電吹風-構造組成
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)主要(yao)(yao)由外殼(ke)(ke)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機、風(feng)(feng)葉和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)組成。外殼(ke)(ke)既是結構保護(hu)(hu)層(ceng),又是外表裝件(jian),要(yao)(yao)求造型美、重量輕,一(yi)般用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)金屬薄板(ban)(ban)沖制(zhi)后表面鍍鉻(ge)或(huo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工程塑料(liao)壓制(zhi)而(er)成。永(yong)磁式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機和串激式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機轉速高,多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于軸流式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng);感應式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機轉速低,多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于離心式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)。風(feng)(feng)葉用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)金屬薄板(ban)(ban)或(huo)塑料(liao)制(zhi)成,要(yao)(yao)求其(qi)風(feng)(feng)量大、效率高、風(feng)(feng)損(sun)小(xiao)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)一(yi)般用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鎳鉻(ge)絲纏繞在瓷質或(huo)云母支(zhi)架上構成,大多(duo)數電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)上裝有(you)過(guo)熱(re)(re)保護(hu)(hu)裝置,并可調節(jie)加熱(re)(re)溫度。較新型的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)PTC元(yuan)件(jian)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian),其(qi)本身即有(you)過(guo)熱(re)(re)保護(hu)(hu)功能。
電吹風-工作原理
電動機和風葉直接相連,通電后電動機帶動風葉轉動,從進風口吸入的空氣經過電熱元件,由開關控制,變成從出風口送出的熱風或冷風。通常只有當電動機通電時,電熱元件才能接通加熱,以避免機件過熱而損壞。吹風機調節風溫的簡易方法是轉動外殼上的檔板;有控制開關時,可分檔調溫;用PTC元件時可自動控溫。有的電吹風通過改變外接電源電壓,實現風溫和風量的無級調節。 是由一組電熱絲和一個小風扇組合而成的。通電時,電熱絲會產生熱量,風扇吹出的風經過電熱絲,就變成熱風。如果只是小風扇轉動,而電熱絲不熱,那么吹出來的就只是風而不熱了。吹風機吹出來的風屬于干風,若使用的時間過長,很容易會造成水分的流失,造成熱傷害,把損傷降到最低的秘訣就是:用毛巾先拍(pai)干頭(tou)發上的水分,用手輕輕梳(shu)順頭(tou)發,然后再用吹風機。
