全國會館之最
煌壯據(ju)有關資在全國(guo)現存(cun)80余(yu)座會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)類古建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)群中,社(she)旗(qi)山(shan)陜(shan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)以其建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)規(gui)模最為(wei)(wei)(wei)宏偉、保(bao)存(cun)最為(wei)(wei)(wei)完好、建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)裝飾工藝最為(wei)(wei)(wei)精湛,商業文(wen)化內涵最為(wei)(wei)(wei)豐富,而于 1988年元月,首(shou)家被(bei)國(guo)務院公布為(wei)(wei)(wei)全國(guo)第(di)三(san)批重點文(wen)物保(bao)護單位(wei)(wei)(wei)。后相繼被(bei)批準為(wei)(wei)(wei)國(guo)保(bao)單位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)四川自貢(gong)西秦會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)與山(shan)東聊城山(shan)陜(shan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan),其占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)均(jun)各為(wei)(wei)(wei) 3000余(yu)平(ping)方米,而社(she)旗(qi)山(shan)陜(shan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)的(de)占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)達13000平(ping)方米,建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)即達6000余(yu)平(ping)方米,遠遠高出(chu)以上二館(guan)(guan)數(shu)倍之多。國(guo)家多位(wei)(wei)(wei)權(quan)威古建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)專家均(jun)對社(she)旗(qi)山(shan)陜(shan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)給予高度(du)贊譽與評(ping)價,原(yuan)國(guo)家文(wen)物局局長呂濟民(min)題詞(ci)贊為(wei)(wei)(wei):“藝術(shu)輝煌,絕無(wu)僅有”,原(yuan)故宮博(bo)物院副院長單士元題詞(ci)贊為(wei)(wei)(wei)“輝煌壯麗,天下第(di)一(yi)”。由此而確立(li)了社(she)旗(qi)山(shan)陜(shan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)在全國(guo)現存(cun)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)類建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)最具代表性的(de)首(shou)屈一(yi)指(zhi)之地位(wei)(wei)(wei),被(bei)全國(guo)多位(wei)(wei)(wei)著名專家一(yi)致公認為(wei)(wei)(wei)“中國(guo)第(di)一(yi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)”。
琉璃照壁之最
“琉璃照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)最(zui)”不是指其(qi)規模最(zui)大,而是指其(qi)裝飾(shi)工藝最(zui)為(wei)獨特。照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)作為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)古(gu)建筑(zhu)的特有(you)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi),其(qi)裝飾(shi)風(feng)格主要有(you)兩(liang)種(zhong):一(yi)(yi)(yi)為(wei)“海(hai)(hai)漫(man)式(shi)(shi)”,即以(yi)整幅(fu)(fu)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)面組成一(yi)(yi)(yi)幅(fu)(fu)完(wan)整的圖案(an),多以(yi)龍(long)(long)與(yu)海(hai)(hai)水圖案(an)為(wei)主,如北(bei)京(jing)北(bei)海(hai)(hai)之(zhi)(zhi)九(jiu)龍(long)(long)壁(bi)(bi)(bi),山西大同之(zhi)(zhi)九(jiu)龍(long)(long)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)等;二為(wei)“盒(he)(he)子(zi)(zi)式(shi)(shi)”,僅(jin)以(yi)磚(zhuan)雕或石雕裝飾(shi)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)面的中(zhong)心部位,或為(wei)菱(ling)形(xing)(xing),或為(wei)橢圓形(xing)(xing),稱之(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)盒(he)(he)子(zi)(zi)。全(quan)國(guo)現(xian)存(cun)會(hui)館(guan)類(lei)建筑(zhu)或其(qi)它民間古(gu)建筑(zhu)中(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)多為(wei)此(ci)種(zhong)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)。而社旗(qi)山陜會(hui)館(guan)的琉璃照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)則系將(jiang)海(hai)(hai)漫(man)式(shi)(shi)與(yu)盒(he)(he)子(zi)(zi)式(shi)(shi)兩(liang)種(zhong)風(feng)格完(wan)美結(jie)合于一(yi)(yi)(yi)體,將(jiang)各(ge)種(zhong)琉璃燒制的吉祥植物(wu)、吉祥動(dong)物(wu)、神獸,匾(bian)額與(yu)楹聯、變(bian)形(xing)(xing)“福”“壽”字等圖案(an)巧妙組合成一(yi)(yi)(yi)幅(fu)(fu)內容豐富(fu)、寓(yu)意深刻的完(wan)整畫面,既(ji)有(you)相(xiang)對獨立的“盒(he)(he)子(zi)(zi)”裝飾(shi),又(you)有(you)海(hai)(hai)漫(man)式(shi)(shi)的畫面效(xiao)果;主次分明,銜接自然(ran);既(ji)富(fu)麗堂皇(huang),又(you)和諧流暢;既(ji)給(gei)人以(yi)直觀(guan)的美感享受,又(you)富(fu)有(you)厚重(zhong)的文化內涵。為(wei)此(ci)可稱為(wei)全(quan)國(guo)會(hui)館(guan)類(lei)建筑(zhu)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)裝飾(shi)藝術之(zhi)(zhi)最(zui)。
