單相(xiang)有(you)(you)功電(dian)度(du)(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)(簡稱:單相(xiang)電(dian)度(du)(du)(du)表(biao)(biao))由接(jie)線(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)(duan)子、電(dian)流(liu)(liu)線(xian)(xian)圈、電(dian)壓線(xian)(xian)圈、計量轉盤(pan)、計數(shu)器構成,只要電(dian)流(liu)(liu)線(xian)(xian)圈通(tong)過電(dian)流(liu)(liu),同時電(dian)壓線(xian)(xian)圈加(jia)有(you)(you)電(dian)壓,轉盤(pan)就受到電(dian)磁力而轉動(dong)……單相(xiang)電(dian)度(du)(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)共有(you)(you)5個接(jie)線(xian)(xian)端(duan)(duan)(duan)子,其中有(you)(you)兩個端(duan)(duan)(duan)子在表(biao)(biao)的(de)內部用連片短接(jie),所(suo)以,單相(xiang)電(dian)度(du)(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)的(de)外接(jie)端(duan)(duan)(duan)子只有(you)(you)4個,即1、2、3、4號端(duan)(duan)(duan)子。由于電(dian)度(du)(du)(du)表(biao)(biao)的(de)型號不同,各類型的(de)電(dian)表(biao)(biao)在鉛封(feng)蓋內都有(you)(you)4各端(duan)(duan)(duan)子的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)圖。
家用電(dian)表接線(xian)原理(li)圖(tu)如下:
直接接入法:
如果負載的功(gong)率在電度表允許(xu)的范圍內,即流(liu)過電度表電流(liu)線圈的電流(liu)不至于導致線圈燒毀(hui),那么就采用直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)入(ru)法。
單(dan)相電度表共有四個接線端子,從左至右按1、2、3、4編(bian)號。
接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)一般(ban)有兩種(zhong)(zhong)一般(ban)是1、3接(jie)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),2、4接(jie)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);另一種(zhong)(zhong)是按1、2接(jie)進(jin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),3、4接(jie)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。無論何種(zhong)(zhong)接(jie)法,相線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(火線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian))必(bi)須(xu)接(jie)入電表的(de)電流線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈的(de)端(duan)子。由于有些電表的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)特殊,具體的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)方法需要參照接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)端(duan)子蓋(gai)板上的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圖(tu)去接(jie)。
經互感器接入法:
在用(yong)(yong)單相電度(du)表(biao)測(ce)量大(da)電流(liu)的單相電路(lu)的用(yong)(yong)電量時,應使用(yong)(yong)電流(liu)互感器進行電流(liu)變換,電流(liu)互感器接電度(du)表(biao)的電流(liu)線圈。接法有兩(liang)種:
(1)單相電度表內5和1端未(wei)斷開(kai)時的接法。
由(you)于表內短(duan)接片(pian)沒(mei)有斷開,所以互感器的K2端子禁止(zhi)接地。
(2)單相電度表內5和1端短接片已斷開時的接法。
由(you)于表內短(duan)接(jie)片已斷開,所(suo)以互感器的K2端子應該(gai)接(jie)地。同時,電壓線圈應該(gai)接(jie)于電源兩端。
