上半年(nian)(nian)小龍蝦,下半年(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie),由于電(dian)(dian)商巨頭(tou)殺入,水(shui)產生(sheng)鮮(xian)爆品被(bei)炒得越來越熱。眼(yan)下大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)即將上市,京東生(sheng)鮮(xian)、生(sheng)鮮(xian)、易果(guo)生(sheng)鮮(xian)、順豐優(you)選等電(dian)(dian)商平臺紛紛摩拳擦掌,戰火已(yi)燃至大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)產地(di)湖(hu)邊(bian)。與往(wang)年(nian)(nian)相(xiang)比,今年(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)品牌(pai)更多元(yuan),電(dian)(dian)商與各區域龍頭(tou)養殖企業(ye)的(de)結盟,將終結“陽澄湖(hu)”大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)一枝(zhi)獨(du)秀的(de)格(ge)局(ju)。業(ye)界分析,此番電(dian)(dian)商巨頭(tou)掀(xian)起的(de)這場生(sheng)鮮(xian)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)戰,也有望擠(ji)出大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)蟹(xie)虛(xu)高的(de)價格(ge)水(shui)分。
相比我(wo)國(guo)(guo)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)全年總(zong)產量為80萬噸,陽(yang)(yang)(yang)澄湖(hu)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)一年僅(jin)能生產2000噸左右(you),但紅彤彤的(de)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)黃(huang),白(bai)玉似的(de)脂膏,細(xi)嫩的(de)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)肉,是整個“蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)界”的(de)精華所在(zai),早已名聞全國(guo)(guo)。不(bu)同(tong)于普通生鮮(xian)多(duo)在(zai)農貿市場和(he)超(chao)市銷售,這2000噸陽(yang)(yang)(yang)澄湖(hu)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)有超(chao)過一半都是通過電(dian)(dian)商(shang)出售的(de)。據陽(yang)(yang)(yang)澄湖(hu)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)行業協(xie)會(hui)統計,現在(zai)70%的(de)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)澄湖(hu)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)都經(jing)由生鮮(xian)電(dian)(dian)商(shang)銷售。而陽(yang)(yang)(yang)澄湖(hu)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)大(da)半被電(dian)(dian)商(shang)包養的(de)現狀,也對(dui)大(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)的(de)供(gong)應鏈(lian)提出了更(geng)高(gao)的(de)要求。
阿里:今年表(biao)現尤為高(gao)調,早在(zai)7月(yue)份就聯手(shou)陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖舉(ju)辦六(liu)月(yue)黃文(wen)化節,又在(zai)8月(yue)份宣布承包(bao)(bao)5萬(wan)畝(mu)湖面,基本解決上游供應鏈關系,在(zai)物流商又推出最(zui)快6小時配送以及“缺重包(bao)(bao)退”標準,可謂野(ye)心勃勃。
京(jing)東(dong):聲稱要包銷陽澄湖(hu)(hu)(hu)一半(ban)大閘(zha)(zha)蟹,京東(dong)(dong)生鮮(xian)聯合(he)(he)陽澄湖(hu)(hu)(hu)、太(tai)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)、洪澤湖(hu)(hu)(hu)、大縱湖(hu)(hu)(hu)等11個(ge)大閘(zha)(zha)蟹產區的政府及(ji)協(xie)會,在京共同宣布成立(li)京東(dong)(dong)生鮮(xian)大閘(zha)(zha)蟹產業(ye)聯盟(meng)。京東(dong)(dong)生鮮(xian)表示,將結合(he)(he)各個(ge)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)區特點,定制化(hua)提供(gong)包含物流、運營和營銷在內(nei)的一整套(tao)解決(jue)方案。
蘇(su)寧:蘇寧易購·黃河口大閘蟹產地直供戰略合作,通過蘇寧特色中華山東館將黃河口大閘蟹推向全國,借助蘇寧線下門店資源,后期還將舉辦萬(wan)人(ren)品蟹(xie)活(huo)動。同時(shi),蘇寧生(sheng)鮮戰略完(wan)成大閘蟹(xie)全線布局,席卷了8湖(hu)2河3產(chan)區(qu)在內的大閘蟹(xie)水域,堪稱囊括了中國(guo)大閘蟹(xie)產(chan)地的半壁(bi)江(jiang)山。
