1、國(guo)外電容器(qi)耐壓(ya)值通常用字母來表示基數(shu),常見的代碼和(he)基數(shu)對(dui)應(ying)關系是:
A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;
H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;
字母前面的數表示10的冪,比如2A,即為(wei)102*1.0=100V,2C為(wei)102*1.6=160V等(deng)等(deng)。
耐壓(ya)值后方的字母表示電容(rong)容(rong)量,單位為(wei)pF。
例如:823表(biao)(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量為(wei)82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表(biao)(biao)示(shi)22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最后的(de)字(zi)母表(biao)(biao)示(shi)精度,比(bi)如J表(biao)(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量允許(xu)偏差為(wei)±5%等等。
典型(xing)的電(dian)容標識示例:2A823J 即82000Pf±5%,耐(nai)壓100V。
2、電容器的參數標注方法
(1) 直標(biao)法:將電容(rong)(rong)器(qi)的(de)主要參數(shu)(標(biao)稱容(rong)(rong)量、額定電壓(ya)、及允許(xu)偏差)直接標(biao)注(zhu)在電容(rong)(rong)器(qi)上,如0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是容(rong)(rong)量,相當于(yu)4700Pf,275V應是耐壓(ya)(不屬優(you)選數(shu)系列)。
(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數(shu)字標注法 一般(ban)是(shi)用3位(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)字表示(shi)電容(rong)器(qi)的容(rong)量。其中前(qian)兩(liang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)為有(you)(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)字,第三位(wei)(wei)(wei)為倍乘數(shu)(即(ji)表示(shi)有(you)(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)(zhi)后有(you)(you)多少(shao)個(ge)0)。如104,表示(shi)有(you)(you)效(xiao)值(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)10,后面再加4個(ge)0,即(ji)100000Pf=0.1μf。
(3)字(zi)母與數字(zi)混合標(biao)注(zhu)法:用2—4位數字(zi)表示有(you)效值,用P、n、M、μ、G、m等(deng)字(zi)母表示有(you)效數后(hou)面(mian)的量級。進口(kou)電容器在標(biao)注(zhu)數值時(shi)不用小數點,而是將整數部(bu)分寫在字(zi)母之前,將小數部(bu)分寫在字(zi)母后(hou)面(mian)。如(ru)4P7表示4.7Pf,3m3表示3300μf(3.3mf)等(deng)。
3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義
(1)字母含義:
F ±1%
G ±2%
J ±5%
K ±10%
M ±20%
N ±30%
如(ru)104K表示容(rong)量(liang)100000Pf=0.1μf,容(rong)量(liang)允許(xu)偏差為±10%。
