滌綸電容特點有哪些

滌綸電容參數識別
1、國外電容器耐壓值通常用字母來(lai)表示基數,常見(jian)的代(dai)碼和(he)基數對應關系是(shi):
A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;
H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;
字母(mu)前面的數表示10的冪,比如2A,即為102*1.0=100V,2C為102*1.6=160V等等。
耐(nai)壓值后(hou)方的字母表(biao)示電(dian)容容量,單(dan)位為pF。
例如(ru):823表(biao)(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量為82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表(biao)(biao)示(shi)22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最后的(de)字母表(biao)(biao)示(shi)精度,比如(ru)J表(biao)(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量允許偏差為±5%等等。
典型的電(dian)容標(biao)識示(shi)例:2A823J 即82000Pf±5%,耐壓(ya)100V。
2、電容器的參數標注方法
(1) 直(zhi)標法:將電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器的主要參數(標稱容(rong)(rong)量、額定電(dian)壓(ya)、及允許(xu)偏差)直(zhi)接標注在(zai)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器上,如(ru)0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是容(rong)(rong)量,相當于4700Pf,275V應是耐壓(ya)(不屬優(you)選(xuan)數系列)。
(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數(shu)字(zi)標注法 一般是(shi)用3位數(shu)字(zi)表示(shi)電(dian)容器的容量。其中(zhong)前兩位為有效(xiao)值數(shu)字(zi),第三位為倍乘數(shu)(即表示(shi)有效(xiao)值后有多少(shao)個0)。如104,表示(shi)有效(xiao)值是(shi)10,后面再加4個0,即100000Pf=0.1μf。
(3)字(zi)母(mu)與數(shu)字(zi)混合標(biao)注法:用(yong)2—4位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示有(you)(you)效值,用(yong)P、n、M、μ、G、m等(deng)字(zi)母(mu)表(biao)(biao)示有(you)(you)效數(shu)后面(mian)的量級。進口(kou)電容器在(zai)標(biao)注數(shu)值時(shi)不用(yong)小數(shu)點,而(er)是將整數(shu)部(bu)分寫(xie)在(zai)字(zi)母(mu)之(zhi)前,將小數(shu)部(bu)分寫(xie)在(zai)字(zi)母(mu)后面(mian)。如4P7表(biao)(biao)示4.7Pf,3m3表(biao)(biao)示3300μf(3.3mf)等(deng)。
3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義
(1)字(zi)母含義:
F ±1%
G ±2%
J ±5%
K ±10%
M ±20%
N ±30%
如104K表示容量100000Pf=0.1μf,容量允許(xu)偏差為(wei)±10%。
