工業水性漆的應用領域

4、軌道涂裝行業

工業水性漆與普通水性漆有什么區別
1、樹脂體系上
普通水(shui)性(xing)(xing)漆以(yi)苯(ben)丙,純丙的乳液樹(shu)脂體系(xi)制成,大多(duo)的單組成分。工業水(shui)性(xing)(xing)漆體系(xi)包(bao)括(kuo)水(shui)性(xing)(xing)醇酸,水(shui)性(xing)(xing)環氧酯(zhi),水(shui)性(xing)(xing)環氧,水(shui)性(xing)(xing)丙烯酸聚(ju)氨酯(zhi)以(yi)及不同(tong)改性(xing)(xing)和拼合樹(shu)脂體系(xi)。
2、性能特點
普通水(shui)性漆突(tu)出凈味、環保等(deng)概念。具有耐擦洗性。工(gong)(gong)業水(shui)性漆需要(yao)更高的性能,例如(ru):鹽霧、抗沖擊、附(fu)著力等(deng)。由于工(gong)(gong)業水(shui)性漆大面積施工(gong)(gong),根據工(gong)(gong)件不同(tong),可適應浸涂(tu)、現場(chang)噴涂(tu),機械手噴涂(tu)等(deng)。
3、用途不一樣
普(pu)通水(shui)性(xing)漆用(yong)于(yu)建筑外墻、木器(qi)、鐵藝等(deng)涂裝上(shang)。水(shui)性(xing)工業漆用(yong)于(yu)鋼結構防腐(fu),集裝箱,橋梁(liang),機械設(she)備的涂裝。