鐵旗桿之最
鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)是“武廟(miao)”即關帝(di)廟(miao)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)特有(you)裝飾(shi)。社(she)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)山陜會館兩(liang)株(zhu)鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)立于(yu)清嘉慶二(er)十(shi)二(er)年,重五萬余(yu)斤,高(gao)二(er)十(shi)余(yu)米。據《南陽賒(she)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)鎮山陜會館鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)記》碑文載(zai):當(dang)時(shi)會館建(jian)成之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),“獨(du)贏三千余(yu)金。廟(miao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)壯(zhuang)麗不可有(you)加(jia),又不可折空金入(ru)私。因(yin)鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)二(er)株(zhu)重五萬余(yu)斤,樹于(yu)大門之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)左(zuo)右。……山陜會館遍天下(xia),皆宏敞(chang)可觀。第朱(zhu)仙(xian)(xian)鎮有(you)鐵(tie)桿(gan)今(jin)于(yu)賒(she)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)鎮再見。”由(you)(you)此可知,在全(quan)國各地眾(zhong)多的(de)會館類建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)中,當(dang)時(shi)僅有(you)朱(zhu)仙(xian)(xian)鎮與賒(she)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)鎮山陜會館建(jian)有(you)此類鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)。今(jin)朱(zhu)仙(xian)(xian)鎮鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)已失(shi),唯社(she)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)山陜會館鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)獨(du)存。據有(you)關古建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)專家稱(cheng):就其重量、高(gao)度,形制之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)完整,內容(rong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)豐富,工(gong)藝之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精湛,造型之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)完美而言,全(quan)國同類建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)無出之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)右者。由(you)(you)此可知:社(she)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)山陜會館鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)堪稱(cheng)全(quan)國現存古建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)鐵(tie)旗(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桿(gan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)最。
戲樓之最
全國(guo)(guo)現存古(gu)(gu)戲(xi)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)很多,建筑(zhu)各(ge)有(you)特(te)色(se)。但若(ruo)論其建筑(zhu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)宏偉、裝飾之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精美,首屈一(yi)(yi)(yi)指當推社旗(qi)山(shan)陜會(hui)館懸鑒樓(lou)(lou)(lou)。懸鑒樓(lou)(lou)(lou)興建于清嘉慶年間,高24米,為(wei)三(san)重檐歇山(shan)頂建筑(zhu),面(mian)南為(wei)山(shan)門,檐廊寬(kuan)敞(chang),面(mian)北(bei)為(wei)戲(xi)臺(tai),這(zhe)種(zhong)勾連(lian)(lian)搭結構獨(du)具匠(jiang)心(xin),極富特(te)色(se)。戲(xi)臺(tai)上方懸匾之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上又出一(yi)(yi)(yi)飛(fei)檐,形成八角高挑、飄飄欲飛(fei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)勢。樓(lou)(lou)(lou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上下左右(you)以技藝(yi)(yi)高超的(de)(de)(de)木、石雕(diao)刻及風格獨(du)特(te)的(de)(de)(de)彩畫(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術裝飾得美輪美奐(huan)。