電(dian)接點壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao)是(shi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao)的(de)(de)一種,它通過(guo)與繼(ji)電(dian)器及變頻(pin)器等相(xiang)應的(de)(de)電(dian)氣器件配套使用,可對被(bei)測(控(kong))壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)各種氣體(ti)與液體(ti)介質(zhi)經儀表(biao)實現自(zi)動控(kong)制和(he)發信(報(bao)警)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de),多(duo)用于(yu)石油、化工(gong)、冶金(jin)、電(dian)站、機械等領域,測量各種流體(ti)介質(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),比如增壓(ya)(ya)水罐的(de)(de)水壓(ya)(ya)控(kong)制、真空泵(beng)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控(kong)制、變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)保護控(kong)制等,都會(hui)用到電(dian)接點壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao)。
二、電接點壓力表的工作原理介紹
電接(jie)點(dian)壓力表由測量系統、指示系統、磁助電接(jie)點(dian)裝置、外(wai)殼、調整裝置和接(jie)線盒(插頭座)等部分組成,其工作原(yuan)理是:
測量系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)彈簧管在被測介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)壓力作用下,迫使彈簧管之末端產(chan)生相應的(de)(de)(de)彈性變形位移,借助(zhu)拉桿經齒(chi)輪傳(chuan)動(dong)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)并予放大,由固定齒(chi)輪上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示(連同觸(chu)頭)逐將被測值在度(du)盤上(shang)(shang)指(zhi)(zhi)示出來。與(yu)此同時,當其(qi)與(yu)設定指(zhi)(zhi)針(zhen)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)觸(chu)頭(上(shang)(shang)限或下限)相接(jie)觸(chu)(動(dong)斷(duan)或動(dong)合),使控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)電路得以斷(duan)開或接(jie)通,從而達(da)到自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)和發信報警的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
三、電接點壓力表如何接線
電接點(dian)壓力表有(you)(you)4根(gen)接線(xian),顏色一(yi)般是紅、黃、綠、黑(hei),要(yao)注意接到正確的(de)線(xian)上才能正常(chang)工作(zuo)。電接點(dian)壓力表的(de)接線(xian)方法有(you)(you)多種:
1、標準方法
一般情(qing)況(kuang)下,一個符(fu)合規范的(de)電(dian)接(jie)點壓力表,黃(huang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)公共線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)(ji)電(dian)源線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);綠線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)下限線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)(ji)啟動線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);紅線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)上限線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)(ji)停止線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);黑線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)接(jie)地線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);找(zhao)到對應的(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),將其連接(jie)好即(ji)(ji)可。
2、萬用表測量法
如果這個電接點(dian)壓力(li)表(biao)(biao)不符合規范,那(nei)么就無法通(tong)(tong)(tong)過顏色區(qu)分(fen)了,這時我們要用(yong)(yong)到(dao)萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)(biao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)斷檔測量。一(yi)般(ban)與金屬外(wai)殼相(xiang)連的(de)那(nei)根(gen)是地(di)線(xian)(xian),這根(gen)線(xian)(xian)容易找到(dao);其他三根(gen)線(xian)(xian)用(yong)(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)(biao),把相(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)那(nei)2根(gen)找出來,不相(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)則是停(ting)止(zhi)線(xian)(xian)。
把(ba)(ba)地線(xian)(xian)和停止線(xian)(xian)接好(hao)后,把(ba)(ba)電源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(即(ji)公共線(xian)(xian))和啟動線(xian)(xian)接到(dao)相通的兩根(gen)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang),先不管這兩根(gen)線(xian)(xian)是不是接顛倒了,把(ba)(ba)轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關打(da)至自動,通電試機,同時(shi)觀察表壓,如果到(dao)了上(shang)(shang)限壓力就(jiu)停機,說明接線(xian)(xian)正確(que);反之則說明接反了,兩根(gen)線(xian)(xian)互換位(wei)置即(ji)可。
3、看表針結構接線法
正對著電接點壓力表正面,從(cong)外(wai)到里,依次(ci)是:地線(xian)(xian)、電源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)、啟動(dong)線(xian)(xian)、停(ting)止(zhi)線(xian)(xian)。
電接點壓力(li)表一定(ding)要(yao)確保接線正確才能(neng)投(tou)入使(shi)用,不然可能(neng)造(zao)成嚴(yan)重(zhong)的后(hou)果(guo)。
