一、激光打標機振鏡方面常見的故障及解決方法有哪些
1、振鏡電機不自鎖
先檢查各連(lian)接(jie)(jie)線是(shi)否有斷路或(huo)短路,連(lian)接(jie)(jie)是(shi)否正(zheng)確(que),保險是(shi)否完好(hao),確(que)認無誤后,打(da)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,觀察(cha)振(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指示燈(deng)(deng)是(shi)否亮(liang)綠(lv)燈(deng)(deng)或(huo)黃燈(deng)(deng)。若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)亮(liang)或(huo)者亮(liang)紅燈(deng)(deng),則(ze)拔開(kai)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線,用萬(wan)用表測量(liang)其輸(shu)入端各端子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)否為±24V。若(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓正(zheng)常(chang),側要再測試一(yi)(yi)下帶上(shang)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板及機(ji)負(fu)載時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)否正(zheng)常(chang),如(ru)(ru)果(guo)都不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常(chang),則(ze)打(da)開(kai)控制盒,不(bu)(bu)帶負(fu)載測試一(yi)(yi)下開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)話(hua)(hua),剛(gang)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)入正(zheng)常(chang)后,連(lian)好(hao)所有線后,上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)一(yi)(yi)般會發出二(er)聲(sheng)滴答(da)音,若(ruo)沒有響聲(sheng),再用手手輕(qing)推一(yi)(yi)下振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian),稍有點力度,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)沒自鎖(suo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)話(hua)(hua),則(ze)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板壞(huai)(huai),當(dang)然電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓輸(shu)出正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板燈(deng)(deng)不(bu)(bu)亮(liang)或(huo)者亮(liang)紅燈(deng)(deng)那就(jiu)是(shi)振(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板或(huo)者電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)有問題,此時找一(yi)(yi)塊確(que)認為完好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板,正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)后,打(da)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,振(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)還不(bu)(bu)自鎖(suo),則(ze)是(shi)振(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai),同理,找一(yi)(yi)個確(que)認完好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),接(jie)(jie)到(dao)不(bu)(bu)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板上(shang),打(da)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),振(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動板損(sun)壞(huai)(huai),如(ru)(ru)此反復的(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)拔線,請務必在斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下進行的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
2、振鏡電機有自鎖,但不夠力度
用(yong)一塊(kuai)確認完好(hao)(hao)的(de)振鏡驅(qu)動(dong)板和一個完好(hao)(hao)的(de)振鏡電(dian)機,分(fen)別(bie)接在待(dai)測(ce)試的(de)驅(qu)動(dong)板和振鏡頭上,正常通電(dian),用(yong)手輕(qing)輕(qing)轉動(dong)振鏡軸,若(ruo)變“硬”,則正常;否則,可判定振鏡驅(qu)動(dong)板和振鏡電(dian)機損壞。
3、振鏡電機不擺動
檢查打標卡是否有控制信號輸出,(注意其信號為-5V到+5V的直流電壓信號)若有,則檢查振鏡信(xin)號(hao)連接線是否連接完好,確認連接無誤后,打標,若仍沒有擺動(dong)(dong),則(ze)檢(jian)查信(xin)號(hao)線是否正負(fu)接反或者斷線,否則(ze),則(ze)可斷定驅動(dong)(dong)板損(sun)壞。
4、打標出現波浪線,打標頭機有輕微的叫聲
振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動板(ban)發熱量稍高(gao)(出(chu)現干(gan)擾(rao))檢(jian)查(cha)接(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)確接(jie)上(shang)(最好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi):X振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)信(xin)號(hao)地(di)(di),Y振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)信(xin)號(hao)地(di)(di),屏蔽線(xian),220V電(dian)源大地(di)(di),及打(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)機(ji)殼(ke)要連通(tong)),若(ruo)(ruo)地(di)(di)線(xian)接(jie)上(shang)后仍有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)首先(xian)檢(jian)查(cha)打(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)卡卡是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常(檢(jian)查(cha)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)用一(yi)塊確認(ren)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)打(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)卡換(huan)上(shang),打(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)看是(shi)否(fou)仍有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao)),若(ruo)(ruo)仍然(ran)有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)進一(yi)步檢(jian)查(cha)振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)機(ji)連接(jie)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)完(wan)好(hao)(hao),和其(qi)它(ta)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)(you)纏繞,若(ruo)(ruo)一(yi)切正(zheng)(zheng)常,則(ze)首先(xian)用一(yi)塊確認(ren)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動板(ban)換(huan)上(shang),若(ruo)(ruo)沒干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)可(ke)斷定振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動板(ban)有(you)(you)問題(ti);若(ruo)(ruo)有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao),則(ze)振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)機(ji)有(you)(you)問題(ti)。