陳義漢(han)教(jiao)授長期從事心血管(guan)疾病臨床工作和(he)(he)(he)基礎研究(jiu),臨床特長為心律失(shi)常(chang)和(he)(he)(he)心力衰竭的(de)(de)診斷和(he)(he)(he)治療,研究(jiu)方(fang)向為心律失(shi)常(chang)和(he)(he)(he)心力衰竭的(de)(de)發生機制和(he)(he)(he)干(gan)預。在心律失(shi)常(chang)和(he)(he)(he)心力衰竭研究(jiu)領域取(qu)得了一些重要的(de)(de)科學發現。
以通訊作者身份在中國(guo)本(ben)土(tu)上發(fa)表(biao)(biao)SCI論文近(jin)(jin)50篇,被(bei)SCI他引(yin)(yin)1000多次(ci),單篇SCI他引(yin)(yin)近(jin)(jin)500次(ci)。標志性成果(guo)發(fa)表(biao)(biao)在《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和(he)《Circulation Research》等(deng)權威刊物上。他的(de)科(ke)學發(fa)現(xian)已經(jing)被(bei)寫進(jin)(jin)了50多本(ben)國(guo)外教科(ke)書和(he)專著,國(guo)際診(zhen)療指南多次(ci)引(yin)(yin)用他的(de)工(gong)作,多種遺傳性心律失常(chang)是依據他的(de)發(fa)現(xian)而分類(lei)。他的(de)科(ke)學發(fa)現(xian)也曾經(jing)被(bei)評為(wei)國(guo)際心臟電生理學領(ling)域年度突破性進(jin)(jin)展和(he)中國(guo)高等(deng)學校十大科(ke)技進(jin)(jin)展等(deng)。
2003年(nian),陳義(yi)漢在國際上首次發現人類(lei)心(xin)房顫動(dong)致(zhi)病基(ji)因,鑒定出人類(lei)心(xin)房顫動(dong)的部分遺傳學和(he)電生理學機(ji)制(zhi),成果發表于《科學》雜志。此(ci)后他帶領團(tuan)隊在心(xin)房顫動(dong)等心(xin)律失常(chang)的機(ji)制(zhi)和(he)干預(yu)研究方向(xiang)上取得(de)(de)一系(xi)列(lie)重要(yao)發現,為(wei)中國在國際心(xin)律失常(chang)研究領域贏得(de)(de)了一席之(zhi)地。
