少(shao)(shao)(shao)林(lin)武功(gong)中最精湛的(de)(de)絕技。本不外傳,但(dan)少(shao)(shao)(shao)林(lin)寺(si)燒火小工、俗家弟子南宮遠卻在禪師暗中指(zhi)點下掌(zhang)握了其中的(de)(de)奧秘,在三(san)年一(yi)度(du)的(de)(de)中秋比武時,用此功(gong)失手擊斃四名師兄,從而(er)引(yin)來殺身之禍。(見柳(liu)殘陽(yang)《南宮少(shao)(shao)(shao)俠(xia)傳》)諸多武俠(xia)小說作(zuo)品中均將之稱為少(shao)(shao)(shao)林(lin)絕技,其實此功(gong)來自于(yu)少(shao)(shao)(shao)林(lin)七(qi)十二藝中的(de)(de)第五十一(yi)藝螳螂爪(zhua)。
大(da)力(li)金剛掌屬(shu)南少林(lin)六大(da)功夫絕技之一的(de)手上硬氣功此功內外兼修。功成后可開磚碎(sui)石,用于徒手技去威(wei)力(li)無窮。大(da)力(li)金剛掌與鐵(tie)砂(sha)掌有幾分(fen)相似之處,鐵(tie)砂(sha)掌同(tong)樣具有開磚裂石之功。
大(da)力金剛(gang)掌(zhang)分三部修(xiu)習。
一、丹田內功法
自然(ran)(ran)站立,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳分(fen)開(kai)與肩同寬,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手自然(ran)(ran)垂故于(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腿外側,站時含胸拔背,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)目平(ping)視(shi),全身放松,用(yong)(yong)口將體(ti)內濁(zhuo)氣(qi)(qi)從O中呼出三次(ci)后(hou),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳微屈,似馬步狀雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手呈抱球狀置于(yu)胸前,掌心(xin)相(xiang)對,距離約50厘米(mi),十指(zhi)張開(kai)向內收.雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)肘處距身約15厘米(mi)左右做好(hao)上述要求后(hou),將雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)目微合,開(kai)始調息,吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時存想天地(di)方物之精氣(qi)(qi)經雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手勞(lao)宮(gong)穴(xue)(xue)、頭頂百(bai)會(hui)穴(xue)(xue)、雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳涌泉穴(xue)(xue)涌涌不斷(duan)地(di)吸(xi)入丹(dan)田(tian)呼氣(qi)(qi)時意想氣(qi)(qi)在丹(dan)田(tian)聚集(ji)、采用(yong)(yong)順式(shi)呼吸(xi)法(fa)、一(yi)呼一(yi)吸(xi),練(lian)(lian)習30分(fen)鐘初時樁可站高些,隨著功(gong)力(li)的增加(jia)可逐漸(jian)站成低樁(注:此(ci)功(gong)是強化(hua)式(shi)功(gong)法(fa)。練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)于(yu)練(lian)(lian)功(gong)三天后(hou)即可體(ti)會(hui)氣(qi)(qi)感,一(yi)般(ban)勞(lao)宮(gong)穴(xue)(xue)首先(xian)發熱。而后(hou)丹(dan)田(tian)穴(xue)(xue),部分(fen)鯨功(gong)者(zhe)會(hui)出現(xian)氣(qi)(qi)機(ji)在全身各部出現(xian)氣(qi)(qi)流感,此(ci)時繼續鯨下去(qu)。氣(qi)(qi)埂(geng)可沿經緒歸行至(zhi)丹(dan)田(tian),練(lian)(lian)此(ci)功(gong)時不講究氣(qi)(qi)的運(yun)行。一(yi)般(ban)應(ying)順其(qi)自然(ran)(ran)為好(hao))
二、金剛推山掌
通過上述內(nei)(nei)動法的修(xiu)煉后,學者(zhe)可感(gan)覺氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機通暢。內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)充盈,此時(shi)可將(jiang)雙(shuang)(shuang)腳分開比肩略寬。雙(shuang)(shuang)膝蹲成弓步,雙(shuang)(shuang)目(mu)前視(shi)。舌抵上腭,腰背挺(ting)直,雙(shuang)(shuang)手握(wo)拳置于雙(shuang)(shuang)側,意守(shou)丹(dan)田,將(jiang)真氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)調聚(ju)成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)團(tuan)后,用口呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(發嗨聲),意想丹(dan)田之氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)向(xiang)右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)奔涌而出(chu)。