吉林出版(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)股(gu)份有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)于2013年(nian)12月19日組建,由吉林出版(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)(you)限責任公(gong)司(si)整體變更(geng)設(she)立,股(gu)東分別為(wei)吉林東北亞出版(ban)(ban)(ban)傳媒集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si),持股(gu)比(bi)例94.16%;吉林省投資(zi)集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si),持股(gu)比(bi)例5%;長(chang)影集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)(you)限責任公(gong)司(si),持股(gu)比(bi)例0.84%。主要經(jing)營(ying)范圍有(you)(you)中小(xiao)學教材、書刊、電子音(yin)像出版(ban)(ban)(ban)物出版(ban)(ban)(ban)、發行;代印、租型及相關產(chan)業。
