一、電位器型號怎么看
電位器(qi),B指數型,阻值就是看B后面的數字:
B后面是(shi)電(dian)位器阻(zu)值(zhi)的(de)前兩位數(shu)字,數(shu)字后面是(shi)幾,就加幾個0,然(ran)后讀出:
B103=10000歐姆=10K歐姆。
B502=5000歐(ou)(ou)姆=5K歐(ou)(ou)姆。
F是(shi)(shi)半軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),S是(shi)(shi)圓軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),數字是(shi)(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)長:F20=20mm;F25=25mm。
其他字(zi)母數字(zi)是(shi)產(chan)品代碼,這類產(chan)品一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)1/4W。
二、電位器的參數有哪些
電(dian)位(wei)器的主要參數(shu)有(you)標稱阻值(zhi)、額定(ding)功(gong)率(lv)、分辨率(lv)、滑動(dong)噪聲、阻值(zhi)變化(hua)特性、耐(nai)磨(mo)性、零位(wei)電(dian)阻及(ji)溫度系數(shu)等(deng)。
1、額定功率
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器的兩個固(gu)定(ding)端上(shang)允(yun)許(xu)耗散的最大功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器的額定(ding)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。使用中應注意(yi)額定(ding)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)不等于(yu)中心抽(chou)頭與固(gu)定(ding)端的功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器的額定(ding)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)是指在(zai)直流或交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,當大氣壓為87~107kPa,在(zai)規定(ding)的額定(ding)溫度下長(chang)期連(lian)續負荷所允(yun)許(xu)消(xiao)耗的最大功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。線繞(rao)和非線繞(rao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器的額定(ding)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)系列入表2所示。
2、標稱阻值
標(biao)在產(chan)品上的名義阻值(zhi),其系列(lie)與電阻的系列(lie)類似。
3、允許誤差等級
實測阻(zu)值與標稱阻(zu)值誤差范圍根據不同精度等級可(ke)允許(xu)?20%、?10%、?5%、?2%、1%的(de)誤差。精密電位器的(de)精度可(ke)達0.1%。
4、阻值變化規律