同時(shi)右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)向(xiang)前沖出(chu),并掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)指向(xiang)上、掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)前,這期間(jian)應用足氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)力,接著(zhu)閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)3至(zhi)(zhi)5秒后,掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)向(xiang)外(wai)轉(zhuan)變成拳狀收回置于腰間(jian),后換左掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。練至(zhi)(zhi)純熟(shu)后可雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)齊出(chu)、雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)按地等,此功(gong)貴在練習(xi)爆發力及丹(dan)田內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的運行(xing),有條件(jian)者(zhe)亦(yi)可以掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)擊(ji)打砂袋(dai),砂袋(dai)重量從25公(gong)斤起(qi)逐漸增至(zhi)(zhi)乃公(gong)斤為度。
三、金剛臍碑手
此功(gong)(gong)即(ji)外家鐵砂(sha)(sha)掌練(lian)法,練(lian)者置砂(sha)(sha)袋于凳上(砂(sha)(sha)袋內裝(zhuang)鐵砂(sha)(sha)),作馬步站立(li),以雙(shuang)手黨的(de)流擊(ji)打砂(sha)(sha)袋,每(mei)次力(li)盡(jin)而止,,運氣法見金(jin)剛推山掌一(yi)式,每(mei)次練(lian)功(gong)(gong)完(wan)畢(bi)之后(hou)應(ying)輔以用(yong)醋方(fang)洗(xi)(xi)手,方(fang)可使(shi)之事(shi)半功(gong)(gong)倍(bei)具體(ti)洗(xi)(xi)手方(fang)是:取(qu)(qu)生銹的(de)鐵釘(ding)或鐵塊5公斤將其浸在醋中(zhong)一(yi)星期(qi)后(hou),將鐵釘(ding)等(deng)取(qu)(qu)出(chu),例(li)入少量烈性酒即(ji)成醋方(fang)。鯨功(gong)(gong)畢(bi)后(hou),將雙(shuang)手放在盆中(zhong)浸洗(xi)(xi),藥水以溫熱(re)為佳(此法是一(yi)種比較經濟的(de)簡(jian)便洗(xi)(xi)水方(fang)),學者切(qie)莫花費財力(li)去購買貴重的(de)藥方(fang)因功(gong)(gong)夫貴在勤學苦練(lian),高深(shen)的(de)功(gong)(gong)夫還(huan)取(qu)(qu)決(jue)于人的(de)悟性
后由八寶(bao)門(men)推出新大(da)力(li)金剛掌,共十二(er)式,練(lian)成伸手后可劈(pi)磚斷(duan)石。
1、蹲星伏虎
①面南背北(bei)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)身站(zhan)(zhan)立,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腿(tui)橫開(kai)與(yu)肩(jian)同寬,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腳(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),腳(jiao)尖稍里扣,雙手(shou)(shou)下垂于(yu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)腿(tui)外側,掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對,掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝下,下頦微(wei)收(shou),百會上(shang)頂,揚眉怒(nu)目(mu),眼視正(zheng)前方。氣沉丹田,精(jing)神飽(bao)滿。按順呼吸法,鼻(bi)吸鼻(bi)呼。意念集中于(yu)臍下丹田處(chu);②按上(shang)式站(zhan)(zhan)立1分鐘(zhong)之(zhi)后(hou)(hou),雙手(shou)(shou)由(you)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)腿(tui)外側向前緩慢提起(qi)與(yu)肩(jian)同高(gao),掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對,掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝前。隨后(hou)(hou)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)膝(xi)慢慢屈曲下蹲,樁的(de)高(gao)矮可根據各人的(de)具體情況而定,膝(xi)蓋不要(yao)超過腳(jiao)尖。