二、整流二極管有哪些重要參數
整流二極管一般為(wei)平面型硅二極管,用于各(ge)種電(dian)源整流電(dian)路中。選用整流二極管時(shi),主要應考慮其最大整流電(dian)流、最大反(fan)向工作電(dian)流、截止頻率及(ji)反(fan)向恢復時(shi)間等參數。
1、最大整流電流
是(shi)指(zhi)MDD二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)長期連續(xu)工作(zuo)時允許通過的最大正(zheng)向(xiang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi),其(qi)值(zhi)與PN結面(mian)積及外部散熱條件(jian)等(deng)有關(guan)。因為(wei)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過管(guan)(guan)子時會使管(guan)(guan)芯發熱,溫度(du)上升,溫度(du)超(chao)過容許限度(du)(硅管(guan)(guan)為(wei)141左右(you),鍺管(guan)(guan)為(wei)90左右(you))時,就會使管(guan)(guan)芯過熱而(er)損(sun)壞。所以在規定(ding)散熱條件(jian)下(xia),MDD二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)使用中不要超(chao)過MDD二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)最大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi)。例如,常用的IN4001-4007型鍺二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)的額定(ding)正(zheng)向(xiang)工作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A。
2、最高反向工作電壓
加在(zai)MDD二(er)極(ji)管(guan)兩端的反向電(dian)壓(ya)高到(dao)一定(ding)值時(shi),會將管(guan)子擊穿,失去單向導電(dian)能力。為(wei)了保證使用安全(quan),規定(ding)了最高反向工作電(dian)壓(ya)值。例如,IN4001二(er)極(ji)管(guan)反向耐壓(ya)為(wei)50V,IN4007反向耐壓(ya)為(wei)1000V。
3、反向電流

4、反向恢復時間
