安徽(hui)皖通高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路股(gu)(gu)份有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(“本(ben)公(gong)(gong)司(si)”)成(cheng)立于1996年8月15日,于1996年11月發行(xing)境外(wai)上(shang)市外(wai)資股(gu)(gu)( H 股(gu)(gu)),并(bing)在(zai)香港聯合交易所有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)上(shang)市,亦為安徽(hui)省內公(gong)(gong)路類上(shang)市公(gong)(gong)司(si)。2002 年 12 月,本(ben)公(gong)(gong)司(si)又在(zai)國內發行(xing)了(le)人(ren)民(min)幣普通股(gu)(gu)( A 股(gu)(gu))。
本公(gong)(gong)(gong)司主要擁有合寧(ning)高(gao)速(su)、 205 國(guo)道(dao)天長(chang)段新(xin)(xin)線和連霍高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)安(an)徽段、寧(ning)淮(huai)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)天長(chang)段、高(gao)界高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)的全部權(quan)(quan)益(yi)以及(ji)安(an)徽宣廣高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)有限責任(ren)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司 55.47% 權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、 安(an)徽高(gao)速(su)傳(chuan)媒有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司 38% 權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、新(xin)(xin)安(an)金融6.62%權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、新(xin)(xin)安(an)資本6.62%權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、寧(ning)宣杭公(gong)(gong)(gong)司 51% 權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、廣祠公(gong)(gong)(gong)司55.47%權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、皖通(tong)典當71.43%權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、皖通(tong)小貸10%權(quan)(quan)益(yi)、香港子公(gong)(gong)(gong)司100%權(quan)(quan)益(yi)。
本公(gong)(gong)司主要業(ye)務為(wei)持有、經營及(ji)開發安(an)(an)徽(hui)省境內收費(fei)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)及(ji)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),目前(qian)已經擁有六條高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)和(he)一(yi)條一(yi)級公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),分別為(wei)合寧(ning)(ning)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)、高(gao)(gao)界高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)、宣廣(guang)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)、連霍公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)安(an)(an)徽(hui)段、寧(ning)(ning)淮高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)天(tian)長段、寧(ning)(ning)宣杭高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)寧(ning)(ning)宣段、寧(ning)(ning)千段和(he) 205 國(guo)(guo)(guo)道(dao)天(tian)長段新(xin)線。本公(gong)(gong)司經營的路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)段多為(wei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家東(dong)西(xi)向大通道(dao),在安(an)(an)徽(hui)省以及(ji)全國(guo)(guo)(guo)的公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)交通運輸(shu)中發揮著重(zhong)要作用(yong)。
在未來的(de)一(yi)(yi)段時間內(nei),公(gong)司將采用主(zhu)營業(ye)務(wu)(wu)突出(chu)、發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)渠道(dao)多元(yuan)、運(yun)營管理品牌(pai)效應顯著的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)戰略:主(zhu)營業(ye)務(wu)(wu)突出(chu)。對內(nei)繼續收購(gou)省(sheng)內(nei)優(you)質路段,提高優(you)質資(zi)產(chan)比例,同時加快高速(su)公(gong)路的(de)新(xin)建(jian)與擴建(jian),增加現(xian)有高速(su)公(gong)路里程。對外積極爭取政策(ce)支持,以(yi)多種有效方(fang)式(shi)收購(gou)省(sheng)外和(he)國(guo)際優(you)良收費公(gong)路資(zi)產(chan),為主(zhu)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)注(zhu)入新(xin)的(de)動力。發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)渠道(dao)多元(yuan)。在高速(su)公(gong)路主(zhu)營業(ye)務(wu)(wu)的(de)基礎(chu)上,實現(xian)產(chan)業(ye)和(he)地域兩個方(fang)面的(de)橫向范圍擴展(zhan)(zhan)。即順應當前經濟環境和(he)國(guo)家發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)規劃,進一(yi)(yi)步提升(sheng)多元(yuan)化發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)水(shui)平,同時開展(zhan)(zhan)國(guo)際化業(ye)務(wu)(wu)。