與(yu)此同時,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)手(shou)(shou)平(ping)(ping)(ping)行下落至于(yu)雙乳平(ping)(ping)(ping)齊,兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)小臂相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)平(ping)(ping)(ping)行,間距(ju)2尺許,肘尖向后(hou)(hou),肘尖與(yu)肋下相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)距(ju)約(yue)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)拳左(zuo)右,手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)自(zi)(zi)然(ran)伸直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)張開(kai),掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)照(zhao),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝前,身軀正(zheng)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),臀(tun)部內斂,重心落于(yu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腳(jiao)足(zu)心涌泉穴連線之(zhi)中點上(shang)。全身肌肉,關節放松,呼吸柔(rou)和自(zi)(zi)然(ran),不須要(yao)意守;③按上(shang)述方法練功15~~60分鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)膝(xi)慢慢站(zhan)(zhan)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),雙手(shou)(shou)回(hui)收(shou)垂直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)貼放于(yu)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)腿(tui)內側,約(yue)1分鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),兩(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)互相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)搓擦至熱(re),以掌(zhang)(zhang)輕(qing)輕(qing)揩擦顏(yan)面部20余(yu)次。
練(lian)(lian)習本(ben)式(shi)時(shi),可(ke)(ke)以隨意(yi)言談(tan),也可(ke)(ke)以看電(dian)影、電(dian)視或聽(ting)音樂。呼吸柔和自然,不順任(ren)何意(yi)守。練(lian)(lian)功(gong)從(cong)每(mei)次(ci)5分(fen)鐘開始,以后(hou)每(mei)周增加5分(fen)鐘的練(lian)(lian)功(gong)時(shi)間。初時(shi)感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)雙腿(tui)及(ji)雙臂酸脹(zhang)、困(kun)乏,繼之兩腿(tui)還會出現顫抖現象,此時(shi)可(ke)(ke)以調高樁(zhuang)式(shi)休(xiu)息片刻(ke)再進行(xing)練(lian)(lian)習。如能堅持練(lian)(lian)至每(mei)次(ci)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)樁(zhuang)15分(fen)鐘以上者,于每(mei)次(ci)練(lian)(lian)功(gong)時(shi),即可(ke)(ke)感(gan)到腹部首(shou)先發熱,須臾(yu)延(yan)至腰(yao)背、胸(xiong)、頭面、雙手(shou)(shou),最(zui)后(hou)雙腿(tui)及(ji)雙足(zu)赤漸(jian)次(ci)發熱,雙手(shou)(shou)與雙足(zu)有明顯的麻、酸、脹(zhang)、熱的感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)。堅持站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)樁(zhuang)至60天(tian)以上時(shi),于每(mei)次(ci)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)樁(zhuang)時(shi)即感(gan)覺(jue)(jue)體內(nei)的內(nei)氣(qi)下注(zhu)兩腿(tui)達雙足(zu)涌泉(quan)穴(xue),又由(you)腳心返行(xing)至丹田,再向下行(xing)經會陰穴(xue),過尾(wei)閭,沿(yan)督脈經頭頂百會穴(xue),再下行(xing)過承漿至腹中(zhong)穴(xue),又分(fen)為兩股熱流過液下沿(yan)手(shou)(shou)臂內(nei)側注(zhu)入雙掌心勞(lao)宮(gong)穴(xue),并直(zhi)透十指尖過手(shou)(shou)背返回降至丹田處。
如此反復練習(xi)(xi),直至每(mei)次站(zhan)樁內氣注入雙掌(zhang)即出現掌(zhang)心發熱,十(shi)指有強熱的觸電(dian)感覺時,便可開始練習(xi)(xi)下式(shi)。
2、力按千斤
①兩(liang)腳橫(heng)開比肩略寬,兩(liang)腳平直(zhi),雙(shuang)足尖(jian)稍里扣,頸(jing)項豎直(zhi),百會上(shang)頂,沉肩松(song)胯,下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)頦(ke)微收,口微閉,舌尖(jian)緊舐上(shang)腭(e),雙(shuang)目凝視正前(qian)方(fang)。兩(liang)手(shou)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)垂分別置(zhi)于(yu)兩(liang)大腿外側,肘關節微曲,雙(shuang)掌稍微外撐(cheng),掌心向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia),十指朝前(qian)。采用(yong)逆式呼(hu)吸(xi),意念(nian)輕守丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)。