深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)中(zhong)恒華發(fa)股份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(以下簡稱“公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)”)的(de)前身是深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)華發(fa)電子(zi)股份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),成(cheng)立(li)于(yu)1981年(nian),由深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)市賽格集團(tuan)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、中(zhong)國振華電子(zi)集團(tuan)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、香港陸氏實業有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)三家法人發(fa)起設。1992年(nian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)股票(piao)A、B股(股票(piao)簡稱:深(shen)(shen)華發(fa)A、深(shen)(shen)華發(fa)B;股票(piao)代碼:000020、200020)在深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)證(zheng)券交易所同時上(shang)市。作為深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)證(zheng)券交易所較早上(shang)市的(de)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)之一,
2005年(nian)6月(yue),武漢(han)中(zhong)恒(heng)(heng)新科技產(chan)業集團有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)為(wei)使其工業形成產(chan)業鏈互補效應,斥巨資接手公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),受讓了公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)原第一、第二大股(gu)東深圳(zhen)市賽格集團有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)和中(zhong)國(guo)振(zhen)華(hua)(hua)電子集團有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)持有的(de)41.14%本公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)股(gu)權,股(gu)權過(guo)戶(hu)手續于(yu)2007年(nian)4月(yue)完成。2007年(nian)9月(yue),公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)正式更名為(wei)“深圳(zhen)中(zhong)恒(heng)(heng)華(hua)(hua)發股(gu)份有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)”。
截至目前,公(gong)(gong)司(si)的總(zong)股(gu)(gu)本(ben)為283,161,227股(gu)(gu),其中,人(ren)民幣普通股(gu)(gu)(A股(gu)(gu))181,165,391股(gu)(gu),占公(gong)(gong)司(si)股(gu)(gu)份總(zong)數63.98%;境內上市(shi)外資股(gu)(gu)(B股(gu)(gu))為101,995,836股(gu)(gu),占公(gong)(gong)司(si)股(gu)(gu)份總(zong)數36.02%。經營業(ye)務主要(yao)分為四大(da)模(mo)塊——液晶顯(xian)示器整機業(ye)務、注塑件(jian)生產(chan)業(ye)務、保麗龍(輕型材(cai)料包(bao)裝)生產(chan)業(ye)務、
物(wu)業(ye)(ye)租賃(lin)業(ye)(ye)務(wu),其中:在(zai)武漢經(jing)(jing)濟技術(shu)開發區(qu)內擁有三間大(da)(da)型工廠,占地(di)近9萬(wan)平(ping)方米,國內多家大(da)(da)型生(sheng)產企(qi)業(ye)(ye)云集周邊,基于加工配套服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)的(de)輻射半徑要求,客戶(hu)資源(yuan)優質穩定,已形(xing)成(cheng)良好的(de)合作(zuo)關系(xi),尤其注塑業(ye)(ye)務(wu)與(yu)保麗(li)龍業(ye)(ye)務(wu)迄今經(jing)(jing)營將近10年,年產能(neng)力(li)及規模居華(hua)中地(di)區(qu)前(qian)列;在(zai)深圳市福田區(qu)華(hua)強北商圈及光明新區(qu)公(gong)明街道(dao)均擁有數萬(wan)平(ping)方米的(de)大(da)(da)型物(wu)業(ye)(ye),每年物(wu)業(ye)(ye)租賃(lin)收入可觀。
此外,公司位于(yu)深圳地(di)區的所有工(gong)業(ye)用地(di)均被納入2010年深圳市城市更新單元規劃制定計劃第一批(pi)計劃,未來自有土地(di)資源的開(kai)發與經營將成為公司循序漸進式的穩定的收入來源和(he)新的利潤(run)增長(chang)點。
