青海(hai)聯(lian)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)建校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)于1990年(nian),是經(jing)國(guo)家教育(yu)部正式批(pi)準(zhun)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)(li)的一(yi)所成(cheng)(cheng)人高等學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),由西鋼(gang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、大(da)通(tong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、青干分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、信息(xi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、直(zhi)屬分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)五所分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)組成(cheng)(cheng).以培養應用型專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人才為主要(yao)目的.是體(ti)制獨特的一(yi)所綜合性職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue).七十年(nian)代末八十年(nian)代初,為適應黨(dang)和國(guo)家工(gong)(gong)作重點向(xiang)經(jing)濟建設(she)轉(zhuan)移(yi)的需要(yao),經(jing)省(sheng)人民政府(fu)批(pi)準(zhun)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)(li)幾(ji)(ji)所隸屬行業(ye)(ye)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao).職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)在辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)過(guo)程中,普遍存在規(gui)模小,投入不足,生(sheng)源不穩的困難,難以發展壯大(da)發揮規(gui)模效益。1990年(nian)經(jing)省(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)(ting)報青海(hai)省(sheng)人民政府(fu)同意并報請國(guo)家教育(yu)部批(pi)準(zhun),將幾(ji)(ji)所職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)專(zhuan)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合并成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)(li)青海(hai)省(sheng)聯(lian)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。省(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)(ting)主管(guan)(guan)副廳(ting)(ting)長(chang)任(ren)聯(lian)合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)。 各職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改名為聯(lian)大(da)西鋼(gang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、大(da)通(tong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、建筑(zhu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、衛生(sheng)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、財經(jing)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。為此,省(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)(ting)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)(li)聯(lian)大(da)管(guan)(guan)理辦公(gong)室,負責專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)設(she)置(zhi)、招生(sheng)計劃、教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研究、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)籍管(guan)(guan)理、重大(da)考(kao)試、畢業(ye)(ye)答辯及畢業(ye)(ye)證的頒發等工(gong)(gong)作。
聯合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)立,開(kai)辟了(le)我省成(cheng)(cheng)人高(gao)(gao)等教育(yu)的(de)(de)新領(ling)域,同(tong)時學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)綜(zong)合校(xiao)(xiao)力有較大(da)的(de)(de)增強(qiang),開(kai)設(she)(she)了(le)金屬(shu)材料工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)業(ye)設(she)(she)計、冶金工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、計算機(ji)(ji)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、財政(zheng)學(xue)、會(hui)計學(xue)、臨床醫學(xue)、護理(li)(li)學(xue)、公共事業(ye)管理(li)(li)、學(xue)前教育(yu)、行(xing)政(zheng)管理(li)(li)、法(fa)學(xue)、機(ji)(ji)電設(she)(she)備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)與維修、機(ji)(ji)械設(she)(she)計制造及其自動化、漢語言、旅(lv)游管理(li)(li)等二十(shi)(shi)六個專(zhuan)業(ye);目前學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)有教師200余(yu)人,其中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)級講師30余(yu)人,講師100余(yu)人;學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)具有良好的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)條件(jian),擁有大(da)量的(de)(de)圖書資料和(he)先進(jin)的(de)(de)教學(xue)設(she)(she)施。建(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)十(shi)(shi)多年(nian)來,在校(xiao)(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)已(yi)達到(dao)近6000人。在多年(nian)的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐中(zhong),我校(xiao)(xiao)堅持適應(ying)經(jing)濟(ji)建(jian)設(she)(she)和(he)社會(hui)發展需要(yao),堅持培養(yang)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)性(xing)專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)人才的(de)(de)教育(yu)方向,注(zhu)重課程(cheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)、畢(bi)業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)、學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)能力的(de)(de)培養(yang),努力提高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)文化水平(ping)和(he)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)素質,逐漸形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)自身的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)特色和(he)專(zhuan)業(ye)特色。十(shi)(shi)多年(nian)來,近萬名學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)來校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)習(xi),五(wu)千多人取得大(da)中(zhong)專(zhuan)畢(bi)業(ye)證書,走上工(gong)(gong)作崗位并發揮了(le)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)。青海(hai)聯合職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大(da)學(xue)為各行(xing)各業(ye)培養(yang)了(le)一批生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產、經(jing)營、科研第一線留(liu)得住、用(yong)(yong)(yong)得上的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)性(xing)人才,為青海(hai)經(jing)濟(ji)騰(teng)飛作出了(le)自己的(de)(de)貢獻。
