一、屏蔽線是什么
屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是使用網狀編織導線(xian)(xian)(xian)把(ba)信號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)包裹起(qi)來的(de)(de)(de)傳輸線(xian)(xian)(xian)。導線(xian)(xian)(xian)外部有(you)導體包裹的(de)(de)(de)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)叫屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)(xian)(xian),包裹的(de)(de)(de)導體叫屏(ping)蔽(bi)層,一般為編織銅網或(鋁),屏(ping)蔽(bi)層需(xu)要(yao)接地,外來的(de)(de)(de)干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)信號(hao)可被該層導入大(da)地,避免(mian)干(gan)(gan)擾(rao)信號(hao)進入內(nei)層導體干(gan)(gan)攏同時降(jiang)低傳輸信號(hao)的(de)(de)(de)損(sun)耗。
屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)電纜的(de)(de)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)主(zhu)要(yao)由銅、鋁等非磁(ci)性材料(liao)制成(cheng),并且厚(hou)度(du)很薄,遠小(xiao)于使用頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)上金屬材料(liao)的(de)(de)集膚(fu)深(shen)度(du)(所謂趨(qu)膚(fu)效(xiao)應(ying)是指電流在導體(ti)截(jie)面(mian)的(de)(de)分(fen)布隨頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)升高而趨(qu)于導體(ti)表面(mian)分(fen)布,頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)越高,趨(qu)膚(fu)深(shen)度(du)越小(xiao),即頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)越高,電磁(ci)波的(de)(de)穿透能(neng)力越弱(ruo)),屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)的(de)(de)效(xiao)果(guo)主(zhu)要(yao)不(bu)是由于金屬體(ti)本身對電場(chang)、磁(ci)場(chang)的(de)(de)反射、吸收而產生的(de)(de),而是由于屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)地產生的(de)(de),接(jie)(jie)地的(de)(de)形式不(bu)同(tong)將(jiang)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)效(xiao)果(guo)。
二、屏蔽線分類
主要包括裸線、電磁線及電機電器用絕緣電線、電力電纜、通信電纜與光纜。電線電纜是指用于電力、通信及相關傳輸用途的材料。“電線”和“電纜”并沒有嚴格的界限。通常將芯數少、產品直徑小、結構簡單的產品稱為電線,沒有絕緣的稱為裸電線,其他的稱為電纜;導體截面積較大的(大(da)于6平方毫(hao)米(mi))稱為大電線,較小的(小于或等于6平(ping)方(fang)毫米)稱為小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian),絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)又(you)稱為布電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜主要(yao)包括裸線(xian)(xian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁線(xian)(xian)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)用(yong)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、通信電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜與光纜。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、補償電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、屏蔽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、高溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、計算機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、信號電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、同軸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、耐(nai)火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、船用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜等等。它們都是由多股導線(xian)(xian)組(zu)成,用(yong)來連(lian)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)等。
普通:絕緣(yuan)層(ceng)+屏蔽層+導線。高級(ji):絕緣(yuan)層+屏蔽(bi)層+信號導線+屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)接地導線(xian)。
三、屏蔽線型號
AVSSBS是日系的(de)單芯、AVSSBS2*是雙芯、N901 906。02是德系的三芯。
四、屏蔽線的作用
屏蔽層一般需要接(jie)地。屏蔽線的作(zuo)用是將電磁場噪聲(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)與敏感設備隔離,切斷噪聲(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)的傳播路徑。
屏(ping)蔽(bi)分為(wei)主(zhu)動屏(ping)蔽(bi)和(he)被動屏(ping)蔽(bi),主(zhu)動屏(ping)蔽(bi)目的是(shi)為(wei)了(le)防止(zhi)噪(zao)(zao)聲源向外輻射(she),是(shi)對噪(zao)(zao)聲源的屏(ping)蔽(bi);被動屏(ping)蔽(bi)目的是(shi)為(wei)了(le)防止(zhi)敏感設備遭到(dao)噪(zao)(zao)聲源的干(gan)擾,是(shi)對敏感設備的屏(ping)蔽(bi)。
屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)線(xian)(xian)的(de)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)不(bu)允許多(duo)點接地(di),因為(wei)不(bu)同的(de)接地(di)點總是不(bu)一樣的(de),各點存在電位差。如多(duo)點接地(di),在屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)形成(cheng)電流(liu),感應(ying)(ying)到導線(xian)(xian)上(shang)形成(cheng)電流(liu),感應(ying)(ying)到信號線(xian)(xian)上(shang)形成(cheng)干擾,不(bu)但起不(bu)到屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)作(zuo)用,反(fan)而引進干擾,尤(you)其在變頻器用的(de)多(duo)的(de)場合(he)里,干擾中含有(you)各種(zhong)高次(ci)諧波分(fen)量,造成(cheng)影響更大(da),應(ying)(ying)特(te)別注意。
