二、無碘鹽是不是不咸
食(shi)鹽(yan)是(shi)家庭不可(ke)或(huo)缺(que)的調料,對于高碘地區(qu)或(huo)需要控制碘攝入的特殊疾病患者來說,可(ke)以(yi)考慮(lv)吃無碘鹽(yan)。鹽(yan)提(ti)供(gong)的是(shi)咸(xian)味,那么(me)無碘鹽(yan)有咸(xian)味嗎(ma)?

總的來說,無(wu)碘鹽(yan)并不是不咸,它和加碘鹽(yan)的味道沒(mei)有太大區(qu)別,如果不想吃太咸的話,可(ke)以考慮食用(yong)低(di)鈉(na)鹽(yan)。
