陳(chen)義漢教授長期從事心血管(guan)疾病臨床工(gong)作和基礎研究(jiu)(jiu),臨床特(te)長為(wei)心律失常和心力衰竭的診斷(duan)和治療,研究(jiu)(jiu)方向(xiang)為(wei)心律失常和心力衰竭的發生機制和干預(yu)。在心律失常和心力衰竭研究(jiu)(jiu)領域取得(de)了一些重(zhong)要的科學(xue)發現。
以通訊作者身份在(zai)中(zhong)國本土上發表(biao)SCI論文(wen)近50篇,被SCI他(ta)(ta)引(yin)1000多次,單篇SCI他(ta)(ta)引(yin)近500次。標(biao)志性成果發表(biao)在(zai)《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和(he)(he)《Circulation Research》等(deng)權威刊物上。他(ta)(ta)的(de)科學發現已經被寫進了50多本國外教科書和(he)(he)專著(zhu),國際診療(liao)指(zhi)南多次引(yin)用他(ta)(ta)的(de)工(gong)作,多種遺傳性心(xin)律(lv)失常是依據(ju)他(ta)(ta)的(de)發現而分類。他(ta)(ta)的(de)科學發現也曾經被評為國際心(xin)臟電生理學領域(yu)年度(du)突破性進展和(he)(he)中(zhong)國高等(deng)學校十大科技進展等(deng)。
2003年(nian),陳義漢(han)在(zai)國際上(shang)(shang)首次發(fa)現(xian)人(ren)類(lei)心房顫動致(zhi)病基因,鑒(jian)定出人(ren)類(lei)心房顫動的(de)部(bu)分遺傳學(xue)(xue)和電生理學(xue)(xue)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),成果發(fa)表于《科學(xue)(xue)》雜(za)志。此后他帶領團隊在(zai)心房顫動等心律(lv)失常的(de)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)和干預研(yan)究(jiu)方向上(shang)(shang)取得一系列重要發(fa)現(xian),為中(zhong)國在(zai)國際心律(lv)失常研(yan)究(jiu)領域贏得了(le)一席之地。