(當(dang)然(ran)公司(si)外(wai)出(chu)激光維修人員,請確定好(hao)(hao),如(ru)果客戶的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)是(shi)三年以前的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin),產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)抵抗干(gan)擾(rao)能力(li)肯定會差一(yi)點,振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)打(da)(da)標(biao)(biao)頭周邊如(ru)有(you)(you)有(you)(you)手機(ji)信(xin)號(hao),馬達,電(dian)機(ji),磁場,又或者是(shi)Q開關的(de)(de)(de)射頻信(xin)號(hao)外(wai)露都有(you)(you)可(ke)能影響,新的(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)都有(you)(you)可(ke)以發生這種(zhong)現象)
5、產生嘯叫
先和(he)第四步(bu)一樣,測試一下打標卡信號,布線,外部(bu)干擾等,如果(guo)還有嘯(xiao)叫,則調(diao)試振(zhen)鏡驅動板的濾波(bo)板上電(dian)位器(qi),若仍不(bu)能消(xiao)除嘯(xiao)叫,則需要(yao)重新返回(hui)公司做精(jing)密的調(diao)校。(注(zhu)意(yi):不(bu)能長(chang)時間處于嘯(xiao)叫狀態,以(yi)免會(hui)燒壞振(zhen)鏡電(dian)機)
6、打標里不封口或封口過頭
改變(bian)打標軟(ruan)件中“跳轉延(yan)時”,出光(guang)及關(guan)光(guang)等延(yan)時。若任都不(bu)行,則是(shi)振(zhen)鏡(jing)沒有完全校正好,應該要返回公司,會返回供應商處,有條(tiao)件的激光(guang)維修售后人員可(ke)以按照振(zhen)鏡(jing)調試步(bu)驟(zou)做(zuo)一定的調節,但要注意有幾個電(dian)位器是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)隨(sui)便亂動(dong)的。
7、打標時,打標頭下方,沒有激光輸出,但激光出光孔有激光
軟件打標速(su)度大快,場鏡(jing)沒有安裝,振(zhen)鏡(jing)不動且擺的(de)位置(zhi)不正常,振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)脫(tuo)落,振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)臟。前(qian)面(mian)(mian)幾(ji)個問題按上(shang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)方法來處理,振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)脫(tuo)落裂開(kai),要返回公司重新換上(shang)新鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)并調試(shi)好激光,振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)臟用品99%酒(jiu)精和(he)脫(tuo)脂棉擦試(shi),如擦拭(shi)不了且是振(zhen)鏡(jing)中心(xin)部(bu)分,或者邊緣部(bu)分大1平(ping)方毫(hao)米則要更換振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)與振(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)脫(tuo)落一樣處理。
二、如何避免激光振鏡的二次污染
在一般功率輸出(chu)的(de)激光器中,所有的(de)鏡片大都會由于(yu)制造工藝(yi)的(de)原因或受外界污染等(deng)因素導致鏡片對特定(ding)的(de)激光波(bo)長吸收大,久而(er)久之使鏡片壽命縮短,由于(yu)鏡片的(de)損壞而(er)造成影響使用甚至(zhi)停機的(de)情(qing)況時有發生(sheng)。
鏡片(pian)對激光波長(chang)吸收的(de)增(zeng)加會引起不(bu)(bu)均勻加熱導致鏡片(pian)的(de)反(fan)射(she)(she),折射(she)(she)率產生變(bian)化,激光波長(chang)從高吸收鏡片(pian)上(shang)透過或(huo)反(fan)射(she)(she)時(shi)激光功率的(de)分布不(bu)(bu)均勻使鏡片(pian)中心溫度高,邊緣溫度低,產生這種變(bian)化在光學上(shang)稱透鏡效應(ying)。

作(zuo)為一條(tiao)常(chang)識,當用手(shou)去操作(zuo)光學系(xi)統時,無論清(qing)(qing)(qing)潔(jie),拆卸(xie)(xie),安(an)裝都要(yao)(yao)(yao)帶上指套或醫用手(shou)套,要(yao)(yao)(yao)始終保持(chi)遵循清(qing)(qing)(qing)洗(xi)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求及注意事項,在清(qing)(qing)(qing)潔(jie)過程中,只能用規定(ding)的(de)材料,如光學用的(de)擦鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)紙,棉(mian)簽,試(shi)劑級乙(yi)醇。對(dui)(dui)任何鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)清(qing)(qing)(qing)潔(jie),拆卸(xie)(xie),安(an)裝走(zou)捷徑都將(jiang)導致鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)壽命縮短,甚至(zhi)永久性地損(sun)壞(huai)。所以(yi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)用普通的(de)常(chang)識來防止(zhi)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)受其(qi)(qi)它原因的(de)污(wu)染(ran),如遇(yu)防潮濕(shi)、煙(yan)霧(wu)、防塵(chen)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。在確定(ding)某一鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)污(wu)染(ran)后,要(yao)(yao)(yao)用洗(xi)耳球(qiu)吹鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),直到其(qi)(qi)表面(mian)沒有微粒為佳,千萬不要(yao)(yao)(yao)用嘴去吹。因為吹出的(de)空氣大都含油、水等(deng)(deng)將(jiang)會(hui)進一步(bu)污(wu)染(ran)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)。如果經過洗(xi)耳球(qiu)處理以(yi)后其(qi)(qi)表面(mian)仍有污(wu)染(ran)存在,就必須用專(zhuan)用的(de)棉(mian)簽蘸實驗室級丙酮,乙(yi)醇來輕輕擦拭。這樣(yang)就可以(yi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)除大多數污(wu)染(ran)薄層。激光器(qi)中的(de)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)污(wu)染(ran)會(hui)對(dui)(dui)激光輸出乃至(zhi)數據采集系(xi)統造成嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)采集錯誤,如果我們能夠使鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)經常(chang)保持(chi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)潔(jie),將(jiang)會(hui)延(yan)長整(zheng)機的(de)使用壽命。