②以(yi)鼻吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi),并收提肛門(men)及睪丸(wan);然后,以(yi)鼻呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi),意領丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)上(shang)升至(zhi)分膻(shan)中穴,并分作兩(liang)股經兩(liang)腋下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)沿手(shou)臂(bei)內(nei)側向(xiang)雙(shuang)手(shou)掌心貫氣(qi)(qi),同(tong)時(shi)放(fang)松(song)肛門(men)和睪丸(wan)。十趾抓地,雙(shuang)手(shou)掌用(yong)暗勁下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)按,十指上(shang)翹,全(quan)身之氣(qi)(qi)力(li)集中于(yu)雙(shuang)手(shou)掌。吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi),全(quan)身肌肉放(fang)松(song)(除收縮(suo)睪丸(wan)及肛門(men)外)意念(nian)內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)從手(shou)臂(bei)外側上(shang)升至(zhi)頭部返歸丹(dan)田(tian)(tian)。此式共做49次。
3、猛虎推山
接上式(shi),按(an)逆式(shi)呼(hu)(hu)吸靜立調息(xi)1分鐘后(hou),吸氣,雙(shuang)(shuang)手同(tong)時向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)、向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上劃弧至(zhi)兩肩前(qian)(qian),十(shi)指向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上,掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian),同(tong)時,收(shou)提肛門和睪(gao)丸,然后(hou)呼(hu)(hu)氣,十(shi)趾猛抓地,全(quan)(quan)身之氣力(li)集中在(zai)雙(shuang)(shuang)手上,雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)如(ru)推(tui)千斤重物向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)(qian)緩慢推(tui)出,意念內氣從雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)心及(ji)十(shi)指尖奔瀉而出,呼(hu)(hu)氣時全(quan)(quan)身緊(jin)張,松肛,松睪(gao)丸。吸氣時雙(shuang)(shuang)手回收(shou)并向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右、向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上劃弧轉圈于肩前(qian)(qian),呼(hu)(hu)氣時雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)推(tui)出。如(ru)此反復共做49次。
4、鳳凰展翅
接上(shang)式,采(cai)用(yong)逆式呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻(bi)呼(hu)鼻(bi)吸(xi)。吸(xi)氣時雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)小臂(bei)(bei)分(fen)別向(xiang)左右兩側(ce)抬起(qi).肘尖向(xiang)下(xia)(xia),沉(chen)肩(jian)(jian)挺胸(xiong),雙(shuang)掌(zhang)高與肩(jian)(jian)平齊,掌(zhang)心分(fen)向(xiang)左右,手(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)稍下(xia)(xia)墜,腕關節向(xiang)背側(ce)凸起(qi),同時收提肛門及睪(gao)丸(wan),然后(hou)十趾抓(zhua)地,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)如(ru)推千斤重(zhong)物用(yong)力向(xiang)外推去,意(yi)念內(nei)(nei)氣從丹田上(shang)升(sheng)至(zhi)膻中穴,再分(fen)向(xiang)兩肩(jian)(jian)腋下(xia)(xia)沿(yan)手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)內(nei)(nei)側(ce)向(xiang)十指及掌(zhang)心奔瀉。呼(hu)氣時全(quan)身放松,松肛、松睪(gao)丸(wan),雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)收回(hui)如(ru)原來姿(zi)勢,意(yi)領內(nei)(nei)氣從手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)外側(ce)上(shang)升(sheng)過(guo)頭部返回(hui)丹田。共做49次。
5、海底撈沙
