金秋將至,正是食蟹好時節。在螃蟹家族里,大閘蟹膏肥肉美,深受人們喜愛,其中尤以陽澄湖大閘蟹而聞名。多說無益,現在我們一起去了解一下大閘蟹在電商江湖上的繽紛呈現。
上半(ban)年小龍蝦,下半(ban)年大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹,由于電商(shang)巨頭殺入(ru),水產生鮮(xian)爆品被炒得(de)越來越熱。眼下大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹即將上市(shi),京(jing)東生鮮(xian)、生鮮(xian)、易果生鮮(xian)、順豐優(you)選(xuan)等電商(shang)平臺紛紛摩拳擦掌,戰火(huo)已燃至大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹產地湖(hu)邊。與往年相比,今年大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹品牌更多元(yuan),電商(shang)與各區域龍頭養殖企(qi)業的(de)結盟(meng),將終結“陽澄湖(hu)”大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹一枝獨秀的(de)格局。業界分(fen)析,此番電商(shang)巨頭掀起的(de)這場(chang)生鮮(xian)大(da)戰,也有(you)望擠(ji)出大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹虛(xu)高的(de)價格水分(fen)。
相比我國大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)全年總產(chan)量為80萬(wan)噸(dun),陽(yang)(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)一年僅能(neng)生產(chan)2000噸(dun)左(zuo)右,但紅彤彤的(de)(de)(de)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)黃(huang),白玉似(si)的(de)(de)(de)脂膏,細嫩的(de)(de)(de)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)肉,是整個“蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)界”的(de)(de)(de)精華(hua)所在(zai),早已名聞全國。不(bu)同于普通生鮮多在(zai)農貿市(shi)(shi)場和超(chao)市(shi)(shi)銷售(shou)(shou),這2000噸(dun)陽(yang)(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)有超(chao)過一半(ban)都是通過電(dian)(dian)商(shang)出售(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)。據(ju)陽(yang)(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)行業協會(hui)統計,現(xian)在(zai)70%的(de)(de)(de)陽(yang)(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)都經由(you)生鮮電(dian)(dian)商(shang)銷售(shou)(shou)。而(er)陽(yang)(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)大(da)(da)半(ban)被電(dian)(dian)商(shang)包(bao)養的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)狀,也對大(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)的(de)(de)(de)供應鏈提出了更高的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
阿里:今年表現尤為(wei)高調,早在(zai)(zai)7月(yue)份(fen)就聯手(shou)陽澄湖舉辦(ban)六月(yue)黃文化節(jie),又在(zai)(zai)8月(yue)份(fen)宣布承包5萬(wan)畝湖面,基本(ben)解決上游供應鏈關系(xi),在(zai)(zai)物流商(shang)又推(tui)出最快(kuai)6小時配送以(yi)及“缺重包退”標(biao)準,可謂野(ye)心勃勃。
京(jing)東(dong):聲稱要(yao)包銷(xiao)陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖(hu)(hu)一半大閘蟹,京東生鮮(xian)聯合(he)陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖(hu)(hu)、太(tai)湖(hu)(hu)、洪澤湖(hu)(hu)、大縱湖(hu)(hu)等11個大閘蟹產區的政府及協會,在京共(gong)同宣布成立京東生鮮(xian)大閘蟹產業聯盟(meng)。京東生鮮(xian)表示(shi),將結合(he)各(ge)個湖(hu)(hu)區特(te)點,定制(zhi)化提供包含物流(liu)、運營和營銷(xiao)在內的一整(zheng)套解決方(fang)案(an)。
蘇寧:蘇寧易購·黃河口大閘蟹產地直供戰略合作,通過蘇寧特色中華山東館將黃河口大閘蟹推向全國,借助蘇寧線下門店資源,后期(qi)還將舉辦(ban)萬人(ren)品蟹活動。同時,蘇寧生鮮(xian)戰略完成大閘(zha)蟹全(quan)線(xian)布局,席(xi)卷了8湖2河3產區(qu)在內的(de)大閘(zha)蟹水域,堪稱(cheng)囊(nang)括了中(zhong)國大閘(zha)蟹產地的(de)半(ban)壁(bi)江山。
眾(zhong)所周知,大(da)閘蟹(xie)脫水后72小時就會(hui)面臨生(sheng)命危險,將其作為商(shang)品(pin)運輸(shu)(shu),如何(he)保(bao)障“鮮(xian)”與“活(huo)”正是(shi)對(dui)大(da)閘蟹(xie)供應鏈(lian)最(zui)大(da)的(de)考驗。對(dui)大(da)閘蟹(xie)電商(shang)來(lai)說,保(bao)證物流(liu)時效和商(shang)品(pin)品(pin)質是(shi)大(da)閘蟹(xie)銷(xiao)售中不(bu)可忽視的(de)環節,尤其是(shi)包裝技術、運輸(shu)(shu)途中溫度的(de)控制、配(pei)送時效,是(shi)保(bao)障大(da)閘蟹(xie)鮮(xian)活(huo)質量的(de)根本。而(er)對(dui)“只想吃(chi)到最(zui)新鮮(xian)的(de)大(da)閘蟹(xie)”的(de)廣大(da)買家來(lai)說,鮮(xian)活(huo)程度也是(shi)他們考慮的(de)重要(yao)因素(su)。
