洪(hong)冶(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)發源(yuan)于一(yi)九(jiu)三四年(nian)創辦的洪(hong)冶(ye)小學(xue),一(yi)九(jiu)五六(liu)年(nian)起辦中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)并定名(ming)為(wei)洪(hong)冶(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(取(qu)名(ming)于“洪(hong)爐巨灶,冶(ye)俊陶英”),由于歷史的原因,校(xiao)名(ming)曾為(wei)“普寧第十二中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”(故稱“12中(zhong)(zhong)”)、“普寧南(nan)(nan)溪中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(含紅星(xing)場分校(xiao))”,一(yi)九(jiu)八六(liu)年(nian)校(xiao)名(ming)恢復為(wei)洪(hong)冶(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),地(di)處(chu)普寧市南(nan)(nan)溪鎮鐘堂居委(wei)會(hui),南(nan)(nan)朝南(nan)(nan)巖古寺,北倚榕江,學(xue)校(xiao)總(zong)體規劃占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)50000㎡,總(zong)建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)26000㎡。現(xian)任校(xiao)長方俊龍。
洪冶(ye)中學(xue)以(yi)“內強(qiang)管理(li)促規范,外樹形象促發展”為工作思路,以(yi)“管理(li)立校(xiao),質(zhi)(zhi)量興校(xiao)”為管理(li)目標,實(shi)行“全(quan)程設計,全(quan)員(yuan)參與,分級(ji)管理(li),層(ceng)層(ceng)落(luo)實(shi)”的(de)管理(li)模(mo)式。堅(jian)持以(yi)人(ren)為本,德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)為首,全(quan)面發展學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)素質(zhi)(zhi),發掘教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)資源,引進競爭(zheng)機制,落(luo)實(shi)崗位匹配,以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)研教(jiao)(jiao)改為先(xian)導,深化教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管理(li)改革,營(ying)造“和諧、協調、有序(xu)、進取”的(de)良好人(ren)文環境。該校(xiao)秉承嚴謹(jin)治學(xue)、愛(ai)生(sheng)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、艱苦(ku)奮斗的(de)優(you)(you)良傳統(tong),在林旭宏(hong)校(xiao)長的(de)帶領下,同(tong)心(xin)同(tong)德(de),銳意改革,把學(xue)校(xiao)建成“校(xiao)風良好,質(zhi)(zhi)量優(you)(you)良,活(huo)潑創(chuang)新,人(ren)人(ren)成才(cai)”的(de)現代(dai)化農村新型(xing)學(xue)校(xiao)。
辦學(xue)業(ye)績斐然,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)考成(cheng)績一(yi)(yi)(yi)直名(ming)列普(pu)寧市(shi)(shi)前茅,初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢業(ye)生(sheng)優(you)秀(xiu)率(lv)(lv)高,每年升(sheng)上重(zhong)(zhong)副點高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)就讀(du)的學(xue)生(sheng)多達(da)四(si)、五(wu)百人(ren)(ren)(ren),辦學(xue)業(ye)績更是令人(ren)(ren)(ren)矚目,2002年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)考上重(zhong)(zhong)點中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)普(pu)寧市(shi)(shi)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)數線學(xue)生(sheng)達(da)64人(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)考狀元花落洪冶(ye),黃(huang)旭(xu)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)同(tong)學(xue)以七科648分(fen)(fen)摘(zhai)取(qu)揭(jie)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)考第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming)桂冠;2003年考上普(pu)寧市(shi)(shi)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)79人(ren)(ren)(ren),587名(ming)學(xue)生(sheng)報考率(lv)(lv)100%,平均分(fen)(fen)432.7,及(ji)格率(lv)(lv)70.7%,均列普(pu)寧市(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming);2004年考上二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)84人(ren)(ren)(ren),揭(jie)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)(shi)600分(fen)(fen)以上70人(ren)(ren)(ren)該校(xiao)占4人(ren)(ren)(ren),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)張潔輝(hui)同(tong)學(xue)以615分(fen)(fen)雄踞揭(jie)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)二(er)名(ming)。2003年、2004年高考也(ye)取(qu)得歷史性突破(po)。近幾(ji)年來,學(xue)生(sheng)參加學(xue)科競賽獲(huo)全國、省(sheng)獎共30多人(ren)(ren)(ren),獲(huo)揭(jie)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)(shi)、普(pu)寧市(shi)(shi)獎勵400多人(ren)(ren)(ren),有4名(ming)學(xue)生(sheng)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)獲(huo)潮(chao)汕星河獎學(xue)業(ye)獎一(yi)(yi)(yi)、二(er)等獎和品德獎二(er)、三等獎。
