一、激光打標機振鏡方面常見的故障及解決方法有哪些
1、振鏡電機不自鎖

2、振鏡電機有自鎖,但不夠力度
用一塊(kuai)確認完(wan)好(hao)的振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)驅動(dong)板(ban)和(he)(he)(he)一個完(wan)好(hao)的振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)電(dian)機(ji),分別接在待測試的驅動(dong)板(ban)和(he)(he)(he)振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)頭上,正(zheng)常通電(dian),用手輕輕轉動(dong)振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)軸,若變“硬”,則正(zheng)常;否則,可判定(ding)振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)驅動(dong)板(ban)和(he)(he)(he)振(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)電(dian)機(ji)損壞。
3、振鏡電機不擺動
檢查打標卡是否有控制信號輸出,(注意其信號為-5V到+5V的直流電壓信號)若有,則檢查振鏡信號連(lian)(lian)接(jie)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)完好,確認連(lian)(lian)接(jie)無(wu)誤(wu)后(hou),打標,若仍沒有擺動(dong),則檢查信號線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)正負接(jie)反或者斷(duan)線(xian),否(fou)(fou)則,則可(ke)斷(duan)定驅動(dong)板損(sun)壞。
4、打標出現波浪線,打標頭機有輕微的叫聲
振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)板發熱(re)量稍高(出(chu)現干(gan)擾(rao)(rao))檢查(cha)接(jie)地(di)(di)線是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)正(zheng)確(que)接(jie)上(最好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)方法是(shi):X振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)信(xin)號(hao)地(di)(di),Y振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)信(xin)號(hao)地(di)(di),屏蔽(bi)線,220V電(dian)源大地(di)(di),及(ji)打(da)標(biao)機(ji)殼要連通),若地(di)(di)線接(jie)上后仍(reng)有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao)(rao),則(ze)(ze)(ze)首先檢查(cha)打(da)標(biao)卡卡是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)(檢查(cha)方法是(shi)用一塊確(que)認完好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)打(da)標(biao)卡換上,打(da)標(biao)看是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)仍(reng)有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)),若仍(reng)然有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao)(rao),則(ze)(ze)(ze)進(jin)一步檢查(cha)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)機(ji)連接(jie)線是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)完好(hao)(hao),和其它線是(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)有(you)(you)纏(chan)繞,若一切正(zheng)常(chang),則(ze)(ze)(ze)首先用一塊確(que)認完好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)板換上,若沒干(gan)擾(rao)(rao),則(ze)(ze)(ze)可斷定振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)板有(you)(you)問題;若有(you)(you)干(gan)擾(rao)(rao),則(ze)(ze)(ze)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)機(ji)有(you)(you)問題。(當然公司(si)外出(chu)激光維(wei)修人員,請確(que)定好(hao)(hao),如果客(ke)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)是(shi)三(san)年以前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品,產(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抵抗(kang)干(gan)擾(rao)(rao)能力肯定會差一點,振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)打(da)標(biao)頭周邊(bian)如有(you)(you)有(you)(you)手機(ji)信(xin)號(hao),馬達,電(dian)機(ji),磁場,又(you)或者(zhe)是(shi)Q開關的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)射頻(pin)信(xin)號(hao)外露都有(you)(you)可能影響,新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)(jing)(jing)都有(you)(you)可以發生這種現象)
5、產生嘯叫
先和第四步一(yi)樣,測試一(yi)下打標卡信號,布(bu)線,外部干擾等,如果(guo)還有(you)嘯(xiao)叫,則調(diao)試振(zhen)鏡驅(qu)動板(ban)的濾(lv)波板(ban)上(shang)電位器,若(ruo)仍不能消(xiao)除嘯(xiao)叫,則需要重(zhong)新返回公(gong)司做(zuo)精密的調(diao)校。(注意:不能長時間處(chu)于嘯(xiao)叫狀態(tai),以免會燒壞振(zhen)鏡電機)
6、打標里不封口或封口過頭
改變(bian)打(da)標軟件中(zhong)“跳(tiao)轉延時(shi)(shi)”,出(chu)光(guang)及關光(guang)等延時(shi)(shi)。若(ruo)任(ren)都(dou)不行,則(ze)是(shi)振鏡沒(mei)有完全校正好(hao),應該要返回(hui)公(gong)司,會返回(hui)供(gong)應商處,有條件的(de)激光(guang)維(wei)修售后人員可以(yi)按照振鏡調試步驟做一定的(de)調節,但要注(zhu)意(yi)有幾個電位器是(shi)不是(shi)隨(sui)便亂動(dong)的(de)。
