2023年7月(yue)13日(ri),吉(ji)林省人力資源社會保(bao)障廳(ting)、省財政廳(ting)印發《關于2023年調(diao)(diao)整退(tui)(tui)休(xiu)人員(yuan)基本養老(lao)(lao)金(jin)(jin)的(de)通知》,明確從2023年1月(yue)1日(ri)起,為2022年12月(yue)31日(ri)前已按(an)規定辦理退(tui)(tui)休(xiu)手續并按(an)月(yue)領取基本養老(lao)(lao)金(jin)(jin)的(de)企業(ye)(ye)和(he)機關事(shi)業(ye)(ye)單位退(tui)(tui)休(xiu)人員(yuan)(含退(tui)(tui)職(zhi)人員(yuan),下同(tong))調(diao)(diao)整基本養老(lao)(lao)金(jin)(jin),具體調(diao)(diao)整辦法和(he)標準(zhun)如下:
(一)定額調整
退休人(ren)員(yuan)每(mei)人(ren)每(mei)月增(zeng)加30元。
(二)掛鉤調整
1.與繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)(工作(zuo)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian))掛(gua)鉤。退(tui)休人員(yuan)繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)25年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)以(yi)下部(bu)(bu)(bu)分,每滿(man)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每月增加(jia)1元;繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)26年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)至(zhi)30年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分,每滿(man)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每月增加(jia)2元;繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)31年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)至(zhi)35年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分,每滿(man)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每月增加(jia)3元;繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)36年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)及以(yi)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分,每滿(man)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),每月增加(jia)4元。上(shang)述(shu)繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)(含視同(tong)繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian),不(bu)(bu)含特殊工種折算年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian))不(bu)(bu)足一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分均按(an)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)計算。按(an)照“五(wu)七家(jia)屬工”政策參(can)加(jia)基本養老保險(xian)的(de)企業(ye)退(tui)休人員(yuan)不(bu)(bu)參(can)與繳(jiao)(jiao)費(fei)(fei)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)限(xian)掛(gua)鉤調整。
2.與基本(ben)養老(lao)金(jin)水平掛鉤(gou)。退休人(ren)員月增加額(e)為2022年底本(ben)人(ren)月基本(ben)養老(lao)金(jin)(不含職業年金(jin))數額(e)的1.25%。
(三)傾斜調整
以下退(tui)休人員(yuan)再適當增加基(ji)本養老金。
1.高齡(ling)退休人員。截至2022年(nian)12月31日,年(nian)滿(man)70-74周歲的每月增加25元(yuan);年(nian)滿(man)75-79周歲的每月增加35元(yuan);80周歲及以上的每月增加45元(yuan)。
2.艱苦邊遠地區縣(市、區)企業、機關事業單位退(tui)休人員,每人每月增加5元。
3.企(qi)業(ye)退休軍(jun)轉干(gan)部按上述標準調整后,基本養(yang)老(lao)金達不到調整后當(dang)地(所在市(shi)、縣,省直管(guan)統籌單(dan)位為省)企(qi)業(ye)退休人(ren)員月人(ren)均基本養(yang)老(lao)金水平的,補足到該(gai)水平。