接(jie)上(shang)式(shi),采用順(shun)式(shi)呼吸(xi)(xi),鼻呼鼻吸(xi)(xi)。吸(xi)(xi)氣時(shi)雙臂下(xia)垂置于腹前,肘關節略外撐,雙手握拳(quan)(quan),拳(quan)(quan)面相對(dui),拳(quan)(quan)心向(xiang)下(xia),意(yi)守丹(dan)田.呼氣時(shi),慢慢彎腰,雙拳(quan)(quan)變掌(zhang)(zhang),掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)下(xia),掌(zhang)(zhang)指相對(dui),隨(sui)身(shen)體向(xiang)下(xia)按壓(ya),同(tong)時(shi)放松肛門,睪丸(wan)(wan),至雙掌(zhang)(zhang)心觸地時(shi),氣剛好呼盡,意(yi)念內(nei)氣全部貫注入雙掌(zhang)(zhang),然后雙掌(zhang)(zhang)變拳(quan)(quan),如持千斤重物緩慢上(shang)提(ti),上(shang)身(shen)徐(xu)徐(xu)直腰,同(tong)時(shi)吸(xi)(xi)氣,提(ti)肛,手睪丸(wan)(wan),意(yi)念內(nei)氣從雙掌(zhang)(zhang)返回丹(dan)田。共做49次。
6、攀星拿月
接上式(shi),采用逆呼吸(xi)法,鼻(bi)呼鼻(bi)吸(xi),吸(xi)氣(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌如托(tuo)千斤(jin)重物緩(huan)緩(huan)上舉過頭,掌指朝后,掌心向上,目視(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌,意(yi)(yi)念(nian)內氣(qi)全(quan)部上注雙(shuang)(shuang)手,同時(shi),十趾(zhi)抓地,收提肛(gang)門(men)及(ji)睪丸(wan)。于吸(xi)氣(qi)末(mo)時(shi),喉頭配合吸(xi)氣(qi)動作吞入(ru)一(yi)口氣(qi),然(ran)后閉(bi)氣(qi),雙(shuang)(shuang)掌變拳(quan),雙(shuang)(shuang)拳(quan)攢(zan)緊如拉扯千斤(jin)重物徐徐下拉至雙(shuang)(shuang)側肩前。呼氣(qi)時(shi)全(quan)身放(fang)松(song),松(song)肛(gang),松(song)睪丸(wan)雙(shuang)(shuang)拳(quan),意(yi)(yi)領內氣(qi)回(hui)歸(gui)丹(dan)田。如此反復做49次(ci)。
7、鐵牛耕地
①雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)平行(xing)撐地(di),掌心向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)觸及地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian),雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)間與肩(jian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)寬,兩手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸直,雙(shuang)腳(jiao)拼攏(long)伸直,以(yi)(yi)腳(jiao)趾(zhi)尖著(zhu)地(di),腰(yao)胯盡量向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)弓挫,臀部(bu)(bu)凸起,腹(fu)部(bu)(bu)內收。采用順呼吸(xi)(xi)法,鼻(bi)呼鼻(bi)吸(xi)(xi),精神(shen)內斂,注意(yi)力(li)集中(zhong)于雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌心勞宮穴上(shang)。②均勻深(shen)長的吸(xi)(xi)入一口(kou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),于吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)末時(shi)(shi),以(yi)(yi)喉頭(tou)配(pei)合吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)作(zuo)吞入一口(kou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),并以(yi)(yi)意(yi)導氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)慢(man)慢(man)下(xia)沉至(zhi)丹田(tian)(tian),然后(hou)(hou)閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)肘(zhou)關節(jie)屈曲,全身向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian),向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)探(tan),以(yi)(yi)頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)接(jie)近地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)而(er)又未觸及地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)為宜,隨之雙(shuang)足后(hou)(hou)蹬(deng)助力(li),同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)身體塌腰(yao)并繼續向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian),向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)依次(ci)以(yi)(yi)胸(xiong)、腹(fu)、胯等部(bu)(bu)位略(lve)近地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)一滑(hua)而(er)過(guo)。