7、打標時,打標頭下方,沒有激光輸出,但激光出光孔有激光
軟件打標速度大快,場(chang)鏡(jing)沒有安裝(zhuang),振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)不動且擺的(de)位置不正常,振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)脫落(luo)(luo),振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)臟(zang)。前(qian)面(mian)幾個(ge)問題按上(shang)面(mian)的(de)方法(fa)來(lai)處理,振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)脫落(luo)(luo)裂開,要返回公(gong)司重新(xin)換(huan)上(shang)新(xin)鏡(jing)片(pian)并調(diao)試(shi)好(hao)激(ji)光,振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)臟(zang)用(yong)品99%酒精和脫脂棉擦(ca)試(shi),如擦(ca)拭(shi)不了且是振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)中心(xin)部分(fen),或者邊緣部分(fen)大1平(ping)方毫(hao)米(mi)則要更換(huan)振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)與振(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片(pian)脫落(luo)(luo)一樣處理。
二、如何避免激光振鏡的二次污染
在一(yi)般功(gong)率輸(shu)出的激光(guang)器中,所有(you)的鏡(jing)片(pian)大都(dou)會由于制造工藝的原因或受外(wai)界污染等因素導致鏡(jing)片(pian)對(dui)特定的激光(guang)波(bo)長吸(xi)收大,久而(er)久之使鏡(jing)片(pian)壽命(ming)縮短,由于鏡(jing)片(pian)的損壞(huai)而(er)造成影(ying)響使用甚至(zhi)停機的情況時有(you)發生。
鏡(jing)(jing)片對激(ji)(ji)(ji)光(guang)波長吸收的增加(jia)會引起不(bu)均(jun)勻加(jia)熱導致(zhi)鏡(jing)(jing)片的反(fan)射,折射率產生(sheng)(sheng)變化,激(ji)(ji)(ji)光(guang)波長從高吸收鏡(jing)(jing)片上(shang)透(tou)過或(huo)反(fan)射時激(ji)(ji)(ji)光(guang)功率的分布(bu)不(bu)均(jun)勻使鏡(jing)(jing)片中心溫(wen)度(du)高,邊緣溫(wen)度(du)低,產生(sheng)(sheng)這種變化在光(guang)學上(shang)稱透(tou)鏡(jing)(jing)效應。

作為一條(tiao)常識(shi)(shi),當用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手去(qu)操作光學系統時(shi),無論清(qing)(qing)潔(jie),拆卸,安裝都(dou)要帶上指套(tao)(tao)或醫用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手套(tao)(tao),要始終保持遵(zun)循清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)要求及(ji)注意事項,在清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)過程中,只能(neng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)規定的(de)(de)材料,如光學用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)擦鏡(jing)紙,棉(mian)簽(qian),試劑級乙(yi)醇(chun)。對(dui)任何鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie),拆卸,安裝走捷徑(jing)都(dou)將(jiang)(jiang)導致鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)壽命(ming)縮短,甚(shen)至永久性(xing)地損壞。所以(yi),要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)普通的(de)(de)常識(shi)(shi)來(lai)防(fang)止鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)受其它原因的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染(ran),如遇防(fang)潮濕、煙霧、防(fang)塵(chen)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。在確(que)定某一鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)后(hou),要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)洗(xi)耳球吹(chui)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian),直(zhi)到其表面沒有微粒(li)為佳,千萬(wan)不(bu)要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)嘴去(qu)吹(chui)。因為吹(chui)出的(de)(de)空氣大都(dou)含油、水等(deng)(deng)將(jiang)(jiang)會進一步污(wu)(wu)染(ran)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)。如果經過洗(xi)耳球處理以(yi)后(hou)其表面仍(reng)有污(wu)(wu)染(ran)存(cun)在,就(jiu)必須用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)棉(mian)簽(qian)蘸實驗室級丙酮,乙(yi)醇(chun)來(lai)輕(qing)輕(qing)擦拭。這樣就(jiu)可以(yi)清(qing)(qing)除大多(duo)數(shu)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)薄層。激光器(qi)中的(de)(de)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)會對(dui)激光輸出乃至數(shu)據采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)系統造成(cheng)嚴重的(de)(de)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)錯誤,如果我們(men)能(neng)夠使鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)經常保持清(qing)(qing)潔(jie),將(jiang)(jiang)會延長整機的(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)。