而且(qie)左右(you)輔(fu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)以敞(chang)開式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)鐘、鼓(gu)二樓(lou)(lou)(lou),一(yi)(yi)(yi)反它處古(gu)(gu)建筑(zhu)多將封閉(bi)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)鐘、鼓(gu)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)置于神(shen)殿兩側之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)常規,使之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形成風格別具的(de)(de)(de)樂(le)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)組群,三(san)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)翼角交錯,似(si)分似(si)連(lian)(lian),相映相襯,形成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個完美的(de)(de)(de)藝(yi)(yi)術整體。已故中國(guo)(guo)古(gu)(gu)建筑(zhu)學(xue)(xue)會(hui)會(hui)長、南京(jing)大學(xue)(xue)校長楊(yang)廷寶(bao)先生(sheng)(sheng)(中國(guo)(guo)古(gu)(gu)建筑(zhu)界兩大世界著名的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)術泰斗之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi),被(bei)稱為(wei)“南楊(yang)北(bei)梁”,梁為(wei)梁啟超之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)子、北(bei)京(jing)大學(xue)(xue)教授梁思(si)成)對(dui)此樓(lou)(lou)(lou)情(qing)有(you)獨(du)鐘,親(qin)帶研究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)該樓(lou)(lou)(lou)進行(xing)詳細(xi)測繪、拍照,稱贊懸鑒樓(lou)(lou)(lou)為(wei)“華夏古(gu)(gu)戲(xi)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)的(de)(de)(de)典范之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作”。為(wei)此,社旗(qi)山(shan)陜會(hui)館懸鑒樓(lou)(lou)(lou)當之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)無(wu)愧地被(bei)稱為(wei)“中國(guo)(guo)古(gu)(gu)戲(xi)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)最(zui)”。
石雕藝術之最
以石(shi)牌坊及各(ge)(ge)殿(dian)柱(zhu)礎(chu)為(wei)代(dai)表的(de)社旗山(shan)陜會(hui)館石(shi)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)藝術(shu)集中(zhong)國(guo)古建筑(zhu)全部石(shi)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)技(ji)法于一體,其圓(yuan)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)、透(tou)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)、浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)、平(ping)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)、線雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao),浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)之(zhi)素平(ping)、減地平(ping)級、壓地穩起、剔地起突等(deng)(deng)技(ji)法,均得到(dao)恰到(dao)好處的(de)運用,反復充分的(de)展示。其雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)刻形式和內(nei)容包括圓(yuan)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)獅、虎、麒麟、英(ying)召等(deng)(deng)動物和神(shen)獸造(zao)(zao)(zao)型,圓(yuan)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)石(shi)榴、仙桃等(deng)(deng)瓜(gua)果(guo)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型,透(tou)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)、高(gao)浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)人(ren)物故(gu)事(shi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型,浮(fu)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)、平(ping)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)花(hua)鳥(niao)、植物及吉祥裝飾圖案等(deng)(deng)。特(te)別是其人(ren)物故(gu)事(shi)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)圖盡得我國(guo)歷代(dai)繪畫(hua)與雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)刻藝術(shu)之(zhi)神(shen)韻,充分發揮繪畫(hua)與雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)刻藝術(shu)之(zhi)象(xiang)征(zheng)性、假定性、類(lei)型化之(zhi)特(te)征(zheng),情景交(jiao)融(rong),形神(shen)兼備,給(gei)人(ren)以藝術(shu)美(mei)的(de)享受,為(wei)眾多國(guo)內(nei)古建筑(zhu)專家交(jiao)口贊“絕(jue)”,當之(zhi)無(wu)愧的(de)被稱為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)古建筑(zhu)“石(shi)雕(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)藝術(shu)之(zhi)最”。
木雕藝術之最
