入巖深度(du)可靠;槽(cao)段連接采用(yong)(yong)(yong)“接頭管法”,接頭質(zhi)量好,工(gong)效(xiao)(xiao)高,避免了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)浪費;石方明(ming)挖采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)預(yu)裂爆(bao)破技(ji)術,洞(dong)(dong)身開(kai)挖采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)光(guang)面爆(bao)破技(ji)術,確保了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)邊坡和(he)(he)(he)圍(wei)巖質(zhi)量,有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)控制了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)超欠(qian)挖;工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)扒渣機裝梭(suo)車出(chu)渣,洞(dong)(dong)身采用(yong)(yong)(yong)超前(qian)錨桿(gan)、系(xi)統(tong)錨桿(gan)和(he)(he)(he)鋼拱架等噴(pen)錨支護(hu)措施(shi)(shi),確保了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)安全(quan);泄洪(hong)導(dao)流(liu)(liu)洞(dong)(dong)、發電(dian)引水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)(he)工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)洞(dong)(dong)身混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)襯砌,均采用(yong)(yong)(yong)針梁式(shi)鋼模臺車全(quan)斷面成(cheng)形,襯砌速度(du)快,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)量好;內徑(jing)2.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)、長3千米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong),采用(yong)(yong)(yong)軌道式(shi)攪拌運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車進(jin)(jin)(jin)行洞(dong)(dong)內運(yun)輸(shu)(shu),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)自制小型輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)完成(cheng)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)入倉(cang),有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)地解決了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)小洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)、超長距離(li)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)(he)澆(jiao)筑洞(dong)(dong)身混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)的(de)(de)(de)難題;18米(mi)(mi)(mi)跨度(du)鋼結構暖棚、2臺1噸蒸汽鍋爐(lu)和(he)(he)(he)高效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)骨料預(yu)熱倉(cang),確保了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)-40℃左右氣溫(wen)下工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)襯砌的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)量和(he)(he)(he)進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du);工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)“小洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)襯砌、長洞(dong)(dong)線(xian)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)、超低溫(wen)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)澆(jiao)筑”,均創造了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)內蒙古自治(zhi)區之(zhi)最。
