黃圃(pu)鎮新(xin)地(di)中心小學創辦于(yu)(yu)1940年(nian),1996年(nian)通過廣東省一(yi)級(ji)學校(xiao)評(ping)估(gu)。經過70多年(nian)的(de)發(fa)展,現占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)(ji)11016平(ping)(ping)方米,生(sheng)均占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)(ji)12.36平(ping)(ping)方米(省標準化(hua)學校(xiao)要求不低于(yu)(yu)15.3平(ping)(ping)方米);校(xiao)舍(she)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)(ji)4336平(ping)(ping)方米,生(sheng)均校(xiao)舍(she)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)(ji)4087平(ping)(ping)方米(省標準化(hua)學校(xiao)要求不低于(yu)(yu)5.1平(ping)(ping)方米)。
在推進課(ke)程(cheng)改革的(de)實(shi)踐中,學校以“故事校園(yuan)”建設深化書香(xiang)校園(yuan)特色,以“智慧課(ke)堂(tang)”建設深化課(ke)堂(tang)改革,讓師生在這片教育的(de)樂土成長為更好的(de)自己(ji)。
故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)園,讓故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)陪伴(ban)孩(hai)子(zi)成長。學校(xiao)從聽、說、讀、寫四個(ge)方面(mian),構(gou)建故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)教育的(de)(de)較為完(wan)整的(de)(de)體系。中(zhong)午集(ji)體聽故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi),每周(zhou)(zhou)開(kai)設閱讀故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)、原創(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)課(ke),每周(zhou)(zhou)給家人、朋友、同學講故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi),開(kai)發(fa)原創(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)本教材,開(kai)展(zhan)原創(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)比賽、中(zhong)英文繪(hui)本制(zhi)作、漫畫故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)創(chuang)作,鼓勵孩(hai)子(zi)表現(xian)個(ge)性,有的(de)(de)孩(hai)子(zi)能寫出幾萬字的(de)(de)長篇(pian)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)。各(ge)種形(xing)式的(de)(de)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)創(chuang)作在(zai)校(xiao)園里如火(huo)如荼(tu)地(di)開(kai)展(zhan)起來,他(ta)們對(dui)寫作的(de)(de)熱(re)情、對(dui)讀書(shu)的(de)(de)熱(re)愛被“原創(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)”這(zhe)把火(huo)給點燃了(le)。
在“智慧課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)”的(de)召喚下,老師(shi)們(men)致力于讓課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)煥發出生命的(de)光彩。讓孩(hai)子在課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)上“用心體驗,動腦思考(kao),學(xue)(xue)會學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)”,參與(yu)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)全(quan)過程,從而獲(huo)得良好(hao)的(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣與(yu)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方法。每個學(xue)(xue)年一個教研主題,“關注學(xue)(xue)生課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方式”“建設有(you)思維含(han)量(liang)的(de)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)”專(zhuan)題研究,聚焦學(xue)(xue)生的(de)主動學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi); 以(yi)“目標達成” “課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)提問(wen)”為關鍵點的(de)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)觀察,聚焦課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)實效(xiao)。在專(zhuan)業發展的(de)道路(lu)上,我們(men)且行且思。
