中國招標投標公共服務平臺是經國務院批準、由國家發展改革委指導建立的國家級電子招標投標公共服務平臺,定位是全國招標投標信息共享的樞紐、公共服務的載體和政府監管的重要依托,于2015年正式上線運行
中國招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)投(tou)標(biao)公(gong)(gong)共服(fu)(fu)務平臺(tai)是(shi)(shi)國家發展改(gai)革委和(he)中國招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)投(tou)標(biao)協會(hui)依據《電子招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)投(tou)標(biao)辦法(fa)》(八部委20號令(ling))推動建(jian)設,并對接互(hu)聯全(quan)國電子招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)投(tou)標(biao)系統交易平臺(tai)、公(gong)(gong)共服(fu)(fu)務平臺(tai)和(he)監(jian)督平臺(tai),是(shi)(shi)為實現(xian)招(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)投(tou)標(biao)市場開放(fang)交互(hu)、動態聚合(he)、公(gong)(gong)開共享(xiang)、一體(ti)融合(he)、立體(ti)監(jian)督、公(gong)(gong)益(yi)服(fu)(fu)務等(deng)目標(biao)的(de)一體(ti)化信息共享(xiang)樞紐,也(ye)是(shi)(shi)國家整合(he)建(jian)立公(gong)(gong)共資(zi)源平臺(tai)的(de)主要組成部分。2015年7月30日開通,2016年7月1日正(zheng)式開始服(fu)(fu)務。
2018年1月1日正(zheng)式實施的《招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)告和公(gong)(gong)(gong)示(shi)信息(xi)發布管理辦法(fa)》規定,依法(fa)必須(xu)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)項目的招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)告和公(gong)(gong)(gong)示(shi)信息(xi)應當(dang)在“中國招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)投(tou)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)服務(wu)(wu)平臺”或者項目所在地省級電子招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)投(tou)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)服務(wu)(wu)平臺(以下統一簡稱“發布媒介”)發布。省級電子招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)投(tou)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)服務(wu)(wu)平臺應當(dang)與“中國招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)投(tou)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)服務(wu)(wu)平臺”對接,按規定同步交互招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)告和公(gong)(gong)(gong)示(shi)信息(xi)。中國招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)標(biao)(biao)投(tou)標(biao)(biao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)服務(wu)(wu)平臺被(bei)賦予了更多行業和社會重任。
