學(xue)校根據(ju)素(su)質教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)培養目標,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)小學(xue)整體改革,把學(xue)校的(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、管理、環境納入(ru)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)整體之中(zhong)。在教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)改革上,建立德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)系統工程,把愛(ai)國主(zhu)(zhu)義、集體主(zhu)(zhu)義、社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義等(deng)思(si)想教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)以及(ji)養成教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)滲(shen)透到(dao)各科教學(xue)中(zhong)。以豐富多(duo)彩的(de)活動形式(shi)提高教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)效能,創設“文明共建網(wang)絡”,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)社會(hui)調查,每學(xue)期進行(xing)讀書節、體藝節、軍(jun)訓、校運會(hui)、夏令(ling)營等(deng)大型(xing)活動。加強養成教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)“佛(fo)山市第九小學(xue)學(xue)生進校十做(zuo)到(dao)”、“十大行(xing)為規范”系列教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)。
在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),以科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),促(cu)進素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)深化發展,建(jian)(jian)立(li)“科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校內(nei)部(bu)管(guan)理(li)體制,充分發揮教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)在理(li)論(lun)(lun)指(zhi)導。決策(ce)統籌、機(ji)構建(jian)(jian)設,師(shi)資(zi)培訓、信(xin)(xin)息管(guan)理(li)、室場(chang)建(jian)(jian)設、課(ke)(ke)(ke)題研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)、后勤服(fu)務(wu)的作用。積極承擔國家教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)“八五”和(he)“九五”“十(shi)五”科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題的實驗任務(wu)。在“名師(shi)工程”、“科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”。“信(xin)(xin)息高速(su)公路進入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)領域”“運用信(xin)(xin)息技術,實施創新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)網(wang)絡課(ke)(ke)(ke)程實驗”中(zhong)取得了突(tu)破性進展。多項教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)信(xin)(xin)息技術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的課(ke)(ke)(ke)題、論(lun)(lun)文、課(ke)(ke)(ke)例、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)軟件獲全國、省(sheng)市獎。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校定(ding)期確定(ding)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題,明確職責分工,建(jian)(jian)立(li)“科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)興(xing)(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”的組織(zhi)網(wang)絡,建(jian)(jian)立(li)在職進修、在職培訓制度(du),把“理(li)論(lun)(lun)培訓與科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)實踐(jian)總結提高”有機(ji)地結合起來。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校在國家和(he)省(sheng)級出版(ban)(ban)社出版(ban)(ban)著(zhu)作20部(bu),內(nei)部(bu)交流著(zhu)二十(shi)多部(bu),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)中(zhong)三(san)分之一獲全國和(he)省(sheng)政府、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)主管(guan)部(bu)門授(shou)予的各種(zhong)先(xian)進稱(cheng)號。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)領導班子銳意開展教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改(gai)革,既抓教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、管理(li)。又親自進行教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)實驗研究。在(zai)管理(li)改(gai)革上(shang)(shang),探索按(an)章治校(xiao),層級負(fu)責,民(min)主管理(li)的規律:在(zai)環(huan)境育(yu)人(ren)上(shang)(shang)注重校(xiao)園環(huan)境建設和校(xiao)園精神(shen)建設,促進學(xue)(xue)生德、智、體(ti)、美、勞(lao)五育(yu)和諧發(fa)展和學(xue)(xue)生個性特長適時發(fa)展。
