蓋自洪武(wu)開元,至(zhi)于永樂大(da)帝(di),歷(li)經數十載,四方得以平息。成祖遂(sui)遷(qian)都京師,威(wei)加海(hai)內,始創大(da)明之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)盛(sheng)。而中華威(wei)名(ming)亦遠播四海(hai),但聞華夏之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)名(ming)者(zhe),莫不翹首稱贊(zan),四方朝拜。然論功(gong)行賞(shang),三(san)寶(bao)太監當為首功(gong)。念往(wang)昔,鄭和七(qi)下西洋(yang),浩浩蕩蕩,艦隊之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)強大(da),當屬世界之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)首,沿路經過,大(da)小各國無不震撼,皆以寶(bao)物互換,其(qi)(qi)時(shi),中華以瓷器、茶(cha)葉、絲綢為主,外人當以本地至(zhi)寶(bao)換之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。鄭和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后,海(hai)外乃通,西方行商者(zhe)皆魚貫而入,一(yi)時(shi)間,海(hai)上貿易(yi)頻繁,物流(liu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)盛(sheng)更古未有,更有家(jia)(jia)具收(shou)藏愛好者(zhe),攜(xie)榆(yu)木家(jia)(jia)具至(zhi)海(hai)外,西方人見之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),嘆(tan)為觀止,一(yi)嘆(tan)其(qi)(qi)工藝(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)絕倫,二(er)嘆(tan)其(qi)(qi)設(she)計之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)獨(du)特,竟(jing)以重金買之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),收(shou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),藏之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。