社旗山(shan)陜(shan)會館的(de)(de)木(mu)(mu)(mu)雕(diao)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)藝(yi)術與石(shi)雕(diao)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)藝(yi)術兩(liang)相媲美,并稱“雙絕(jue)”。會館建筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)額(e)枋(fang)、雀替、垂(chui)花門樓(lou)、內(nei)檐(yan)裝(zhuang)修之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)格(ge)扇、檻板(ban)、乃(nai)至(zhi)穿插梁板(ban)及檐(yan)下斗拱昂嘴、耍頭皆飾(shi)(shi)以木(mu)(mu)(mu)雕(diao),幾乎達(da)到了無木(mu)(mu)(mu)不(bu)雕(diao)的(de)(de)地步。而且以最具木(mu)(mu)(mu)雕(diao)藝(yi)術表(biao)現力的(de)(de)深(shen)透(tou)雕(diao)為(wei)主要雕(diao)作手段,其(qi)主體建筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)懸鑒樓(lou)、大(da)拜(bai)殿(dian)、大(da)座殿(dian)、藥王(wang)殿(dian)、馬王(wang)殿(dian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)額(e)枋(fang)、雀替全為(wei)透(tou)雕(diao),雕(diao)鏤(lou)深(shen)度達(da)五層0.15米(mi)。其(qi)構圖空間(jian)布局均(jun)勻(yun),線條優美流暢(chang),造(zao)型洗練;大(da)量的(de)(de)人(ren)物故事(shi)雕(diao)圖形象突出,鮮活生動,夸(kua)張傳(chuan)神,人(ren)物眉目、山(shan)水草(cao)木(mu)(mu)(mu),一(yi)波一(yi)紋皆精(jing)雕(diao)細鏤(lou)。從而使(shi)山(shan)陜(shan)會館的(de)(de)木(mu)(mu)(mu)雕(diao)藝(yi)術以透(tou)雕(diao)藝(yi)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精(jing)而享譽國(guo)內(nei)古建筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)界。國(guo)家建設部顧問、著名(ming)古建筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)專家羅(luo)哲文(wen)、鄭孝燮題(ti)詞贊為(wei):“高樓(lou)杰閣,巧奪天工(gong),精(jing)雕(diao)細琢,錦(jin)繡(xiu)裝(zhuang)成,公輸(shu)匠(jiang)(jiang)藝(yi),壯哉斯館”。將其(qi)雕(diao)刻裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)藝(yi)術與建筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)業之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)祖師魯(lu)班的(de)(de)匠(jiang)(jiang)藝(yi)相比美,足(zu)見評價之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)高,為(wei)此(ci),稱其(qi)為(wei) “全國(guo)木(mu)(mu)(mu)雕(diao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)最”當之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)無愧。
慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)太后(hou)御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)親書“龍(long)(long)”“虎”二字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)更(geng)可稱為(wei)(wei)全國會(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)“之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)最”社旗山(shan)陜會(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)主殿(dian)大座殿(dian)前檐兩山(shan)所嵌之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)皇(huang)(huang)(huang)太后(hou)御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寶(bao)(bao)“龍(long)(long)”、“虎”二字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)碑。碑寬0.42米(mi),高0.80米(mi),上(shang)圓下方(fang),上(shang)方(fang)刻(ke)一(yi)方(fang)形(xing)篆(zhuan)體御(yu)(yu)印章,內為(wei)(wei)“慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)皇(huang)(huang)(huang)太后(hou)御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寶(bao)(bao)”九字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)。左額(e)亦(yi)題(ti)“慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)皇(huang)(huang)(huang)太后(hou)御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寶(bao)(bao)”九字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),中(zhong)刻(ke)草書“龍(long)(long)”“虎”二字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)一(yi)揮而(er)(er)就,字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)體瀟(xiao)灑剛勁,一(yi)氣貫通。大座殿(dian)建筑于(yu)清同治年(nian)間,落成(cheng)于(yu)清光緒十 八年(nian),當時(shi)正是(shi)慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)威(wei)權正盛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),任何(he)人豈敢偽托(tuo)其御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寶(bao)(bao)公開(kai)置于(yu)此(ci)(ci)矚目之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)處?由(you)此(ci)(ci)足見(jian)此(ci)(ci)“龍(long)(long)”、“虎”二字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)確系慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)真跡無(wu)疑(yi)。作為(wei)(wei)民間商(shang)會(hui)(hui)(hui)建筑而(er)(er)能得慈(ci)(ci)禧(xi)皇(huang)(huang)(huang)太后(hou)御(yu)(yu)筆(bi)(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寶(bao)(bao)作為(wei)(wei)鎮殿(dian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寶(bao)(bao),在(zai)全國的會(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)建筑中(zhong)可說是(shi)絕無(wu)僅有(you),當然成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)全國會(hui)(hui)(hui)館(guan)唯一(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)殊榮。
