調查對(dui)象(xiang)為2018年國內快遞業務(wu)(wu)量排名靠前且服務(wu)(wu)水平較好的(de)10家全網(wang)型快遞服務(wu)(wu)品牌,調查范圍覆蓋(gai)全部31個(ge)省(區(qu)、市),共50個(ge)重點城市。
快遞服(fu)務滿意(yi)度調(diao)查采(cai)用在線調(diao)查方式,共獲得有效(xiao)樣本16,401個。快遞服(fu)務時(shi)限準(zhun)時(shi)率(lv)測試(shi)采(cai)用系統抽樣測試(shi)方式,共獲得有效(xiao)樣本合計82萬個。
二、調查結果
(一)快遞服務公眾滿意度
調查顯示,2019年(nian)第一季度(du)用戶快遞服務公眾滿意度(du)得分為77.6分,同比基本持平。
在快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)企(qi)業公眾滿(man)意度(du)方面,得分(fen)在80分(fen)以上(shang)的企(qi)業為(wei)順豐(feng)速運、京東(dong)物流,得分(fen)在76-80分(fen)之間(jian)的企(qi)業為(wei)郵政EMS、中(zhong)通快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)、韻達速遞(di)(di)、申(shen)通快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)、圓通速遞(di)(di)和百(bai)世快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di),得分(fen)在75-76分(fen)之間(jian)的企(qi)業為(wei)德邦快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)和優速快(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)(di)。
在區域公眾滿意度(du)得分方面,吉林(lin)、黑(hei)龍江(jiang)、北(bei)京、河南、河北(bei)、遼寧得分在79分以(yi)上,表現較(jiao)好;西藏、海南得分在75分以(yi)下(xia),有進(jin)一步提(ti)升空(kong)間。
調查(cha)還顯示,2019年(nian)第一(yi)季度,在(zai)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)員(yuan)(yuan)上門(men)取(qu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)方(fang)面,79.5%的(de)(de)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)員(yuan)(yuan)能按照約定時間上門(men)收(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian),較去年(nian)同(tong)期下(xia)降0.5%。用戶(hu)(hu)對(dui)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)員(yuan)(yuan)上門(men)收(shou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及(ji)時性的(de)(de)滿意(yi)度為(wei)78.4分(fen)(fen),較去年(nian)同(tong)期下(xia)降0.1分(fen)(fen)。在(zai)當面封裝快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)件(jian)(jian)(jian)方(fang)面,57.6%的(de)(de)攬收(shou)員(yuan)(yuan)對(dui)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)件(jian)(jian)(jian)進行當面封裝,用戶(hu)(hu)對(dui)攬收(shou)員(yuan)(yuan)當面封裝質量的(de)(de)滿意(yi)度為(wei)82.6分(fen)(fen)。在(zai)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)員(yuan)(yuan)形象方(fang)面,2019年(nian)3月,用戶(hu)(hu)對(dui)快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)遞(di)企(qi)業(ye)攬收(shou)員(yuan)(yuan)著裝、服務態度、操作包裝快(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、裝備攜帶的(de)(de)總體滿意(yi)度分(fen)(fen)別為(wei)79.1分(fen)(fen)、82.1分(fen)(fen)、81.1分(fen)(fen)、80.8分(fen)(fen)。
調(diao)查(cha)還對發(fa)票服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)、春(chun)(chun)節(jie)(jie)期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)和“3·15”期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)售(shou)后(hou)(hou)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)進(jin)行了關注。在(zai)(zai)發(fa)票服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)面(mian),有(you)(you)42.6%的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)對發(fa)票服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)需求,用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)對快(kuai)遞(di)企業發(fa)票提供服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)滿意(yi)(yi)度為81.9分。在(zai)(zai)春(chun)(chun)節(jie)(jie)期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)面(mian),有(you)(you)47.4%的(de)(de)受調(diao)查(cha)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)在(zai)(zai)春(chun)(chun)節(jie)(jie)期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)過快(kuai)遞(di)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)對春(chun)(chun)節(jie)(jie)期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)滿意(yi)(yi)度達到82.3分,較(jiao)去年春(chun)(chun)節(jie)(jie)期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)上升1.2分。在(zai)(zai)“3·15”期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)售(shou)后(hou)(hou)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)面(mian),有(you)(you)86.4%的(de)(de)受調(diao)查(cha)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)感知到“3·15”期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)售(shou)后(hou)(hou)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)變(bian)化,用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)對“3·15”期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)售(shou)后(hou)(hou)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)滿意(yi)(yi)度為72.7分,客(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)(fu)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度更(geng)好、客(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)(fu)電話接通(tong)率(lv)更(geng)高、售(shou)后(hou)(hou)流程(cheng)更(geng)快(kuai)是(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)感知的(de)(de)“3·15”期(qi)(qi)(qi)間(jian)快(kuai)遞(di)售(shou)后(hou)(hou)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)重要變(bian)化。
(二)全國重點地區快遞服務時限準時率
2019年(nian)第(di)(di)一季(ji)度快(kuai)遞(di)服(fu)務(wu)全程時(shi)限為61.54小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),同比(bi)(bi)縮短8.46小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),較2018年(nian)第(di)(di)四(si)季(ji)度縮短0.81小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)。72小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)準時(shi)率為72.63%,同比(bi)(bi)提高(gao)7.93個百(bai)分點(dian),較2018年(nian)第(di)(di)四(si)季(ji)度提高(gao)0.78個百(bai)分點(dian)。
從分環(huan)節來(lai)看,快遞服務四(si)個環(huan)節的(de)用時(shi)(shi)(shi)均(jun)(jun)有不同(tong)(tong)程度的(de)改善。寄出地(di)處理(li)環(huan)節平(ping)均(jun)(jun)時(shi)(shi)(shi)限(xian)(xian)為(wei)7.82小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)縮(suo)短5.48小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi);運輸環(huan)節平(ping)均(jun)(jun)時(shi)(shi)(shi)限(xian)(xian)為(wei)38.05小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)縮(suo)短1.55小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi);寄達地(di)處理(li)環(huan)節平(ping)均(jun)(jun)時(shi)(shi)(shi)限(xian)(xian)為(wei)10.78小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)縮(suo)短0.44小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi);投(tou)遞環(huan)節平(ping)均(jun)(jun)時(shi)(shi)(shi)限(xian)(xian)為(wei)4.89小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)縮(suo)短0.99小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。
“BESTY”企(qi)業(ye)(包括(kuo)郵政EMS、順豐(feng)速運、圓通速遞(di)、中(zhong)通快(kuai)遞(di)、申通快(kuai)遞(di)、韻達(da)速遞(di)、百世快(kuai)遞(di))在TOP30城市(shi)間(測(ce)試50城市(shi)中(zhong)2018年快(kuai)遞(di)業(ye)務(wu)量排名前30的城市(shi))平均全(quan)程時(shi)限為49.56小(xiao)時(shi),同(tong)(tong)比縮短5.22小(xiao)時(shi);48小(xiao)時(shi)準時(shi)率(lv)為59.50%,同(tong)(tong)比提高8.46個(ge)百分點(dian)。