在(zai)身體下(xia)探(tan)運動(dong)的同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi),以(yi)(yi)鼻(bi)腔均勻地(di)噴氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),收提(ti)肛門及睪丸,平以(yi)(yi)意(yi)導引內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)從下(xia)丹田(tian)(tian)上(shang)升至(zhi)中(zhong)丹田(tian)(tian)經雙(shuang)腋(ye)下(xia),沿雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)內側(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)貫注輸入雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌心勞宮穴。③吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)抬(tai)起,直臂(bei)挺胸(xiong),腰(yao)胯部(bu)(bu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)(hou)弓挫,臀部(bu)(bu)凸起,全身赤(chi)隨之后(hou)(hou)挫,恢(hui)復原(yuan)來姿(zi)勢,松肛,松睪丸,并意(yi)念內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)從手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)外側(ce)返回丹田(tian)(tian)。如此前(qian)探(tan)后(hou)(hou)挫,循環往復,力(li)盡為止。在(zai)練習當中(zhong),注意(yi)動(dong)作(zuo)要與呼吸(xi)(xi)緊密配(pei)合,不要太慢(man)或太快,動(dong)作(zuo)須連(lian)貫協調(diao),中(zhong)間不可(ke)(ke)停(ting)頓。初習此式十(shi)余次(ci)時(shi)(shi),即(ji)覺(jue)力(li)疲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)涌(yong),頭(tou)脹腰(yao)酸。但行(xing)之即(ji)久,次(ci)數(shu)可(ke)(ke)逐(zhu)日增(zeng)加,至(zhi)每次(ci)行(xing)功(gong)百余次(ci)而(er)力(li)不乏氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)不涌(yong)時(shi)(shi),再將雙(shuang)腳(jiao)位置(zhi)逐(zhu)漸墊(dian)高,又逾百余次(ci)后(hou)(hou),方(fang)以(yi)(yi)10公斤的石塊(kuai)置(zhi)于背(bei)上(shang)縛固,如法行(xing)動(dong),俟背(bei)上(shang)石塊(kuai)增(zeng)至(zhi)50公斤仍可(ke)(ke)行(xing)功(gong)逾越50次(ci)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)方(fang)止。
8、神氣掌
將(jiang)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)一(yi)支點(dian)燃,置于(yu)桌上(shang)立穩,練(lian)(lian)功者馬(ma)步站立與蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)相距(ju)1米遠,頭(tou)頸(jing)正(zheng)直,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)抱拳于(yu)兩腰際(ji)上(shang)。雙(shuang)目平視(shi)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu),接逆式(shi)呼(hu)吸(xi)(xi),以(yi)鼻吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi),收(shou)提肛門(men)及(ji)睪丸,然后(hou)將(jiang)右(you)拳變(bian)掌(zhang)(zhang),向(xiang)前直立掌(zhang)(zhang)推出(chu)(圖134),同時(shi)(shi)以(yi)鼻噴氣(qi),以(yi)意導引丹田(tian)內氣(qi)上(shang)升膻(shan)中穴經腋下(xia),沿手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂內側下(xia)注右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)心,并從(cong)右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)心勞宮穴穿透而出(chu),同時(shi)(shi)放松(song)肛門(men)及(ji)睪丸。吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)時(shi)(shi),手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂回收(shou),以(yi)意領氣(qi)從(cong)手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂外(wai)側上(shang)升頭(tou)部返(fan)歸丹田(tian)。練(lian)(lian)至右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)發(fa)酸,發(fa)脹(zhang)時(shi)(shi),則換以(yi)左(zuo)掌(zhang)(zhang)如(ru)法習之。待到一(yi)舉手(shou)(shou)(shou)發(fa)掌(zhang)(zhang)即可將(jiang)桌上(shang)點(dian)燃之蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)擊滅(mie)之后(hou),在距(ju)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)2米擊掌(zhang)(zhang),又俟能將(jiang)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)燈擊滅(mie)后(hou),再距(ju)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)燈3米、4米、5米處發(fa)掌(zhang)(zhang)幾擊燈,如(ru)在距(ju)燈5米外(wai)仍可將(jiang)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)燈擊滅(mie),則大力(li)金(jin)剛掌(zhang)(zhang)之內氣(qi)神(shen)力(li)初其,即可操練(lian)(lian)下(xia)式(shi)。
