一、農用殺蟲劑殘留多久失效

二、如何去除農藥殺蟲劑的殘留
農業(ye)生產(chan)中為了減少(shao)蟲(chong)害(hai),會使(shi)用(yong)農藥殺(sha)蟲(chong)劑(ji),然后(hou)(hou)農藥殺(sha)蟲(chong)劑(ji)噴施后(hou)(hou)會有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)殘留,如果(guo)擔心的(de)話,可以采(cai)取以下(xia)方(fang)法進行(xing)處理:
1、堿水浸泡法
先將(jiang)蔬菜(cai)水(shui)果表(biao)面沖洗干凈,在堿(jian)水(shui)中浸泡5~10分鐘,然后用清水(shui)沖洗2~3遍。
2、臭氧洗脫法
用市(shi)售的臭氧發生器清洗和(he)浸(jin)泡各(ge)類瓜果蔬(shu)菜,清洗和(he)浸(jin)泡時間為(wei)10~20分(fen)鐘(zhong),可(ke)清除(chu)大部(bu)分(fen)農藥殘留。
3、儲存法
部分(fen)農藥可隨時間(jian)流逝緩慢地分(fen)解(jie)為對(dui)人體無(wu)害(hai)的物(wu)質,因此對(dui)易于保(bao)存(cun)的瓜果蔬菜可通過一(yi)定時間(jian)的存(cun)放(fang)而減(jian)少農藥殘留量。此法適用于蘋果、冬瓜等不(bu)易腐爛的水果蔬菜。這類水果蔬菜一(yi)般(ban)存(cun)放(fang)15天以上,即可去除大(da)部分(fen)農藥殘留。
4、加熱法
氨(an)基甲酸酯類殺蟲(chong)劑會隨(sui)溫度升高而加快分解,因此(ci)可(ke)通過加熱去除部分農藥殘留。此(ci)法可(ke)用(yong)于芹菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、菠菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、小白菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、圓白菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、青椒、菜(cai)(cai)(cai)花(hua)、豆角(jiao)等。先(xian)用(yong)清(qing)水(shui)將蔬菜(cai)(cai)(cai)表(biao)面洗凈,再(zai)放入沸水(shui)中(zhong)焯(zhuo)2~5分鐘,再(zai)用(yong)清(qing)水(shui)沖洗1~2遍即可(ke)。
三、怎么預防農用殺蟲劑殘留危害
1、多買有(you)機(ji)食(shi)品。有(you)機(ji)農產品檢測(ce)到的(de)殺蟲(chong)劑含量遠低(di)于(yu)常(chang)規種(zhong)植(zhi)的(de)食(shi)品。
2、徹底清(qing)洗果(guo)蔬。把水果(guo)或蔬菜放在流(liu)動的水下面(mian)沖洗,能比(bi)浸(jin)泡更有效地去(qu)除殘(can)余農藥。
