增(zeng)(zeng)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)荔城(cheng)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)創辦于1996年(nian)(nian)(nian)。創辦初期,是一(yi)所完全(quan)(quan)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)開始停止招收初中新生,2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)改辦為(wei)(wei)全(quan)(quan)日制高級(ji)(ji)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。十(shi)四年(nian)(nian)(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)現了跨越式(shi)發展,辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平、辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)規模、辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)效益一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)上一(yi)個新臺(tai)階(jie)。2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)“增(zeng)(zeng)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”,2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)“廣州市(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”,2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)“增(zeng)(zeng)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)安全(quan)(quan)文(wen)明(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”,2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)“增(zeng)(zeng)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)本教(jiao)研先進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”,2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)為(wei)(wei)“廣州市(shi)(shi)(shi)藝術(shu)特色(se)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”、“增(zeng)(zeng)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)體藝特色(se)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)”, 并通過了廣東省現代教(jiao)育技術(shu)實(shi)驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的初評(ping)(ping)(ping)。
辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)以來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校堅持(chi)社會(hui)主(zhu)義辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)方向,以鄧小(xiao)平(ping)理論和“三個代表”的重要思想為指導,貫徹落實(shi)(shi)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)發展觀,全面(mian)實(shi)(shi)施(shi)素質教育。先(xian)后被評為“增(zeng)城市教書育人先(xian)進單(dan)位”和“增(zeng)城市文明單(dan)位”。 2007至2009學(xue)(xue)(xue)年(nian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校榮獲增(zeng)城市初(chu)中畢業班(ban)工(gong)作一等(deng)獎和廣州(zhou)市高(gao)中畢業班(ban)工(gong)作二等(deng)獎。
