一、陶瓷電容是什么
陶瓷電容是指用(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)介電(dian)(dian)常數(shu)的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)陶瓷鈦(tai)酸鋇(bei)一氧化(hua)鈦(tai)擠(ji)壓成(cheng)圓管(guan)、圓片或(huo)圓盤作為(wei)(wei)(wei)介質,并(bing)用(yong)(yong)(yong)燒滲法將銀鍍在(zai)陶瓷上作為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)極制成(cheng)。它(ta)又(you)分高(gao)頻(pin)瓷介和低(di)頻(pin)瓷介兩種。具有小(xiao)的正電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)溫度(du)系數(shu)的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)高(gao)穩定(ding)振(zhen)蕩回路(lu)中,作為(wei)(wei)(wei)回路(lu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)及墊整電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)。低(di)頻(pin)瓷介電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)限于(yu)(yu)在(zai)工(gong)作頻(pin)率較低(di)的回路(lu)中作旁路(lu)或(huo)隔直流用(yong)(yong)(yong),或(huo)對穩定(ding)性和損耗要求不(bu)高(gao)的場合(包(bao)括高(gao)頻(pin)在(zai)內)。這種電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)宜使用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)脈(mo)沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,因為(wei)(wei)(wei)它(ta)們易于(yu)(yu)被脈(mo)沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)壓擊穿。
二、瓷片電容怎么分類
1、按介質材料可分為:高介電常數電容器和低介電常數電容器。
2、按工作頻率可分為:高頻瓷(ci)介電容(rong)(rong)器(qi)和低(di)頻瓷(ci)介電容(rong)(rong)器(qi)。
3、按工作電壓可分為:高壓瓷(ci)介電(dian)容器(qi)(1KVDC以(yi)上)和低壓瓷(ci)介電(dian)容器(qi)(500VDC以(yi)下)。
4、按外形結(jie)構可分為:圓片形、管形、穿心(xin)式、筒形以及疊片式等(deng)。
5、按(an)瓷(ci)介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)電介(jie)質又分:I類(lei)瓷(ci)介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)、II類(lei)瓷(ci)介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)、III類(lei)瓷(ci)介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)。
I類瓷介電容(rong):NP0,SL0,C0G。I類瓷介電容(rong)容(rong)量穩定(ding)性很(hen)好,基本不隨溫(wen)度,電壓(ya),時間等變化而變化,但是一般容(rong)量都很(hen)小。
II類(lei)瓷(ci)介電(dian)容(rong):X7R,X5R,Y5U,Y5V,2X1。II類(lei)瓷(ci)介電(dian)容(rong)容(rong)量穩(wen)定性很(hen)差,隨著溫(wen)度,電(dian)壓,時間變(bian)化(hua)幅度較大,所以一般用在(zai)對容(rong)量穩(wen)定性要(yao)求不高的場(chang)合,如(ru)濾波等。
III類瓷介電容:Y5V,2F4,瓷介電容器EIA RS-198。