全國清代民間剌繡珍品之最
社旗山陜會(hui)館館藏(zang)40余件清代(dai)剌(la)繡(xiu)珍品,其中5件被國(guo)(guo)家(jia)文物(wu)局確定為(wei)國(guo)(guo)保文物(wu)一級品,并征調兩件遠(yuan)赴(fu)瑞(rui)士、丹麥(mai)等國(guo)(guo)作為(wei)國(guo)(guo)保珍品文物(wu)展出(chu)。為(wei)此稱(cheng)之(zhi)謂“全國(guo)(guo)清代(dai)民間剌(la)繡(xiu)品之(zhi)最”亦當之(zhi)無愧。
會館附屬建筑道坊院亦為全國會館之最
社旗山陜會(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)之(zhi)(zhi)附屬建(jian)筑(zhu)道坊院又名掖園(yuan)宮、接(jie)官(guan)廳,其建(jian)筑(zhu)風格融(rong)合北方(fang)四(si)合院建(jian)筑(zhu)與(yu)南方(fang)民居(ju)與(yu)園(yuan)林(lin)建(jian)筑(zhu)風格與(yu)一體,系管理會(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)的道士的平時居(ju)住之(zhi)(zhi)地,亦為(wei)接(jie)待聯絡官(guan)府人員(yuan)的場所,是(shi)為(wei)會(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)作為(wei)民間商會(hui)(hui)與(yu)官(guan)府斡旋功能的實物見證,具有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)的研究價值(zhi),在全(quan)國(guo)現存會(hui)(hui)館(guan)(guan)類建(jian)筑(zhu)中獨此一家,堪稱“全(quan)國(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)最”。
商業道德規則碑可稱為全國之最
社旗山(shan)陜會館(guan)(guan)(guan)現(xian)存(cun)碑(bei)(bei)刻共(gong)計(ji)九塊(kuai)(kuai),其(qi)中有關記(ji)述商(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)道德規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)及會館(guan)(guan)(guan)興建(jian)(jian)活動(dong)的(de)(de)碑(bei)(bei)刻計(ji)七(qi)塊(kuai)(kuai),分別為:初刻于清(qing)雍正二年(nian)(nian)(1725年(nian)(nian))重(zhong)刻于同治元(yuan)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)《同行商(shang)(shang)賈公(gong)(gong)議戥秤定(ding)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)矩》碑(bei)(bei);立于清(qing)乾(qian)隆五十年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)《公(gong)(gong)議雜貨(huo)行規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)》碑(bei)(bei)、立于清(qing)道光二十三(san)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)《過(guo)載行差務》碑(bei)(bei)、以及記(ji)述山(shan)陜會館(guan)(guan)(guan)創建(jian)(jian)活動(dong)及捐(juan)資及開(kai)支財務公(gong)(gong)示的(de)(de)《創建(jian)(jian)春(chun)秋樓碑(bei)(bei)記(ji)》、《南陽賒(she)旗鎮山(shan)陜會館(guan)(guan)(guan)鐵旗桿碑(bei)(bei)記(ji)》、《重(zhong)興山(shan)陜會館(guan)(guan)(guan)碑(bei)(bei)記(ji)》、《重(zhong)建(jian)(jian)山(shan)陜會館(guan)(guan)(guan)碑(bei)(bei)記(ji)》。前三(san)塊(kuai)(kuai)碑(bei)(bei)石(shi)對(dui)于研(yan)究清(qing)代賒(she)店(dian)商(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發展的(de)(de)概況及商(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)行為的(de)(de)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)提供了彌足(zu)珍貴的(de)(de)佐證。其(qi)中《同行商(shang)(shang)賈公(gong)(gong)議戥秤定(ding)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)矩》碑(bei)(bei)對(dui)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)度量衡作(zuo)出(chu)了嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding);《公(gong)(gong)議雜貨(huo)行規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)》碑(bei)(bei)則(ze)以倡導(dao)誠信(xin)精神為核(he)心,對(dui)各種商(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)行為做出(chu)多達十八(ba)項的(de)(de)嚴格(ge)規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding);《過(guo)載行差務碑(bei)(bei)》則(ze)對(dui)支應官府(fu)的(de)(de)席片數量作(zuo)出(chu)分解(jie)公(gong)(gong)示。這三(san)塊(kuai)(kuai)碑(bei)(bei)石(shi)也(ye)是我(wo)國(guo)現(xian)存(cun)會館(guan)(guan)(guan)類建(jian)(jian)筑中所存(cun)最早也(ye)最為全(quan)面的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)道德規(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)則(ze)碑(bei)(bei)記(ji),堪稱為全(quan)國(guo)之(zhi)最。
