北京市房山區交道中學始建于1956年8月的交道中學坐落于房山區東部平原小清河西岸,竇店鎮的東方,京廣鐵路、京珠高速公路、107國道從學校西2公里處穿過,現有49年的歷史。交道中學是房山區東南一所較大的農村完中校,學校占地86畝,其中操場面積19104平方米,綠化面積9996平方米,硬化路面7518平方米,其它占地20117平方米。學校建筑面積8237平方米,其中教室38部2605平方米,實驗室4部466平方米,辦公室30部1161平方米,生活用房68部2102平方米,食堂632平方米。

辦學理念

翻開交道中學的校歷,那一幕幕的驚心動魄又歷歷在目,六七十年代,交道中學在老校長李金銘的帶領下艱苦創業,曾榮獲過房山縣先進學校,八九十年代交道中學沒有什么發展,“進門一身土,出門兩腳泥”的破舊校園,師資力量薄弱,沒有現代化教學設備,各方面成績平平,師生組織紀律渙散,冬天學生頭頂危房,圍著土爐子上課。現在想起來還心有余悸,自從98年8月張貴校長調任學校以來,學校發生了翻天覆地的變化,張校長首先把改善辦學條件美化育人環境作為重點工作狠抓不放,大力實施了校園靜態文化建設工程,通過全體師生自力更生、艱苦創業,動土方、修甬路、修跑道、刷圍墻、植樹種草等,辛勤的汗水換來了清新整潔,優雅怡人的教育教學環境,校(xiao)得到了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)三季有花(hua),四(si)季常青(qing),景色(se)宜(yi)人,鳥(niao)語花(hua)香(xiang),處處充滿生機和(he)活力,從而起到了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)一(yi)種(zhong)啟迪(di)人、感染人、陶(tao)冶人、教育人的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)和(he)效果,是房(fang)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)內典型的(de)(de)平房(fang)格局學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、綠色(se)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)、花(hua)園式單位(wei)。幾(ji)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)來學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)發生了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)一(yi)系列重大(da)(da)事(shi)件:2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)整體格局發生變化,由南大(da)(da)門改(gai)為北(bei)(bei)(bei)大(da)(da)門,重心北(bei)(bei)(bei)移;2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月順(shun)利通過了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)北(bei)(bei)(bei)京市普通中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)規范化驗(yan)收;2002年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月承(cheng)(cheng)辦(ban)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)房(fang)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)貫徹公民(min)道(dao)(dao)德規范現場會;2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月承(cheng)(cheng)辦(ban)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)房(fang)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)教委(wei)系統安全工作(zuo)(zuo)現場會;2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)購置了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)一(yi)輛新(xin)(xin)班車(che)(che),解(jie)(jie)決良鄉教師上下(xia)班乘車(che)(che)問(wen)題(ti);2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)(xin)蓋(gai)教室(shi)、實驗(yan)室(shi)24間,廁所一(yi)處,興建多功能廳(ting);2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)冬實現大(da)(da)鍋爐供暖,徹底結束了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)交(jiao)道(dao)(dao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)土爐子(zi)、土暖氣的(de)(de)歷史;2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)又添置班車(che)(che)一(yi)輛解(jie)(jie)決班車(che)(che)緊張的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)興建電(dian)子(zi)備(bei)課(ke)室(shi),開通校(xiao)園網;2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)成功的(de)(de)承(cheng)(cheng)辦(ban)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)北(bei)(bei)(bei)京市家教現場會;2003 、04、05連續三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)承(cheng)(cheng)辦(ban)房(fang)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)生足球賽,房(fang)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)中(zhong)考(kao)體育考(kao)點工作(zuo)(zuo),房(fang)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)高考(kao)體育會考(kao)工作(zuo)(zuo)。這一(yi)件件大(da)(da)事(shi),都(dou)清晰地記(ji)載(zai)著交(jiao)道(dao)(dao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)一(yi)步步的(de)(de)發展和(he)壯大(da)(da)的(de)(de)歷史,說明(ming)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)交(jiao)道(dao)(dao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)在社會的(de)(de)聲譽越來越好,越來越被人所關注。
