1、國外(wai)電容器耐壓值(zhi)通常(chang)用字母來(lai)表示基(ji)數(shu),常(chang)見的代碼和(he)基(ji)數(shu)對應(ying)關系(xi)是:

A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;

H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;

字母前面的數表示10的冪,比(bi)如2A,即為102*1.0=100V,2C為102*1.6=160V等等。

耐(nai)壓(ya)值(zhi)后(hou)方的字母(mu)表示電容(rong)(rong)容(rong)(rong)量,單位為(wei)pF。

例如:823表示容(rong)量(liang)為82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表示22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最(zui)后的字(zi)母表示精(jing)度,比如J表示容(rong)量(liang)允許偏差為±5%等(deng)等(deng)。

典型的(de)電(dian)容標(biao)識示(shi)例(li):2A823J 即82000Pf±5%,耐壓100V。

2、電容器的參數標注方法

(1) 直標法:將電(dian)容器(qi)的(de)主要參數(標稱容量(liang)、額定電(dian)壓、及允許偏差(cha))直接標注在電(dian)容器(qi)上,如(ru)0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是(shi)容量(liang),相當于4700Pf,275V應是(shi)耐壓(不屬優選數系列)。

(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數字(zi)標注法 一般是(shi)用3位(wei)數字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示電容器的容量。其(qi)中前兩位(wei)為有(you)(you)效值數字(zi),第三(san)位(wei)為倍乘(cheng)數(即(ji)表(biao)(biao)示有(you)(you)效值后有(you)(you)多少個0)。如104,表(biao)(biao)示有(you)(you)效值是(shi)10,后面再加4個0,即(ji)100000Pf=0.1μf。

(3)字母與數字混合標注法:用(yong)2—4位數字表(biao)(biao)示(shi)有效值(zhi),用(yong)P、n、M、μ、G、m等(deng)字母表(biao)(biao)示(shi)有效數后面(mian)的量級。進口電容器在標注數值(zhi)時(shi)不用(yong)小數點,而(er)是將整數部分寫在字母之前,將小數部分寫在字母后面(mian)。如(ru)4P7表(biao)(biao)示(shi)4.7Pf,3m3表(biao)(biao)示(shi)3300μf(3.3mf)等(deng)。

3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義

(1)字母(mu)含(han)義:

F ±1%

G ±2%

J ±5%

K ±10%

M ±20%

N ±30%

如104K表示容量100000Pf=0.1μf,容量允(yun)許偏差為±10%。