9、如來手式
以兩(liang)張長,寬各(ge)50厘米的(de)砂紙置于(yu)桌(zhuo)上,雙手(shou)掌貼放于(yu)桌(zhuo)面(mian)砂紙上。采用(yong)順(shun)式呼(hu)吸(xi)(xi),鼻呼(hu)鼻吸(xi)(xi)。用(yong)雙掌面(mian)和雙掌小指側(ce)擊打紗紙,擊打時手(shou)臂不動(dong),以手(shou)腕帶動(dong)手(shou)掌擊打,同(tong)時呼(hu)氣(qi),并(bing)以意(yi)領(ling)氣(qi)貫(guan)達雙掌,收提肛門和睪丸。收掌時吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi),并(bing)以意(yi)領(ling)回歸丹田,放松(song)肛門、睪丸。每日將紗紙打至破爛穿(chuan)洞時,次日另更(geng)以新紗紙擊打。
10、金剛排上
①直身(shen)站立,面對(dui)墻壁,身(shen)體與墻壁的間距為自(zi)(zi)身(shen)肩(jian)關(guan)節(jie)至腕關(guan)節(jie)長,雙足橫(heng)開與肩(jian)同寬,兩腳平直腳尖(jian)稍里扣(kou),百會上頂,口微閉,雙手略(lve)曲臂前(qian)(qian)伸(shen),以掌指抵住墻壁,腕關(guan)節(jie)與雙乳平直,雙掌十指自(zi)(zi)然伸(shen)張,掌心向下,掌指朝前(qian)(qian),雙目怒視雙掌之(zhi)間墻壁②行順(shun)式呼吸,鼻呼鼻吸。意守(shou)丹田內氣發動(dong)之(zhi)后(hou),以鼻猛吸一口氣,然后(hou)以鼻腔猛地噴氣,同時收提肛門以睪丸,十趾抓地,并以肩(jian)關(guan)節(jie)帶動(dong)肘關(guan)節(jie)在催動(dong)雙掌用(yong)掌
根(gen)向墻壁平行擊(ji)打。在擊(ji)打的(de)(de)同時,雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)前仰,手指(zhi)彎(wan)曲(qu)成(cheng)鷹爪狀,意念(nian)內(nei)氣(qi)從丹田(tian)上升至(zhi)(zhi)膻(shan)中穴(xue)再(zai)分向雙(shuang)腋下,沿手臂(bei)內(nei)側貫注入雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)后(hou)溪穴(xue)和勞宮穴(xue).③吸氣(qi)時,全身放松,松肛,松睪丸,意領雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)之(zhi)氣(qi)回歸丹田(tian).此式練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)時,務必遵循先輕(qing)后(hou)重,先慢(man)后(hou)快(kuai)的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,每次練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi)時以(yi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)根(gen)部發熱疼痛為止.尚有一練(lian)(lian)法(fa),是以(yi)黑(hei)狗(gou)皮兩(liang)張,均如碗口大(da)小,懸掛于墻上,有毛面貼向墻,以(yi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)頻頻擊(ji)之(zhi).無狗(gou)皮亦可以(yi)紗(sha)紙兩(liang)張掛于墻上,如法(fa)習(xi)(xi)之(zhi),直(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)紗(sha)紙破爛穿洞時,則另易以(yi)新紗(sha)紙練(lian)(lian)習(xi)(xi).
11、達摩拂袖
先備(bei)好一個長(chang)、寬各60厘米(mi)大的正方形砂(sha)(sha)(sha)袋(dai),砂(sha)(sha)(sha)袋(dai)內(nei)充填以3/5的細鐵(tie)砂(sha)(sha)(sha),2/5的綠豆(dou)和花(hua)椒(綠豆(dou)和花(hua)椒各為1/5),置放于(yu)一張堅固的木凳(deng)上(shang)。
①練(lian)功時(shi),馬步站立于(yu)距木(mu)凳(deng)1尺遠的地方,兩手握拳(quan)抱于(yu)腰(yao)間,采用順式呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻吸(xi)口呼(hu)。先練(lian)右(you)(you)(you)(you)手,后(hou)練(lian)左(zuo)手.以鼻吸(xi)氣,于(yu)吸(xi)氣末時(shi),隨之閉(bi)氣,上(shang)(shang)(shang)身右(you)(you)(you)(you)轉,右(you)(you)(you)(you)手臂向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)平直甩(shuai)臂,右(you)(you)(you)(you)拳(quan)變掌(zhang)。②上(shang)(shang)(shang)動不停,上(shang)(shang)(shang)身向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左(zuo)擰腰(yao)旋轉,右(you)(you)(you)(you)手繼續向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)。