穩壓(ya)器(qi)是使(shi)(shi)輸出電壓(ya)穩定的設(she)備(bei)。穩壓(ya)器(qi)由(you)調(diao)壓(ya)電路(lu)、控(kong)(kong)制電路(lu)、及伺(si)服電機(ji)等組成。當輸入電壓(ya)或(huo)負載變(bian)化時(shi),控(kong)(kong)制電路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)取樣、比(bi)較、放大,然后驅(qu)動伺(si)服電機(ji)轉動,使(shi)(shi)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)碳刷的位置改變(bian),通過自動調(diao)整線(xian)圈匝數比(bi),從(cong)而(er)保持輸出電壓(ya)的穩定。

2、接入負載

①輸出線路(lu)的所有線接(jie)口必須(xu)接(jie)緊,否則(ze)會因為(wei)電流較(jiao)大造成線路(lu)發熱,來影(ying)響有效功率。
3、開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)穩壓電(dian)源(嚴禁(jin)先開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)負載,后(hou)開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)穩壓電(dian)源)
①請保證電腦顯示器是(shi)關閉(bi)的情況(kuang)下開啟穩壓電源(yuan)。
②開啟之前先測量輸(shu)入電壓值應(ying)在304V-456V之間。

穩(wen)壓器是按用電設備的要求提供穩(wen)定輸出(chu)電壓的一種(zhong)設備。主要有智(zhi)能數控型、自耦調整型、大功率補償(chang)型、開(kai)關型等種(zhong)類。
穩(wen)壓器日常保養(yang)要注(zhu)意4點:
1、穩(wen)壓器(qi)應放(fang)置在通風(feng)、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射、無腐蝕(shi)性氣體的室內使用;
2、穩壓器選用的功(gong)率(lv)應大于用電設備的總功(gong)率(lv);
3、穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)不(bu)(bu)宜(yi)作設(she)備的(de)總開(kai)關(guan)(guan)使(shi)用,應先打開(kai)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)開(kai)關(guan)(guan),待(dai)有電源輸出后,再依次從按功(gong)率小(xiao)到大接上不(bu)(bu)同的(de)用電設(she)備,關(guan)(guan)機時從大到小(xiao)關(guan)(guan)機,最后關(guan)(guan)上穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)開(kai)關(guan)(guan);
4、穩(wen)壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)開(kai)關不宜頻繁(fan)開(kai)啟,每次開(kai)啟的(de)時間(jian)間(jian)隔應大于(yu)10秒,否則易(yi)造成稱穩(wen)壓器(qi)(qi)誤保護(hu),甚至于(yu)損壞。
第一、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)偏高(gao)需降壓(ya);當(dang)輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)遠遠高(gao)于穩壓(ya)設(she)備所承載(zai)的額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),這時(shi)就(jiu)會導致穩壓(ya)設(she)備失靈,故(gu)而(er)出(chu)現電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不穩;
第二、過壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)電路;過壓(ya)保(bao)護(hu)后,LED發光管亮,從而(er)出現斷(duan)電現象;
第三、欠壓保護電路;電壓偏低,通(tong)過調壓器的調整仍不(bu)在范圍內(低于220V),最(zui)終導致繼電器釋(shi)放,即(ji)便有(you)二極管此時(shi)也(ye)管用(yong)了(le),故而出現(xian)電壓不(bu)穩。

第五、電壓(ya)偏低需要升壓(ya);若因輸入電壓(ya)偏高或偏低較多,電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)碳刷轉至極限位置(zhi)仍不能使輸出(chu)電壓(ya)回到220V,碳刷架將觸及限位開關(guan),電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)斷電停轉,以(yi)免電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)過載損壞。
第六、開(kai)(kai)機(ji)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間斷控制;到開(kai)(kai)機(ji)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)結束。這個過程(cheng)大約(yue)需(xu)要(yao)5分鐘。開(kai)(kai)機(ji)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)送(song)電主要(yao)是為(wei)(wei)了保(bao)護(hu)空調、電冰箱等設備的用(yong)電安(an)全(quan),若無此需(xu)求(qiu),可按下快啟自鎖按鈕(niu)AN,此時(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)機(ji)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間將(jiang)縮短為(wei)(wei)2~3秒鐘,開(kai)(kai)機(ji)延(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)送(song)電主要(yao)是為(wei)(wei)了保(bao)護(hu)電路的用(yong)電安(an)全(quan);