向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前、向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)以掌(zhang)面拍打砂袋,掌(zhang)心朝下(xia)(xia)(xia),掌(zhang)指朝前,同時(shi),以口“哈”地發聲助力,收提(ti)肛門、睪丸,十趾抓(zhua)地,意領丹田(tian)內氣上(shang)(shang)(shang)升膻中穴(xue)并經有腋(ye)下(xia)(xia)(xia),沿右(you)(you)(you)(you)手臂內側(ce)下(xia)(xia)(xia)注右(you)(you)(you)(you)掌(zhang),全身氣力集中在右(you)(you)(you)(you)手掌(zhang)面上(shang)(shang)(shang)。此(ci)為順甩(shuai)式。
③接上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)式,以(yi)鼻(bi)吸氣(qi),全身放松(song),松(song)肛(gang),松(song)睪丸(wan),以(yi)意將右(you)(you)手掌(zhang)(zhang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的氣(qi)導引回丹田。同時(shi)(shi),上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)身向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左旋轉,右(you)(you)手直臂(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左,向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后甩(shuai)臂(bei)。④上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)動不停,上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)身向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右(you)(you)擰腰旋轉,右(you)(you)手繼續(xu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下以(yi)右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)背擊打砂袋,同時(shi)(shi),以(yi)口“哈”地發聲助力(li),并收提肛(gang)門和睪丸(wan)。十趾抓地,意領內(nei)氣(qi)從(cong)丹田上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)升至(zhi)膻中穴,再經右(you)(you)腋下沿(yan)手臂(bei)內(nei)側下注右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang),全身集中在右(you)(you)手掌(zhang)(zhang)背上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)。此(ci)為反(fan)甩(shuai)式。如此(ci)由(you)輕至(zhi)重,由(you)慢(man)到快地反(fan)復(fu)順、反(fan)甩(shuai)打至(zhi)右(you)(you)手掌(zhang)(zhang)發熱、發紅,并覺疼痛難忍(ren)時(shi)(shi)即可停止。然后可易以(yi)左掌(zhang)(zhang)如法習之。每日寅(yin)時(shi)(shi)練功,多(duo)練赤可。練功畢,必須(xu)用外洗藥水洗手。
12、金剛砍柴
接上式(shi),方法與上同,唯(wei)擊(ji)打(da)的部位是掌(zhang)的小(xiao)指(zhi)側(ce)和拇(mu)(mu)指(zhi)側(ce)。順甩(shuai)時(shi)以(yi)小(xiao)指(zhi)側(ce)擊(ji)打(da)砂袋(dai)(dai),反甩(shuai)時(shi),以(yi)拇(mu)(mu)指(zhi)側(ce)擊(ji)打(da)砂袋(dai)(dai),循環往復(fu),左右(you)手輪換(huan)打(da)擊(ji)。練畢,仍(reng)以(yi)藥水(shui)洗手。如此(ci)勤練5年后,再將砂袋(dai)(dai)內藥物倒出,裝入尖細的鐵砂,依法操練3年,則金(jin)剛掌(zhang)功夫乃成。
1.如果練丹田功法出現內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)散亂(luan)。可(ke)盤膝打(da)坐(zuo)。以第一(yi)式的調氣(qi)(qi)(qi)法,將內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)歸引入(ru)丹田丁一(yi)般練功者可(ke)在3至6個(ge)月后(hou)自(zi)然打(da)通小周天。
2.有病者不可修習第三(san)式,因此(ci)式損耗真氣較大,應待病愈之后(hou)方可習之老(lao)年人(ren)僅練習第一式就可起到養生之目(mu)的。
此功(gong)夫來自(zi)于少林七(qi)十(shi)二藝(yi)中的第五十(shi)一(yi)藝(yi)螳(tang)螂(lang)爪,螳(tang)螂(lang)爪又名叫做大力金剛手(shou)。是少林七(qi)十(shi)二藝(yi)中的硬功(gong)外壯法,屬陽(yang)剛之勁(jing),兼陰柔之勁(jing)路(lu)。是專練人身掌部的功(gong)夫。
螳螂(lang)爪(zhua)(大力金剛手)功夫在少林武術技擊中,起著重要(yao)作用,此(ci)功練成后,如與(yu)敵搏斗。
劈敵(di)則傷其筋(jin)骨和內(nei)部臟腑。此功夫(fu)少林寺歷代(dai)武(wu)僧(seng)習者(zhe)俱多,如隋(sui)代(dai)子升,唐代(dai)靈隱,宋代(dai)洪溫,元代(dai)智(zhi)聚,明代(dai)玄敬,清代(dai)靜(jing)樂(le)等高僧(seng),皆對此術有較深的造(zao)詣。
